Very, very nice except for super narrow drive way and retaining wall that grabbed two passenger doors of my truck. Cannot see wall from vehicle when exiting driveway. Should remove. Highly recommend staying here. Will be back every summer.

This is our second time staying at this property. We love the location. It’s very clean, great kitchen. I would not recommend staying on the first floor, the units upstairs have tile floors so you can hear EVERYTHING! It’s much better on 2nd floor. Also the wifi isn’t great at this property. Rented a movie through our Amazon live acct and never got to finish it. The movie stopped while playing so many times due to a weak wifi signal so that wasn’t great with having 2 teen boys on vacation. Seems they are in need of a stronger wifi? I’d probably stay again in a larger unit upstairs and just figure out another way to keep teens occupied in evening besides a movie.

We had a great stay here. Kitchen was well stocked and everything worked. We used the laundry and grill which were nice amenities to have. The beds were comfortable, including the couch bed. Location was convenient to beach and we walked when going most anywhere in town.

Very nice property. However, the unit directly above us had 2 parents and 2 very active young boys with non stop running, moving furniture and it sounded liked they were bowling. Quite distracting from an otherwise pleasant unit. Had we known this situation in advance, we would have chosen another property.

Return visit to Carlsbad to start the new year. Stayed in the same condo as last year - still fits all our needs and we enjoyed our stay. Love being able to walk to most everything. Thanks for another great trip!

Beach Vaca
Our family loved this location. So close to the beach and Carlsbad Villages. Owner responded quickly and cleaning staff was nice and helpful. We will definitely return to this place in the future.

Nice stay
The condo had everything we needed for a beach vacation and was easy to walk across the street. Also close to downtown Carlsbad and could walk there for plenty of restaurants and shops.
As other reviews mention, you can hear everything from upstairs, even walking. Some items seemed to have some wear and need replacing (mattresses dip).

We had a wonderful stay! The rental was very clean and a great location to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Clean, great location.
Very clean. Lovely courtyard area. Beach toys and wagons are awesome. Great location! The only downside- if you are in a lower unit the noise from the upstairs units is very loud. Not sure I would stay in a lower unit again and would feel very bad about causing too much noise in an upper unit.

Awesome Location and Very Clean!
The stay in this condo exceeded our expectations! Our family has stayed in a lot of VRBO's over the years and this one gets the award for the CLEANEST!! Also, the location is amazing! It's within walking distance of many restaurants, beaches, shops, etc. The kitchen is well equipped with very nice cookware, cooking utensils and everything else you could need. The beds are very comfortable. Linens are very nice as well. We found some really nice restaurants, shops and also a couple of dessert places that we loved! We would definitely recommend staying here on your visit to Carlsbad.

Clean, comfortable great location
Great location just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We appreciate that beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and beach towels were available to use. Unit was very clean, well stocked with parking on site. Great communication with Manager and quick to respond to questions.

Winter getaway
We had a great time on our trip to Carlsbad. Location of the property was perfect for our family. Very easy to walk to the beach especially with the wagon to haul the provided beach toys. The condo was just the right size, beds were comfortable and furniture adequate. We'll be back!

GREW UP IN Carlsbad. Have not lived here in 38 plus years but visit pretty often. GREAT LOCATION
Property has all the amenities you would want. It includes Washer Dryer, the condo is comfortable, TVs in each room, full kitchen and utencils and very nice private building outdoor common area with BBQ and fireplace.

Great location, perfect for a family
This condo was perfect for our visit to Legoland. The location was great - a short walk right into downtown Carlsbad and right by the ocean. As others have said, the downstairs units can get a bit noisy, but otherwise they are exactly as described. Clean, easy and comfortable! Well stocked kitchen for a vacation rental.

So close to the beach, clean, and comfortable!
Our stay was great. This listing was exactly as pictured/described. It served as a great home base for our busy weekend celebrating a friend’s wedding. We would absolutely stay again!

Great Location!
Great accommodations within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The condo was a 2 minute walk to the beach and the views from the patio and balcony were incredible.

A nice condo in a great location
My granddaughter and her family along with myself, stayed at this property for another granddaughter's wedding. The condo was very nice and had nice upgrades to their kitchen. The cooking utensils were top notch. A lot of places we have stayed, the owners will buy the cheapest cookware and utensils, not this place. There were 5 of us, with only one bathroom (another 1/2 bath would have been nice), but we made it work. Our unit was on the ground level and the only thing we could see was the wall to the parking ramp, but we were hardly ever in our room. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Lily for your quick replies when I had a question.

Clean, quiet, close to the beach
As a child, my family visited Carlsbad every summer. Last year I decided it would be a good tradition to continue with my daughters. I found this place online and I’m so glad I did. Our visits have been wonderful. The units have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are clean and comfortable, and there is a laundry room on site.

Amazing location
Had a very enjoyable stay in Carlsbad. Some notable highlights of this place: - clean! - modern and recently upgraded - very comfortable beds - amazing location: we were literally across the street from the beach and a short 5 min walk to downtown Carlsbad restaurants, and a 10-min drive from Legoland - There is extra beach gear such as towels, boogie boards, wagon, umbrellas and beach toys. The kitchen is pretty equipt with a coffee maker, tea kettle, strainer, pots & pans, cookie sheets, glasses, dishware, and utensils. There are a variety of spices & condiments available, but bring your own if you need something special, because it might not be there. Lily is very responsive & gets whatever you may need. This is our go-to rental for the area!
I would recommend this place to others travelling with a family.

Well stocked kitchen rest was marginal
The kitchen had new appliances and cookware. Nice. I requested a quiet room. Got it only when no one else was in the complex. Had snorers that sounded like lumber jacks whenever a new guest would show up, and they were either on the side of us or on the top, and I know the agents could have moved us to a quieter room during our stay because of the availability. The apartment was basically clean, except the sheets that smelled of too much laundry detergent. There is no view of the ocean even though it was 1.5 blocks away from the beach, because of the highrise on the west side. The agents left us alone which was good. 3 stars for the kitchen and condition, but not the ambience.

Beautiful property!
My family had the best time. What can we say but simply amazing. The attention to detail is immaculate. Every comfort of home was included. The beds were extremely comfortable, the temperature perfect and everything you could possibly want provided was there. The amenities in the courtyard were great. Great area for cooking on the grill, plenty of seating for eating and beautiful fire pit. Overall, we have finally found our spot we can return to for many years to come. Thank you for having an extraordinary property.

Awesome location, great place to stay.
We really enjoyed ourselves here and will definitely recommend this to everyone. The only thing that prevented this from being a 5-star review is that the trash bins were always overflowing, so we had to stack it on top and hope it wouldn’t fall over and make a mess. But that was a minor detail on an otherwise amazing experience.

Convenient, clean and modern!
Our family loved the location! Easy walk to the beach and the village. The condo was clean and modern. First two nights were noisy from the upstairs neighbors. Would definitely stay here again but see if there is an upstairs unit available. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!
