I would recommend ceiling fans in all bedrooms or thermostat to be adjusted below 70, got really hot at night. Also, bedroom dressers, nightstands and TV console table are all chipping paint and would replace. Overall unit was great.

Nice property, great location!

The mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced. It’s horrible. I also had to put sheets and the extra blankets over both couches because they were so stained and dirty that I didn’t not want anyone to sit on them. All the furniture in this unit needs to be replaced.

I didn’t receive a notice about how to check-in since it was my first time. I had to make multiple calls to the company in order to receive my pass code for entry. Finally, after an hour has passed, I was able to check into our property. Other than that, the stay was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

The condo couldn't be a better location if you are coming for a conference. Well-appointed, with the necessities, coffee filters, trash bags, soap etc. The shuttle for the convention center stops directly out the front door. Great proximity to Walgreens, the pool, gym and resort bar.

Everything was as described. Please please please spend some money on a new mattress for the master bedroom. 5 nights on a $50 mattress after walking 10 miles a day at the theme parks is cruel and unusual punishment.

The resort itself is phenomenal. We really enjoyed the large pool and the pina coladas from the pool bar. We really liked how close we were to the attractions. The location is great. The condo itself was okay. The king bed needs a major upgrade. The pillows were stiff and the bed itself made ALOT of noise when we would get on or move the slightest. Also the TVs needs an upgrade. Since they’re not smart TVs, we couldn’t watch Netflix or Hulu and we struggled with the DVD player. When we made the DVD player work, the image quality was awful. I would also say update the area rug. It was dirty when we got there and it looks dirty in general as well as the sofa pillows. Other than that, the condo has everything available to enjoy your stay. And the whole check-in, entering the resort and condo, and check-out was very easy and convenient. I would rent from this property manger again at this resort but would get a more updated condo.

There was a nice walking trail around the lake and we even saw an alligator near the bridge. When we arrived around 10pm I did not have the door code so I called the property hotline. The property manager called back within 2 minutes to provide the code. My only complaint was the mattress in one of the bedrooms was not very good. I did not use the other bedrooms so I cannot comment on those. We will rent this unit again next time we are in town.

The rental unit was very nice and very clean upon our arrival. The guys were impressed with the space and amenities this place had. We didn't utilize the Vista Cay resort amenities. Check in and check out was a breeze as they emailed me the gate code and door code. No need to stop into the main building to check in or out. Beds were comfortable and seemed to be fairly new. We'll definitely be back both for work and personal travel to Orlando.

Karaoke at the pool-side bar was fun. I would stay here again but only in warmer weather because when in Florida I want to swim in a warm pool even in March. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, as we were in town to visit Universal and Sea World. However, the condo was below average. The walls were dirty, the towels looked dirty, there were no wash cloths, no floor mats in the bathrooms (so we used towels), no light in the shower, no stopper in the sink, no phone in the room (even though it said you had a phone number), no extra blankets, and there was a foul smell in the refrigerator. (My husband figured out that water was collecting under the ice dispenser, and the standing water caused the smell. He took off the tray and dumped the water, eliminating the problem, but the cleaning staff should have taken care of that before we arrived.) The biggest insult was our departure: Check out was 11:00 and at 10:45 am, the housekeeping staff rang the doorbell to check. Fine. Then at 11:01 they came, and I told them we’were almost ready and would be out by 11:30. They rang again 10 minutes later, and a few minutes after that. Finally, we told them they could get started as we loaded up the car, but I have stayed at hotels and condos all over the world (and NEVER have we encountered a place that was that ridiculously rude about check out. We won’t be back.
