My wife and I wanted to get away quickly during the summer, Rocky point has always been a favorite and We have used properties at Las Palomas for many years and never had any issues, this unit was immaculate and providing one thing my wife hoped for was that I had a Keurig other than that we had a great time and property was perfect

After we arrived, communication with the owner was poor. The kitchen sink faucet was broken and the tv remotes didn’t work, therefore we could not operate the tv, which was not ideal with a 3 year old. I had to contact the condo customer service for assistance.
Also, the dishwasher and king mattress are very old. The dishwasher hardly cleans your dishes, we had to hand wash most of the dishes. The mattress is incredibly worn out and soft. We both had back aches by the end of the trip.
With a few updates, the property could be a 4 or 5 star.

The property is really beautiful and it seems they are always making improvements I will continue coming back here because it’s always a great stay. My only complaint is that they are overly strict about some things: one thing was that I wasn’t allowed to sit on a lounge chair (past the pool) facing the ocean at 6:30 AM because the ‘pool wasn’t open’. I would understand if I was trying to swim, but I was just looking at the ocean & enjoying the view – what’s the big deal?

The property we stayed in was just like it looked in the pictures. It was clean and very well maintained. The owner was very helpful with suggestions on where to eat and anything she could do to assist us. The grounds are lovely and we enjoyed the pools. The master bed had a very thick foam pad that we took off because it made the bed so soft. It was comfortable without it. The master bedroom is right by the elevator so if you are a light sleeper you will hear the noise.

My husband and I went this past weekend for our 1st anniversary and it was amazing! The condo was beautiful, the views were amazing. The place was clean and the bed was SO COMFY, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! The owners were quick to respond and I would definitely stay here again in the future!

The room is across the elevators, so it’s a perfect location. The view and room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable! only thing is they are doing building phase 3 so early mornings you will hear the construction but really wasn’t a problem for us!i will definitely be staying again.

I really like this property. Daniela was great and quickly replied when I needed assistance. Everything is as described. This is the 2nd time renting here. I will say the thing I love the best is the bed and the white sheets! I specifically looked for beds with white sheets. It has all you need. Will continue to rent here.
