We have stayed at this house 2 times We love it!!!!

We had a great stay at this house - it is laid out well. We had 3 couples, and each had their own area of the house. Our two sons were with us, and their room was near ours so we could share the shower and bathroom with them. The other two couples each had their own shower and toilet. At the end of the day, the hot tub was very nice. Overall a wonderful house. About a 15 minute walk to the Seaside Aquarium, and 20 to the Promenade.

This was our second stay at the ABC cottage. The house is clean and in a great location. The kitchen is fully stocked and very organized. Our only complaint is with the propane tanks. On both stays, one tank has been empty. It would be great if an extra tank could be available at the home and if it weren’t the responsibility of the guests to refill the tanks. Other than that, we love this home!

We loved the house and especially enjoyed thback deck, fire pit and hottub. The house was a perfect distance from the beach and town, very quiet and had everything we needed. It waz clean and spacious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is our 2nd stay at ABC Cottage. It’s a great family home. Outdoor space is great. Kitchen well stocked. Will stay again next year.

This is a nice, spacious one level home with a nice deck off the back. We enjoyed our stay very much.

What a great house for the 7 of us. Beautiful, comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone. The back deck was so nice to relax and enjoy the weather. Seeiously a great place to stay,highly recommend!

Excellent location and property. We will look for an opportunity to return to the ABC Cottage. Our 8-night stay was enjoyable. This single story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach house has a very functional layout. While it’s an older house and likely sees a good number of annual rentals, with a few minor exceptions, the owners have furnished and maintained it very well. The gray vinyl plank flooring throughout is ideal for a modern look and easy beach maintenance. The property has a dog friendly fenced front and rear yard. The hot tub on the rear deck is older but we found it clean and it functioned just fine. The covered portion of the rear deck has several cushioned chairs and a propane fire table which also works well. We were a party of 5 adults and two young children. All bedrooms and baths were nicely furnished and comfortable. The rear master king suite has a cable TV and DVD player. The front king suite has a very nice walk-in double shower. The living room has a cable TV and DVD player, and a comfortable power reclining sofa and matching love seat. In the kitchen, the appliances work well and the kitchen is well-stocked with all the essentials and more. The staff at Oceanside Vacation Rentals are professional, very responsive and excellent communicators. We appreciate their service.

Enjoyed our Christmas stay. Weather was very stormy and we lost power a few times. But we were warm and dry and played games and watched old movies by candlelight. Very nice memories!

Easy to find, quiet neighborhood and lots of room for 3 couples. Hot tub wasn’t available for our stay, but the property management called us before arriving to let us know. Nicely stocked with all the basics, only needed to bring our groceries!

Fabulous location! Short walk to beach! Nice layout with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It says it sleeps 9, and if you have a toddler or baby, it would, but with 2 king beds, one queen, and two twins, it actually sleeps 8. Extremely well equipped kitchen! Great patio out back with hot tub, bbq, and gas heater-unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy it because there was no gas in the bbq or heater. Hot tub couldn’t be used after 9 pm. (City ordinance.) We did have a wonderful time and enjoyed our visit exploring the beaches, clam digging, sight seeing, and visiting the shops and restaurants. Always had a quick response when I contacted the host. Check in and out process was easy. My only complaint is that it needs a thorough cleaning. The bathroom with the walk-in shower was dirty-large clump of hair in the shower, tiles needed scrubbing, baseboards dirty. In the bedroom with the low king bed, the ceiling fan had so much dust, it actually hung off the blade. Wall in bedroom hallway needed cleaning and kitchen floor looked clean, but when I wiped up a water spill, the paper towel was dark. Towels also smelled old. Suggest white towels that can be bleached. Would definitely want to visit again once it has been cleaned thoroughly.

We spent 5 nights in this beautiful home with family to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. It was so relaxing and comfortable! 5 minute walk to the beach to watch the sunset was a perfect way to spend the evening before a dip in the hot tub. We had an issue with the hot tub not getting to temp one day, but reached out and it was promptly resolved and did not disrupt our stay at all! The only negative thing I would say is that while the house was fully fenced, there were some pretty large gaps on the side of the house that I was worried our cocker spaniel could wiggle under, as well as an opening under the house that was, of course, the only place our boy was interested in going in! Aside from that, this place was absolute perfection and the photos do not do it justice of how big and open it actually is. Would love to stay again!

Spacious, clean with all the amenities. Only thing I did not like is they ask you to fill up the propane tanks if they are empty. Add it to the cost and pass it on to the customer. No one wants to go on vacation and deal with that.

The house was great especially the jacuzzi. Great kitchen facilities and plenty of space. The beds were good and everyone slept well. Great holiday home.

We stayed here for a conference in Seaside. What a great home! Loved the en suite bathrooms with two king size beds. Two other bedrooms and one other bathroom made this a perfect place for our group to relax at the end of the day. Loved the fireplace on the deck. We didn't use the hot tub, but it was nice to know it was there. It's really close to the north end of the promenade. Try this place! You will love it!

This house was great for a family stay in Seaside. 2 master suites was great. The outdoor space was the best. Sitting around the fire pit in the evening was fun. Easy walk to town or the beach. Even for a 4 year old. I only wish rentals did not use strongly scented laundry products for sheets and towels. There are plenty of people with sensitivities to fragrances, and I’m one of them. There are many free and clear products available. One suggestion for the listing is to take better photos of the property. It is much nicer than the pictures show. We will stay here again.

This house worked out well for three moms with their kids to stay. One thing that wasn't clear to us from the listing is that BOTH Master's suites have walk-in closets, as well as their own bathroom. So, one suite each for two families and the third family in our group used the other two bedrooms and the guest bath. Also, the fourth bedroom isn't pictured in the listing. It did have two twin beds (as described), but was pretty small. There was a bedside table and a dresser, but only about a bed's width of room between the two beds. The house is about a 5 min walk from closest beach access point and about 15 min walk from main downtown street. There's also a little park with a (relatively hidden) basketball hoop about a block away. It was nice that teens could walk to some of the places without needing to be driven everywhere.

Very comfortable and clean close to walk to beach the only thing I would change is a couple more tvs thanks for letting us stay

The home was awesome and equipped with all we needed. It was in close walking distance from the beach which our boys loved. The hot tub was nice and relaxing! Great experience!!!

The house was clean and comfortable, just a short walk to the beach and away from traffic noises. There was a slight problem with the back porch and hot tub, but a service person was sent out and we were able to enjoy our time in the back yard.

No steps or rail to get in or out of hot tub. Very cold. Comes through windows. Heat would not stay at 68. 57 degrees all night and morning. No propane in either tanks!!!! Very disappointed 😞

Easy to reserve

The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood with easy <5 min walk to the beach. Downtown Seaside with many good shops and restaurants was about 10-15 mins walk.

Amazing beautiful home! Excellent location to beach and shops ~ home layout was perfect and the hot tub and fire pit were awesome! We will definitely be coming back!

My family spent Christmas at this house. The property manager was absolutely incredible! They were so responsive and all of the instructions were super clearly spelled out for check in and check out. This property is very well laid out for a family with children or infants! The kitchen was huge and well stocked, the beds were super comfy, and the hot tub was amazing! We absolutely loved the neighborhood too…very quiet and we even had a herd of elk visit! This is hands down the most well-managed, clean, cozy, and beautiful home we have stayed in in a very long time! Thank you very much for the outstanding experience! If there were 10 stars to give, this place would get it!

Good experience. Would come back. There was an ant infestation at one of the windows.

This is our second time staying at this property and loved it as much as the first time. It is a nice place and only a few blocks from the beach and prom. The kitchen is well stocked. My only complaint (and a minor one) is just with the ceiling fans. It doesn’t look like it has been dusted off in awhile and probably should be cleaned. We turned on the fan and dust balls started to fly on our bed. Other than that the place was pretty clean and we all had a great time.
