We absolutely love everything about this rental and the incredible way that Curtis Kay manages it. The home is the best one we have ever been in and is maintained to perfection! Every single thing that you could need is provided. The setting is the most beautiful ever! We have rented this home several times, and hope to continue for years to come. We had an amazing 10 day stay at this beachfront estate. There is something for everyone. The house itself is gorgeous. Large, spacious, and clean. The bedrooms are well appointed and the rooms with ocean views are particularly fantastic. Most bedrooms have their own bathrooms which makes for a very comfortable stay. The house is even more gorgeous than in the pictures! You will have an amazing time here.
The location could not be better. The house is nestled in the gorgeous oasis that is the Isle of Palms; beachfront and on a quiet walkable street. Shopping and dining is a quick drive away and only 30 min to get to downtown Charleston and see the sights. It was always a comfort to come back to this gorgeous place. There is plenty of fun for kids and adults alike, from water activities in the beach and pool to the gorgeous outdoor deck and the infinity pool/hot tub.
The house is well equipped with anything you might need. The kitchen is large and has anything you might need. There are plenty of laundry facilities, baby equipment, pool equipment, and beach supplies.
The homeowner is accommodating and responsive and did his best to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

Gorgeous home and amzing layout for a group. We brought family in for my wife's birthday and everyone loved it! The home is set up wonderfully and well thought out. All guests had private areas to relax and the shared areas were inviting. Morning views are amazing!!! A+++ all around

This beautiful, oceanfront home checked all the boxes for us! It comfortably accommodated 11 adults for our family Christmas vacation.
We stayed at the home within days of a strong storm that damaged the stairs to the beach, but the owners jumped on the repairs immediately such that we were not inconvenienced.
The kitchen is WELL equipped...if you think you'll need, it is probably there...in multiples!
We plan to book this home again next year for our next gathering. It was perfect for us.

Had a wonderful week in a beautiful house on the beach of Isle of Palm. Sons, spouses, grandchildren had their own rooms with in-suite baths, views of the ocean and most comfortable furnishing. Great fully outfitted kitchen and everything needed to prepare meals and beverages. Pool/spa and deck overlooking the beach. Very conveniently located at the quiet end of the beach close to Sullivan's Island. Highly recommended.

The house is amazing; particularly the kitchens. Two ovens, two dishwashers, industrial icemaker, two refrigerators; just amazing.
There's plenty of room for everyone, many beach accessories to use, simply a very comfortable home to stay for a week.

The beach was beautiful and having the pool elevated was a awesome treat.

My entire family of 24 rented this house last week. We ranged in ages from 6 to 80. The house was not only beautiful, but so comfortable. They had everything we needed to enjoy the house, pool and beach. Would definitely love to go back again.

Location and Luxury
We rented this home for a group of 11, family and friends, who were going to Charleston to sailboat race. The house was amazing and better than the listing depicts. The kitchen has everything you could want to cook complex meals. In fact, there are two kitchens, two ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers!
Beds are extremely comfortable. The home is well appointed and set up to entertain 10-12 people. The house was very clean with plenty of linens, towels, beach towels.
Great access to the beach with incredible views from most every room

Awesome Property
we had 8 adults and 1 infant, the location was awesome and it made it very easy to either go to the beach or stay in the pool. My family and friends had a great time, the house was well equipped with everything we could possible need. We would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week on the Isle of Palms. The house comfortably accommodated 22 residents. It would be hard to conceive of a venue better suited to host a large family beach week.

It was a beautiful week. The location is amazing and the house is beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. The beds were all VERY comfortable and the heated pool and outdoor fireplace/firepit were the highlight of our stay. We have nothing negative to say about it!!!

It was incredible, the house is stunning and everything was perfect. Despite the pool draining and a few things being broken when we arrived like the front door and dishwasher everything was incredible and the owners were so nice and easily reachable

Great Vacation Home
The house is beautiful, directly on the beach, with a fantastic pool on the terrace. It is large, and sleeps 20, with several bedrooms that are clean and well-organized. Downtown Charleston, SC, is a 15 minute drive. Perfect beach vacation home for a large family, well equipped.

Best Beach Vacation Ever!
Our large extended family loved our week at the beach. Between the pool on the first floor level, the amazing covered patio space and the easy access to the beach, our family spent our quarantine vacation in "heaven"! We are already planning our return to this house next year.

Wonderful!
This house was perfect. They had everything you would need for a week long trip, plus so much room! Unfortunately, we did experience hurricane weather and had to leave early. But, the time we spent there was wonderful. There was plenty of room for our large family. And if you needed an escape from the crowd, the house was sound proof. They had an abundance of beach chairs and pool toys. We will definitely be back next year (before the hurricanes).

Wow! What a wonderful vacation! Having a family of 21 it was wonderful to have a beautiful house right on the beach that would accommodate all of us without being right on top of each other!! Absolutely beautiful well kept home with so many thoughtful extras... Thank you to the Kay’s for allowing us to enjoy it for a week!! Will definitely consider it our next beach vacation! This place was wonderful. Everything you could need for a great vacation at the beach was available. There even were dolphins in front of the house every day.

Perfect in every way
This house is amazing....we had the best time! It is HUGE and really beautiful. There are tons of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc for kids to play with. The pool is so clean and heated....it was amazing! Having 3 washers and 3 dryers was a life saver for our family (17 people). HIGHLY recommend!

Wonderful Week
Great property, extremely well equipped, including beach chairs, towels, and many other items to make the how so enjoyable. I have rented beaches houses over the last 40 years and this is my favorite, hands down, of them all.
