This was a great place to stay! Perfect location across from a beautiful beach. Grounds is beautiful & there is a large pool, kids pool, adult hot tub & kids/family hot tub. Also, a weight room & pickle ball/tennis court. Staff at Kamaole Sands is friendly & keep the grounds looking gorgeous. Condo came with everything we needed. Beach closet was stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals there. Beds were comfortable & plenty of towels for showers & beach. Unit was very clean! Matt was very helpful with a mail issue we had while we were there. He was quick to help take care of the issue. Even when it wasn’t a condo issue. We definitely recommend PMI Reality & Property Management Services for your vacation.

Our family of four stayed at the condo at Kamaole Sands. It was the perfect set up in the condo and resort. We appreciated that it was set right across the street from some of Maui’s best snorkeling beaches and is centrally located on the island.

We had a great time basing our vacation from this property. Condo was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed for beach days - which was a great surprise. Location across from beach was awesome. Only nitpicky thing would be while the unit has a great view, you are right above the pool. During our stay, it was insanely loud from about noon to 10p. Didn't wreck anything however, as they enforce the 10p quite time very strictly.

Overall , really enjoyed our stay! Great view , with lots of space. The unit was perfect for our family and we enjoyed being close to great beaches and restaurants! The only downfall was the kids hot tub was not hot at all - apparently the staff were working on it , but in the meantime the kids were still not allowed in the “adult” hot tub. It was disappointing as the weather was a bit mild and the kids could have really used a warm up :)

Beautiful property. It’s definitely a resort feel. Check in was seamless and the staff was very kind! This condo has a beautiful beach view from the distance. Lovely location to watch the sunset! There were 6 of us that stayed and it was very comfortable it didn’t feel too crowded. Plenty of beach towels and 4 beach chairs that work properly. There were only two things I noticed that I didn’t love but weren’t a huge deal. I noticed the bath towels and wash clothes smelled rancid and then the cooler that we took to the beach had a lot of sand on it which made me feel like it may not have been sanitized properly. However the rental did have a washer and dryer so we could have washed the towels to get rid of the smell and it had disinfectant spray and a microfiber cloth and I was able to clean up the cooler real easy. Overall I loved the location and the condo was clean and tidy when we checked in. I definitely would book this property again!

We found this condo to be perfect for our family. There was a great selection of beach toys for our little one, and a life jacket which was great. Boogie boards, chairs and lots of beach towels made for easy enjoyment of the beach in front of the condo which ended up being our favorite!The a/c lanai issue was unfortunate, but we still enjoyed the view, which over looked the pool making it really easy for our older kids to have a little freedom without mom worrying too much.The condo was clear and well stocked, and the staff and grounds were wonderful. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This is our third time to Maui - and our third time at Kamaole Sands. Family of 4 (2 adults, & 2 early teens).
This unit was clean, well organized, and supplied all we needed for some relaxing time at the beach. Unfortunately, the ice maker in the freezer was not working, but response from property management was quick and they were very helpful in trying to resolve the issue. Repair person was sent on the Monday (issue was noted on the weekend). All communication was very friendly.
Unit could use a few family games or a deck of cards, for the odd evening we were just relaxing on site.
Enjoyed having a king bed in the loft, and my teens appreciated the two double beds in the main floor bedroom. A/c units in the bedroom and in the living room were great, as well as all the ceiling fans to keep the unit comfortable.
Amazing view from the lanai over the pool toward the water, with a clear view of the sunset.
Property grounds are beautiful and well kept.
Would definitely recommend.

A Gem of a Place
We had the best vacation staying in this condo. It was roomy and comfortable for 5 of us. The place was neat and clean and decorated lovely. We had everything we needed. The view was amazing and the best beaches in Hawaii are right across the street. Loved this place and would definitely recommend staying here! Checking in was easy too.

My family stayed at this condo in Kihei which is located in South Maui. The location is great and close to grocery stores, eateries, and a short walk to Kamaole Beach. The condo itself was clean upon arrival and was large enough for my family of 6. My parents stayed in the upstairs master bedroom while the 4 kids stayed in the bedroom that contained 2 full sized beds. There are plenty of towels and a washer/dryer if you need to wash your clothes (they provided detergent and dryer sheets!) The condo came equip with beach equipment (4 chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, and a cooler) which was super helpful for all our beach days. They were in excellent condition and enhanced our experience. We prepared several meals in the kitchen which contained all the utensils and dishware that you need. The condo is located on a property that has grills, so you can grill outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed! It's in a great location and good for a large family to stay at.

Property review
Nice unit; comfortable. We enjoy sitting on the lanai for coffee and snacks… here a nice one with great view but almost unusable because of a large exhaust vent/fan that blasts hot air onto it…made it too hot to enjoy. Also, discovered ourselves that the washer did not work-a fact known to the management company but not disclosed to us. Thank you. We enjoyed our vacation.

Lovely space
What a wonderful space. Super clean, comfortable and excellent view of the grounds and ocean. We were so sad to leave. All of the beds are comfortable even the pull out sofa. The ac worked well yet I slept on the sofa bed because the upstairs was a bit warm for me as I run hot😊yet my husband does not and found it to be perfect sleeping in the loft. Fully supplied with everything you’ll need for a great stay; kitchen to the beach supplies, we were able to enjoy the lanai at all time of the day as well. Even at the warmest part of the day. This was the perfect unit for our family.

Would not recommend this unit during the hotter months in Maui- AC was not sufficient to keep things cool- particularly in the upstairs loft area. The condo has a nice view of the ocean but this place is dated and requires some maintenance (fridge would not stay cold the entire time). Minimal kitchen items as compared to other units we have stayed in. The photos are accurate but we would not stay in this unit again.

We stayed at unit 5-409 for 9 days in April. Matt was very flexible with us, as we changed our dates twice due to COVID. The Unit was clean and ready upon our arrival. Check in and parking was easy. The unit is on the 4th floor, but the elevator is nearby. The location is great. We spent many days at the beach right across the street. The unit had beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, coolers and some beach toys. It did not have an umbrella (as other reviews stated), so I would definitely pick one up at Costco or Walmart when you are near the airport. We only needed to contact Matt once during our stay and he was very responsive and the issue was resolved right away (not really an issue just a request). We used the kitchen to make breakfast and lunch most days and used the washing machine a couple times, which was convenient. We didn’t use the pool, but the grill areas were immaculate. Didn’t even look like anyone had used the grill before us. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, with flowering plans everywhere. We would definitely stay here again! The only reason we gave it 4 stars for cleanliness, was that there was some dried food (or something) on the chair seats and something on some of the throw pillows. The sheets had some stains (not dirty, but maybe could use a refresh).

Best condo yet
We have been staying here for 7 years and this is by far the best condo we’ve had. Well stocked with everything you need including dish washing pods, laundry detergent and toilet paper that lasted us the full 2 weeks. It’s the small things that make the difference.
