Il nostro condominio si trova all'interno dell'Hilton Head Beach Club a 11 Tanglewood Drive, Unit # 38. Il nostro condominio recentemente decorato / aggiornato può ospitare otto persone, tre camere da letto più un divano letto nel soggiorno, due bagni, cucina completa, sala da pranzo, camera familiare, lavanderia e due cortili privati. Il nostro condominio è situato in una zona che è molto attraente per gli anziani, le giovani coppie e le famiglie. Il condominio è a soli cinque minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Hilton Head Island, nonché a cinque minuti a piedi dal Coligny Beach Park e dal centro commerciale Coligny Plaza, dove si possono gustare molti ottimi ristoranti, un'ampia varietà di negozi e intrattenimento dal vivo, e se il gelato è la tua debolezza, c'è un ottimo posto per soddisfare il tuo desiderio. Puoi anche goderti una tranquilla serata privata nel nostro ampio cortile posteriore alla griglia uno dei tuoi molti piatti preferiti. Dopo aver trascorso la giornata in spiaggia, è possibile rilassarsi intorno alla piscina che si trova a soli 90 metri dal cancello del cortile posteriore. This condo has it all - location, walkability, cleanliness, plenty of space and well appointed. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo during the week of July 4th. The location was fantastic and very accommodating to all our needs. We've been to Hilton Head before so we knew what to expect. Having a pool within the condo property was great, we enjoyed it every day. The walk to the beach was reasonable and we'd definitely stay there again. Our neighbors next door were especially nice which makes one feel welcome.

The property was very nice and conveniently located by the beach which enabled us to get bikes and ride those as our main means of transportation when it comes to going out too.

We enjoyed our stay, very close to the pool and short walk to the beach. Right across the street from the big pirate ship playground, kids museum, and little amphitheater.

Came to HH as a child, decided to bring my family. It did not disappoint! The condo worked out perfectly. It was nicely decorated and a perfect location. We parked the vehicle and never drove again until we left. All was easily walkable.

Clean property within walking distance to Coligny Beach. A 10-15 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Overall clean and ample room.for our family of 4. Bathrooms were smaller than what we expected and wish the couch was a bit more comfrtabkw juat to sit and watch TV. This wouldn't keep us from staying again though. Communication from Gary wss very thorough and check-in was a breeze.

This property was extremely clean and well kept. It was convenient to the beach and shops in Coligny. Just a few minutes walk from both. Owner supplies chairs, a wagon etc. for use. Owner was very kind and attentive to our needs. A++++

Great location, perfect for shopping, restaurants and the park. About a 5 min walk to the beach - a wagon is a must if you have small kids. The pool was right outside the back patio. The condo was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Would recommend!

We (2 couples) came to Hilton Head for a family wedding and stayed at this great condo Mother's Day weekend 2023. It is in a great little community, within a 10 minute walk to Coligy Shopping center and the beach. The patio is great for enjoying a meal. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We would definately recommend it to anyone who enjoys vacationing while having the creature comforts of home.

We stayed here with our elderly parents and 2 young children and are so glad we did! The condo is comfortable and felt like home. It was perfect for our group of 6. The location was perfect too! The kids loved the playground and the short walk to the beach was a breeze! I highly recommend renting here and should we make our way back to Hilton Head again, we will definitely look no further than this property! The host was also a dream to work with! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This was a vacation for the books!

Condo was very nice and spacious with a lot of outdoor seating. Close proximity to the beach and great restaurants. There was difficulty with check in but property owner was easy to get in touch with and most helpful. Theres also a property manager close by if needed who is super nice.

The rental was perfect for our family. Our granddaughters loved the mermaid decor upstairs. Great location to walk to the beach and playground. Would love to visit when the weather is warmer for using the pool and patio.

Great Accommodations and Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is in a great location with easy access to the beach, bike trails, restaurants and shopping. The condo had everything we needed. It was really nice that beach chairs and umbrellas were provided, along with the beach wagon to transport them in. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio. Communication with the owners was top notch.

Great location, spacious condo
This place is located close to the beach and Coligny Plaza, and has a third bedroom, which isn’t typical of HHI condos. The front patio was messy from debris falling from nearby trees, but maybe that’s only a winter problem.

Great experience for our first trip to HHI. The condo was just as described and was well equipped for everything we needed for a great stay. Gary was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely look into staying again in the future!

Perfect place for a family vacation. Clean, comfortable, and close to the beach and playground/park.
Family of 5 + grandparents and sister enjoyed a perfect vacation thanks to this beautiful condo. Having all the beach chairs, cart, boogie boards, sand toys, and umbrellas were one of the reasons we booked and they were great—we can’t imagine doing another beach trip without a cart. 5 minute walk from playground and splash pad was a blast for our 3, 7 & 9 year olds…and only another 5 minutes to public beach with showers and changing rooms (also drop-off and parking close by for younger and older legs that couldn’t make the 10 minute walk). The condo was set up perfectly for our family and we all enjoyed the pool that was virtually right behind the unit. Gary was a great host—thorough, great communication and prompt responses. We will definitely look to book again!

Great for families!
We loved our stay this past weekend! Walking distance to everything we wanted- didn’t need to drive at all. We had 4 adults and 4 kids aged 5, 3, 1.5, and 4 months and we were all comfortable! There is an AMAZING playground super close that the kids loved. The beach was a short walk. Sadly the Bi-Lo that is walking distance is closed but there is a Piggly Wiggly close by too. There are a lot of lovely decorations so if you have kids with you, do a quick run through and put everything out of reach. Excellent communication from the property manager too! Would highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay on Hilton Head Island
This was a great location and place to stay for our first visit to HHI. The owners gave us plenty of tips for things to do, what to watch out for, etc. They were very communicative prior to our arrival, and we did not need to contact them for anything during our stay - problem free! It was close to the beach and other amenities. Overall it was a great house and trip!

Beautiful Hilton Head Get-a-way
Condo was in an excellent location with easy access to beach and shopping. Condo itself was very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the enclosed courtyard. Our adult children enjoyed having their own space upstairs while we had the downstairs bedroom. Great walk-in shower in the downstairs bath. Definitely a 5-star stay!
