La nostra casa di fronte alla spiaggia è stato completamente ristrutturato e arredato professionalmente. Non appena si entra nel condominio si è accolti da incantevoli acque blu del Golfo del Messico. Rilassatevi e ammirare le viste mozzafiato dalla zona giorno concetto aperto o ascoltare il suono rilassante delle onde dalla nostra vasta, privati, balcone ad angolo. La suite matrimoniale con bagno privato permette di godere pavimento al soffitto vista sull'oceano dal vostro letto king size. La nostra prima camera degli ospiti offre un letto queen size e un piccolo balcone privato. Un altro grande camera da letto ospiti offre due letti queen size e un bel bagno per gli ospiti adiacente ad esso. La zona giorno, così come tutte le tre camere da letto, sono dotate di parete, televisori a schermo piatto. C'è una superficie aggiuntiva bar con un piccolo frigorifero bevanda, abbiamo un dimensioni lavatrice / asciugatrice completa in lavanderia, e una griglia a carbone sul balcone. Numerosi servizi che includono internet gratuito, televisione via cavo, parco giochi per bambini, campo da tennis, canestro da basket, vasca idromassaggio, 2 piscine, palestra, area palapa e parcheggio recintato sono disponibili per il vostro divertimento. We traveled with 2 kids under 2, it was the perfect location to the beach & restaurants! The condo was very clean, great for our extended family to all stay in one place. The property pool was nice & being walking distances to the beach with little kids was very convenient. Condo was stocked with beach towels which was great. We also loved that the parking at the condo was gated, we enjoyed our stay!!

Loved this condo in South Padre. Great location, great building, and the condo was very clean and super comfortable. Communication with the property owner was easy and fast as well. We can’t wait to stay here again!

This was our fifth year staying at Ocean Vista, but our first staying at 301 Ocean Vista. Of all the places at OV we have stayed this was the best. First, it was beautifully decorated with plenty of storage space in each room. Plus, There are several features that enhanced the property such as door to master bath. Other OV condos have had a seperate door to toilet ansd shower, but sink area open. It was by far the best stocked kitchen with all the small appliances and tools that a cook could want, A separate mini fridge to store drinks freed up room in the large refrigerator, and A reverse osmosis system to name a few other enhancements. Owners were communcative. Condo was very clean. We had a great time and will definitely try to book 301 again.

We’ve been coming to the island for over 40 years and stayed in many different condos and homes over the years. We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of storage space for our groceries, drinks, etc. We had 8 total people staying in our condo and a host of other family members staying in other condos at Ocean Vista ranging from 60+ years, to teenagers to a two-month old. There was plenty of seating for eating, as well as hanging out with our small group and frequent visitors. As parents to three teens, we appreciated the beautiful view of the ocean and also the pool… it was nice to keep an eye on them, without following them everywhere! Beds were all incredibly comfortable, AC was nice and cool and showers were always hot! We also appreciated the beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels! The only complaint we heard from our group was about the key situation. After staying in other condos that had keypads for entry, it was a bit of a challenge to keep up with two physical keys in a lockbox with so many people coming and going with beach gear and babies throughout the day. Otherwise we loved the condo, the location and our stay in 301!

My family had an excellent time staying in Mike & Carolyn Patten condo. It was just as advertised. Such a beautiful place. The view was spectacular. We had booked for 3 nights but when we did that last night, we asked if we could stay one more night they said it was available and let us book it. Mike & Carolyn are very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. They are very clear on their instructions. We highly recommend staying here and will be coming back.

My family & I enjoyed our stay so much - the condo itself is beautiful with great space, all the amenities you may need, & breathtaking beach views - the host thought of everything you may need for a trip down to the beach from towels, chairs, canopies, & wade boards. The beach front condo is just a few steps away from the water which makes your experience so much easier. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo (10/10) in particular and will definitely stay again when we visit South Padre Island.

We had a amazing time in this condo this week! The beach and pools are walking distance and wonderful. And we were able to walk to a lot of restaurants nearby. The condo is spacious and comfortable, very well furnished with everything we needed for our family of 5 (3 teenagers). Tons of things to do in South Padre Island. And Mike and Carolyn were amazing hosts - very quick to respond to any questions that were sent. We will definitely be back there next time we come to South Padre!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and appreciated all the amenities, bonus the condo has s reverse osmosis water filtration system. The hosts responded very quickly to our questions.

Everything about this place was spectacular! Exceptionally clean, stocked with everything you could need with extra towels, dishes, beach items, blankets etc. available if needed. Super cute decor and nice appliances and kitchen accessories. The property itself was wonderful. Clean, close to beach, pools were quiet and clean. Communication with the owners was fast and thorough! Definitely hoping to come back to SPI and stay here again Sunday! The only thing I would recommend would be some new pillows!

Our family stayed here for spring break and this was a great condo. The condo was very clean and the owners thought of everything that is needed for a day at the beach and pool. Communication with the owners was excellent and very easy. We would recommend this condo! It is a 5 star condo!

My grandson was turning nine and my son-in-law was turning 50. We stayed in this condo and absolutely loved it! It is so nice and they have everything you would need. We definitely plan on going back as often as possible. It looks just like the pictures. That location is perfect. You can sit on the balcony and just watch the ocean and all that’s going on. We used to go to Orange Beach but now that we have found this condo we don’t need to do that. It is suitable for all ages, and we even took our small maltipoo dog. I highly recommend this condo. can’t wait till we can go back.

We had a total of 8(adults) people and this was the best stay at SPI. This condo was so well stocked and had enough space. Having a washer and dryer and great internet was a game changer. My kids asked to stay here again. We had a wonderful stay.

This condo was perfect for our family during our stay in SPI. The kitchen was perfect to make meals and spend time with each other after a fun day on the beach. The view of the beach from the living room and patio was amazing. We loved staying here and hope to book again soon. Thank you so much!

We had an amazing time in SPI and the condo rental was perfect for our needs. We stayed 6 nights with 7 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs. Perfect location, perfect view, spacious, close to the beach, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The condo and grounds are very clean and the dog area was very convenient. We had 3 vehicles so I thought parking might be a bit tricky, since only 1 vehicle is allowed in the gated parking. But we had no issues finding additional parking, since there are ample spaces available right outside the gate. We spent a lot of time on the balcony because of the breaktaking views, and because it always had such a nice breeze wafting through, no matter the time of day. Our hosts, Mike and Carolyn were easy to communicate with and responded almost immediately to any inquiries we had. This rental definitely made our vacation...so much so, we didn't want to leave!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo! Had everything we needed and more. The views and access to the beach can’t be beat! An added perk was a grocery store within walking distance which was so convenient.

Breathtaking. Pictures do not do it justice. Everything was as it was represented. Views are absolutely great. Condo was clean and decorated perfectly. Kitchen stocked as advertised, but this was not a cook in the condo trip. We had decided to make it a real vacay and try all the restaurants, and boy do they have some good ones. So definitely a 5 out of 5 star condo and trip. The hosts were wonderful and replied to all my questions before we took the trip. The lady at the office was attentive and nice. Can't say enough good things and nothing negative. I could say more, but just go see for yourself.

This property is everything you could ask for and more. The location is perfect and the property owners were great to communicate with. I would highly recommend this condo for your stay if you will be visiting South Padre. We cannot wait to return and we would not want to stay anywhere else.

We have been going down to Padre for almost 30 years and this will be our new "go to" condo going forward. Great folks to deal with, outstanding property, as advertised, very well maintained, and located in a great area. We highly recommend.
