Wonderful and quiet at pools and beach

This was our first trip to Aruba and this was the perfect property to stay at. The owner of the condo was in touch with us before and during our stay. We had a very delayed flight and weren't getting there until 11:00 pm and I asked if he could get us a few items so we at least had something to drink and he had it all waiting for us in the condo. That was greatly appreciated. The views from the balcony and the rooftop were amazing!! Everything about the stay was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Our first time in Aruba and we can’t say enough great things about this property. Communication with the owner was great and Ritchie was extremely helpful with check in and also helped us sort out an issue with our rental car. Can’t recommend this property enough!

No one ever contacted us or met with us once we arrived like they were supposed to. The girls had to spend about an hour, vacuuming and dusting as it was a parent that they had not checked on the place before we arrived. The ice machine was frozen solid, and I had to chip out the ice from the container so that fresh ice could refill. we enjoyed the property very much besides these things and the location was key. Up until our arrival, Communication was great but after arrival, someone else took responsibility for that and their was non until the day that we were leaving.

Condo is in a great location. Quick walk to the beach. Richie was helpful during check in and showed us around the condo and the terrace. The condo had all the amenities we needed. If you rent this condo, please bring your own soap and shampoo. I would recommend Oceania!!

Oceania is a beautiful place on Eagle Beach. The condo was perfect and Michael was very responsive and helpful.

Amazing property and amazing property owner. This condo is steps from the amazing Caribbean Sea and the pictures don’t do the view justice. Everything was exactly how it was listed. Michael, the property owner, was fabulous to work with. He was very helpful and always responsive. This was our first trip to Aruba and we will be back!

As I sit here in the airport with the tear in my eye, couldn’t have been any better. The most equipped place we’ve ever stayed at. Great communication. Great location lol. You can’t go wrong here. We’re already planning our next trip back. Far enough from the tourist area but close enough to the thick of things. The upstairs on the roof is an added bonus. We were up there every evening.

We loved the condo! Gorgeous views and well equipped kitchen. I would recommend the owner consider buying a gas grill for the rooftop deck. Beautiful sunsets!

We had an incredible stay at the Oceania. The condo we perfect for what we needed and the location directly in front of Eagle beach was perfect. The condo was very well equipped and the wifi worked great. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very nice. The hot tub on the roof was a nice surprise and the views from up there were tremendous. My family is already planning a return trip to Aruba and would love to stay here again

The condo was perfect!!! The views from the upper deck and balcony are beautiful!! The location on Eagle Beach was perfect and the beach was beautiful! Clean condo, all the necessary accommodations (paper products, beach chairs, cooler etc.), and great communication with owner and property manager. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend the condo to others. It was only a short walk to some restaurants and convenience stores and and a short drive to the busier hotel rise area and other great locations! Aruba is wonderful!!!!

We had a fantastic time in Aruba and staying here was a big part of it. Wonderful views, short walk to pool and beach. We jet skiied, went on banana boats on the beach and were thankful for things provided such as beach chairs. Grocery store is a few minutes drive as are plenty of restaurants. We loved the Donkey Sanctuary, the Aloe Farm as well as the day spent at De Palm Island. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we come back to Aruba. With two teens space is important and with the upstairs patio, we had the room to relax without being on top of each other. Thank you!!

Property is clean and spacious and across the road from a not too busy part of beautiful eagle beach

We just returned from an amazing trip. The condo is everything you would need and more. The beds were very comfortable , like home! Michael was great, answered all of my questions. Richie took care of us upon check in and check out. He even got a jeep to rent for the day. . The condo is so spacious and the rooftop is amazing. The sunset views were beautiful and we loved the hot tub. The complex is so safe and clean and on the best beach in the Caribbean. Oceania has the best view compared to other resorts nearby and the shortest walk to the beach. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance or less than a five minute drive. I recommend bringing snorkel gear and renting a car, drive to tres trapi just north of the high rise section and snorkel- we saw sea turtles!! We did a self jeep tour for the day and it was so fun going at our own pace to see the natural pools, bridge and caves We loved pizza bobs, Moombas and TOF. Superfoods grocery store is five minutes away too. Thanks again Michael- we will definitely stay here if we travel to Aruba again! I would rate it more than five stars if I could!

This place was fantastic! Super clean, spacious, and an incredible rooftop that was the perfect spot to watch the sunset. The location on Eagle Beach was close to shops, restaurants, and other beaches. Michael was extremely responsive to all of our messages, and Richie, the property manager, gave us a great tour and wonderful restaurant recommendations (Red Fish is 3 mins away and delicious!) Resort staff was always friendly and the resort was quiet at night. It really was the perfect choice for our family, traveling with a 15 year old. No complaints and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed so much our stay at Michael's condo apartment in Eagle Beach, condo was very spacios very well equiped with everything we needed. Michael was very responsive, the check in procces was very well coordinated. Location is great, nice & quiet, near the beach restaurants & shopping, the views from the condo were just beautiful, watching the sunsets from the balcony or terrace was a special treat. We were all so pleased we would definently go back again. Thank you Michael for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!!

Great view of the ocean and pool. Very responsive owner. TV in second bedroom didn’t work and Michael had someone show up within the hour with a new tv. Would stay here again.

For us, the responsiveness of our host, the quality of the unit, its perfect location, and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere of the property were paramount. If we could give it more than 5 stars, we would. Michael's rental will be our first choice when we travel to Aruba again.

Nice balcony on the same floor with ocean views and that was our morning coffee spot. The location is convenient to get to down town or Northern beaches. Everything seemed close. Great place that is fair priced and we would stay there again on our next visit to Aruba. We loved the place.

Perfect location, amazing amenities and gracious host.

Our new favorite place...Aruba! This condo was spacious and clean. It was well stocked with all the essentials; towels, paper products, cleaning products and beach chairs. The most impressive thing about this condo is the private rooftop terrace with a hot tub. If it rains, there is even a covered area up top. The views from the balcony and the rooftop are gorgeous! Richi was very helpful with everything we needed. Eagle Beach is right across the street and it is everything you read about. White sand and beautiful water. There are so many great restaurants within walking distance. We did not rent a car but mainly walked. When we went farther we took taxi's, the bus and used the scooters to get around. This was our first time to Aruba, we are so impressed with this condo and the welcoming people there we are already trying to plan another trip. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this condo.

This place was amazing. The pictures online are very accurate but some don’t do it justice. We loved the proximity to the beach, pools, grocery store. We also appreciated the fact that some simple grocery items (paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, hand soaps, garbage bags) were included. This place was amazing and we loved every single second of our stay here. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything was great! Condo was clean, had everything you could need in the kitchen, bath and also plenty of beach chairs, cooler, etc. The rooftop terrace is very large and the views were incredible. There is a hot tub on the terrace as well. We personally did not use it as we are very much on the go and out of the condo type of vacationers so we just did not have time. Check-in with Richi was smooth and no issues. We like the quieter, low rise area as opposed to the busier high rise area. Eagle Beach, which is in front of Oceania, is much larger and wider than in the high rise district at Palm Beach. Much less crowded as well - we had tons of personal space around us and it is a very short walk just across the street. We hit the grocery store and did easy breakfasts and lunch in the condo. Ate dinner out every night and had some fantastic food, Anno 1887 downtown was our favorite finer dining restaurant; however, we also ate at Water's Edge, Passions, Barefoot, Omakase Sushi and all were good. We did rent a car just for ease of grocery trips, excursions (snorkel trip), and one day we explored the island and visited the Donkey Sanctuary, Arikok National Park and Baby Beach - all were great. If we find ourselves in Aruba again we would rent P515 in the future! We like to go a lot of different places to see the world so it would be the only reason we may not be back for a few years. You can't go wrong - we were only a couple but there was plenty of room for a family with the 2 BR's and 2 Baths and ample living space.
