We had a great stay here! My son was playing baseball at Space Coast Stadium so we made this is family vacation! My family loved the house, pool, and the very short walk to the beach! Our property manager was so kind and checked in on us many times! Highly recommended!

This house was absolutely perfect! The house is so spacious. I loved how open the living room and kitchen is downstairs and all of the bedrooms were upstairs. We never felt crammed or on top of each other like we do in a condo.
The pool was great! We found ourselves there more than the beach. The beach is just a few steps away. We appreciated all the beach supplies in the garage including the wagon. There was also plenty of pool toys and floats.
The house had everything we could have possibly needed. We were able to grill and fix meals conveniently. I loved the laundry on both floors.
The house was close to everything too. We enjoying mini golf, ice cream, Dunkin, the pier and much more so close to the house. We also got to watch a rocket launch.
We would definitely stay here again! The owner was very responsive and made us feel comfortable. Thank you Cathy!

Everything about the place was amazing!! Short walk to the beach. All beach related things (chairs, wagon, umbrella, boards) available for use. Pool was amazing and property has pool tools available. Nice to have 2 washers and dryers. Kitchen equipped if cooking in for the family! Very nice neighborhood!!

The house was just what we were hoping. Plenty of room for our family. House spotlessly clean. The signficant added bonus was the easy walk to the beach - which is why we chose to vacation in FL. We greatly appreicated the added bonuses of all the beach supplies (chairs, toys, towels, etc...) All in all, a great vacation!

10/10! This property was fantastic. It was a great place to relax before heading out for more vacationing. The beach is literally steps away and everything is provided for everyone to have fun in the sand. The pool was perfect and was kept at a great temperature. The kitchen is well set up with everything you need to cook a meal (if you're into that on vacation). The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The property is close enough to walk to places like Ron Jon, Publix or Sandbar. A great place to make family memories :)

My family and I had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 5 children ages 14 and under. Easy access to the beach and short walking distance to many shops, bars and grills. Private pool was perfect.
Cathy was a great host and super responsive, not that we needed to contact her for anything really. I would obsolutely recommend this place and hope to stay here again.

Perfect location and house for our family (4 adults, 2 children, ages 6 and 9)!! The kids were in the pool less than 10 minutes after we arrived and this helped set the tone of total relaxation for the start of our trip. Great layout, plenty of room to interact and to spread out, whatever we wanted. And thank you for having everything we could possibly want (including a cart!) for the beach! Our favorite of the beach offerings (besides the cart!!) was the backpack cooler. I will be searching the web to buy one of those for future excursions. And HUGE thanks to Cathy and Brian for allowing us to check in early when both our flight and speedy driver enabled us to be at the house 3 hours before checkin!!! Amazing support, awesome house, and best of all, MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE!!

The location is wonderful… just steps to the beach and close to Publix ;)
We had great weather and had a chance to watch a rocket launch on Sunday night from the beach… the kids loved it!
We spent a lot of time in the pool and loved the fact you could place an umbrella there. The house is fully equipped but what blew us away was how impeccable the grill was … hubby loves to grill!

The house was lovely and well maintained. The host and property manager were thoughtful, helpful and responsive. The location is perfect for a beach/pool getaway. We were in town for the boat races in Cocoa Beach. The house was located close to the beach and all amenities. The pool was warm and they had beach toys and boogie boards for the kids which was fantastic.

Lots of space for all 8 of us. Loved the easy walk to the beach and the wagons and beach toys. The pool was great especially for the kids !!! Lots of places to visit nearby. Had wonderful time !

We had 2 families staying at the house. Great location, walking distance to beach. The house was fully stocked in the kitchen and also had bikes, wagon, chairs, umbrellas, long boards, etc. for the beach. I also noticed pack-n-play, high chair, etc to make it very comfortable if you had young children. It was clean and the property manager was very nice and accessible.

The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach. We appreciated all of the toys and supplies provided for the beach, including the wagon to haul everything in! The pool in the backyard was great! The house was spacious. Plenty of room!

Only issue we had was the ceiling fans in the rooms did not shut off. It was kinda cool. And I might have missed it but no soap in the bathrooms. Other than that all was good.

So much to do here! The pool is warm and has shade so the kids can swim a long while without too much sun exposure. The beach is so close I ran down to it at 4 am to see a space x launch. The house is comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Cocoa Beach. This property is located just steps from the beach. All the amenities we needed were included. The property was clean and ready for our arrival. The owner made it easy to become acquainted with the area with personal recommendations. It’s a great place for 3-4 couples or large families. If our travels bring us back to Cocoa Beach, we will try to stay here again.

Excellent location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was extremely nice to have so many things provided (kids toys for pool and beach, chairs for beach, wagon, beach towels, etc). House, pool, and yard were all well kept. The owner did a great job of communicating information before and during our stay. She provided an information book with local attractions, resturants, etc. If you follow her recommendations on resturants, you can't go wrong.
