This is the perfect place to stay in Vail. An extra large condo with 4 Bedrooms and 4 Baths and the most spectacular views from the large balcony. It is just a short 5 min. walk through the village to the gondola. The layout works great for a big family and has everything you need. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a group of 9 adults for a ski trip. For the price, could not beat the location in Lionshead. Short walk to the gondola, shops and restaurants. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which is a huge bonus for a bigger group. The kitchen was small for accommodating up to 10 people, there is no pantry or any cabinet space to put any food/groceries. The balcony was awesome with afternoon sun on the 35-45 degree days we were there! Pool is not open in the winter, but the 2 hot tubs were. The hot tubs could have been cleaner.

The location of the property is perfect for a visit to Vail, right in Lionshead and also easy access to Vail Village. Accommodations were perfect for our family of 6 for a summer visit to Vail.

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo! Just steps away from Lionshead and the bus stop to vail village. We walked everywhere from the condo. Very clean and well kept! Perfect for families. We would definitely stay again!

4 bedrooms with own bathrooms was an excellent feature.
Nice pool and hot tub, would have liked to seen a fire pit and more chairs with umbrellas.
The only complaint I have is one of the showers had black mold on the ceiling so we did not use that shower.
Would stay here again.

Great location but...
First and foremost, the location of this property is awesome. Walking distance to everything including the gondola, and truly fantastic views of the mountain. However, with all due respect to the owner, the place is pretty dinged up. From the moment we entered the place there was broken molding on the front door threshold, dings and chips in the entry hallway paint as well the rest of the apartment, weathered furniture, and the place could do with a major cleaning, etc. Some of the closets were so stuffed with floor fans, sleds, vacuums, etc. that there wasn't much space to hang cloths. And our bedroom was so cramped and poorly laid out that a night table was turned sideways just to fit so you couldn't open the drawers. Yes, the kitchen and baths were recently renovated, but only partially. There was chipped paint in our bathroom, and the dishwasher still pulls out of its opening when the door is opened as reported in an earlier review. Also mentioned in another review, for an apartment that boast 4 bedrooms and room to sleep 10, we were cramped with 6 adults and a 1-year-old. So, if you you're looking for a place with perfect location to the mountain and amenities, and are not too concerned about space and luxury, this is the place for you. I personally don't feel that the description provided was truly representative of the actual condition of the property.

We each had a private bath so for a family it was treat. Views and location in lions head was preferred and this site was ideal. Very clean and comfortable. Great stay!

Expected more from a Berkshire property
Vantage Point was about 200 yds from Lionshead and the Eagle Bahn Gondola, and this 4th floor condo extended gorgeous views of the front side of Vail mountain. The bathrooms were updated, but each of the 4 bedrooms felt cramped. The kitchen was relatively well stocked with pots and pans and utensils, but we brought our own spices and seasonings. The dining table could be extended, but for a condo that can sleep 10 people comfortably, there should also be seating for 10 people, but we found only 6 chairs available. The biggest downside was the bad smell throughout the unit. Even the bedding felt like they have not been washed throughly. We had to buy candles and Febreeze to freshen up the unit. Would we stay here again, I really don't know.

Not exactly what we expected but turned out ok
We were a little surprised when we first walked in -- the pics looks better than reality. There were several broken items - one of the 4 burners was broken, part of the bed frame was broken, the dishwasher would almost fall out of the cabinet when the door was opened, etc. I took pictures and sent them to the management company as a FYI. I explained I wasn't interested in attempting to have anything fixed during my stay. I just wanted to let them the know of the condition of the home. I never received an email back from them - no communication. Seemed odd. We loved the condo's location in Lionshead and Lionshead proximity to Vail Village. Unfortunately this condo is located right on I-70 so we couldn't sleep with the windows open at night due to noise from the highway. Luckily, there were fans in each room for us. Our biggest issue is that there is NO space to put any food -- no cabinet, no pantry, not even a drawer. We had to store food on the oven and then move it when we wanted to cook. The balcony is bigger than it looks in the pictures so 3 adults could comfortably hand out while another cooked at the gas grill which was a great addition. The pool and hot tub were nice too!! You are truly steps for a market and everything else Lionshead has to offer! Regardless of these issues, it is hard not to have fun in Vail!!!

This condo was a great size for the 10 of us. Four bathrooms were great. I didn’t like how unclean everything was. There was a half of a pill on the nightstand and huge stuffed animals on the bed and there was a lot of dusty table runners on every table in the place. Considering there was a pandemic going on I think it was inappropriate to have so many unnecessary decorations laying around. Dirty decorative pillows on the bed. The pillows for sleeping were grossly yellow

I would call this property one of the worst I have ever rented. Run down best describes it.
I have videos to back this up so please let me know if you want to see them. The kitchen was not stocked with even the basics. No pot holders, 3 glasses total, broken stove handle. We did complain and the management company brought some things to us and fixed the stove. The furniture is VERY dated and old and therefore feels dirty. For some reason they have HUGE stuffed animals in the condo. They were so big we had to put them on the patio. Curtains in a bedroom had fallen off the wall. The WORST thing was EVERY window/window sill had chunks of missing paint, small piles of rotted sheetroock that was chipped laying on the window sills and falling on the floor. The kitchen window sill was filthy and had bugs on it. (so did the light fixtures) Nobody has deep cleaned this unit in a very long time! Gas Grill...filthy! We did complain about the paint and sheetroock.....no resolution. Please email me and Ill be happy to forward videos to document this. We would NEVER stay in this unit again....ever! PS. great location, but not worth the condition.

The condo was great for two families! Plenty of space. Updated floors, kitchen, and bathrooms. Pool and hot tub were very clean and nice. The only downside was the curtains were thin and you can hear the highway in the bedrooms. But well worth it for the great location!

Nice location, beautiful views of the Mountain and Lionshead, well equipped kitchen and bedrooms. Needs maintenance as fireplace and heaters in dinning and living rooms were not working appropriately, some hair dryers, lights and power outlets not functioning. Cleaning service is not included in rental and is and addtional costly expense Easy check-in and check-out

Disappointing for the money that we spent
The positives: The staff was responsive and very helpful. The condo is in a great location. The views are spectacular. The beds were comfortable, and the parking convenient.
The negatives: The condo is old and only partially updated. The living space is too small for the number of people it sleeps. The gas fireplace is very slow in turning on (you can wait an hour for it to respond). Cheap and insufficient number of kitchen items. The bedrooms are cramped. There's no washer/dryer in the unit. The carpeting is stained and needs replacing.
These comments are in the context of perceived value. We stayed Christmas week and, as vacation rental owners ourselves, fully understand an upcharge but this condo and the entire building are old and in need of major updating. This is not a premium property and we were very disappointed that we ALOT of money to stay here.

Location great - accommodations were OK.
The location was great - close to everything we were interested in. Place was pretty clean though the carpet looked terrible (stains everywhere). I would recommended that they change this to some sort of hard surface. Kitchen was missing a few key items (spatula, etc.). Place was warm - no AC which we expected but then there were no screens on the windows and you couldn't really open the windows in the bedrooms because they opened to the walkway. They did have a couple of fans which helped. We were on the 4th floor and the elevator broke...thankfully it was fixed prior to check out.
