Più spazio, più divertimento! Questo spazioso appartamento di quasi 1000 piedi quadrati con una camera da letto, un unico livello. Questa deliziosa camera da letto ha un letto king size e un letto pieghevole full size che può ospitare 4, uno schermo piatto da 42 "T. V. nella camera da letto. Il bagno ha una vanità con armadi personalizzati con vasca piastrellata e doccia combinata. Lavatrice / asciugatrice impilate fornite! La cucina ha ampi armadi su misura con ripiani in granito e alzatina di piastrelle di marmo. Tutti gli elettrodomestici sono in acciaio inossidabile e includono anche una caffettiera, un tostapane e un frullatore. Il condominio è dotato di tutto il necessario per pentole, stoviglie, bicchieri, stoviglie e posate. Un'ulteriore comodità è una scrivania! Il soggiorno è arredato con un divano in pelle sezionale e uno schermo piatto da 55 "T. V. The hosts were very responsive and left very little questions with our check in. Easy access to most in the area. All new appliances & seemed to be one of the nicer units on the island compared to what we heard from some other friends staying for the same event. Would book again.

Nice well kept apartment, quite spacious for a 1 bedroom. Walking distance to the beach and good location on the strip. Quite the enjoyable stay.

We arrived with all instructions in our email. The host was excellent in his communication by email, app and even personal text. We felt welcomed and the condo was very clean. It was quiet, the space felt large and airy and allows in a lot of natural light. The bed is comfortable, which is also a huge plus! Location is great too.

The place was very clean and quiet, kitchen very well stocked and comfortable bed/furniture. I do wish there had been a better view of the gulf and that the patio had more privacy. One end of the patio is glass and connected to a public space with high traffic. The parking was challenging (obviously not the owner's fault). The bedroom wall is all glass so it is very bright and no room darkening shades. We purchased sleep masks after night one and that fixed the issue. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for our weekend beach trip! Check in was easy and seamless and the condo was just as the pictures show. Very, very clean and a perfect location and easy access to the beach. Communication was amazing too. We will be adding this place to our list of places to stay at South Padre!

What an amazing time we had in South Padre Island. THANK YOU both Jamie and Olga for sharing your BEAUTIFUL AND RELAXING condo with us. Our stay was truly AMAZING and the attentiveness that you both gave us from the check in to the send off was second to none. The condo was stocked with everything and more and it really made us feel like we were at home. The tapestry of the cool and relaxing atmosphere made ending our nights just as pleasurable as the Island itself. I can't say enough about the support you gave with places to eat and things to see. THANK YOU is too small but it truly carries a heartfelt vibe. I promise you when we return, we will look for you again.

We had never been to South Padre, I was a bit Leary about being so far away from home not knowing the area. Once we arrived we felt at lease and the place was beautiful and very clean. We stayed for a week and had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals except a cheese grater but we managed lol.
The bed was very comfortable and big. Bathroom was very clean. We had a great view from our balcony of the pool area. The heated pool was fantastic, and the beach was walking distance. Overall, a great place to stay and enjoy plus we were close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

Condo was very clean and nice. Easily accessible and liked not having to worry about having a key. Pool was nice and warm as was the hot tub. It was a very relaxing vacation.

This is a beautiful complex and a beautiful unit. Location makes walking to most places quite easy.

Beautiful condominium with easy access on the second floor. The bed was very comfortable, excellent TV, channel package, perfect kitchen, well equipped for cooking or warming up leftovers. Huge covered patio with a nice view of the pool area and the Gulf of Mexico. The hosts were very helpful and made sure all of our needs were taken care of.

The VRBO team did a great job and the condo provided a great and relaxing stay. I received the rest I needed and the place was clean and every worker was friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Condo was clean and had easy access to a pool, hot tub, and easy access to the beaches. Host was nice and informative. Directions for check in and check out were very clear. Would gladly choose this host and VRBO again if in the South Padre Island area.

This is a stylish and quite nice condo on the beach in S Padre. It is well equipped and it is well run and maintained by its owners. The owners were quite helpful and very professional arranging everything ahead of time. They also checked in to see if everything was well and of course it was.
It was a busy summer weekend overall in SPI but this condo made it just right for our stay. For a couple this is perfect.
Sometimes it might take a trip to somewhere to find where you like it and want to stay, but we found it here and we will certainly be back and stay here again.

Check-in was a breeze with the instructions sent a week prior. Proximity to the beach was a short distance; with a toddler It was a bit of a walk, but luckily we brought our wagon with us to carry all essentials. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. I was nervous because I forgot to pack my own pillow, thank goodness everything in the condo was comfortable for us. Living area was very spacious and It was perfect for all basic needs. We were able to cook breakfast and lunch several days there and do some laundry as well. Thank you for a pleasant stay and for being so accommodating! Looking forward to another visit!

My wife and i were just amazed about this condo...we have twins, 3 year olds and it was perfect. the high ceilings, upgrades, granite countertops, layout, access from the elevator, balcony in front of pool. the propane grills. the pool. the beach access. as always, we love the sunchase iv. the security is very strict, which i love. i dont mind them questioning us from time to time.

This condo is amazing, the cleaniness and location was absolute paradise. The pool and hot tub are amazing and its just a short walk to the beach. You can see the Gulf waves from the balcony, which was so relaxing! We'll definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing time.

My husband and I needed to unwind after a few weeks of being on the go in Texas and this place was perfect! The sun was a welcome sight and the patio was perfect for a morning cup of coffee. It was nice to catch up on a little laundry and just enjoy each other!

We were very pleased with our stay at the Sunchase IV condo. It was perfect for a couple. Beautiful unit, excellent amenities on property and easy access to the beach. We had a couple of minor issues with equipment in the condo, which the owner was quick to address in person. Everything worked out well. We enjoy South Padre and we'll look forward to another opportunity to book this unit.

The hosts were so easy to work with and messaged us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed for our visit. The place was exactly like the pictures. We had everything in the condo that we could ever need for our stay. The people staying at the condo were all very friendly as well. Great location as well!!

Facility does not allow spring breakers on property without adult supervision. The condo was quiet, clean and very roomy.
Highly recommend property. Next time I will have to double check the property and make sure there are no items missing. I received a call from owner after I left that a tv remote was missing. I am not sure if the owner ever found it. I did not have it in my belongings.

The property was exactly as described. I always look for a deck with a view so I can enjoy reading outside…..the deck is very long with a view of the pool & the Gulf. It was quiet, even though it was spring break week. I hope to stay again.

The condo is very nice and contemporary. When I rent a VRBO I like to do some of the cooking during my stay. I was impressed with the pots, pans, and dishes. Most places have very cheap ones that don't work well.

This is the place to stay if your a small group looking for a clean place that has all the amenities on SPI…I’m a bit of a gym rat and it’s a rare find for me to find a fully functional gym within a rental complex…great pools and reasonable access to the beach….my wife is a clean freak and this passed all the tests…connectivity was excellent with local cable and ability to stream from personal devices…bed was very comfortable

My husband and I wanted to go someplace new and decided on South Padre Island, Texas. From the initial renting of the property on VRBO, to receiving the information regarding checkin, to the welcome text from Jamie & Olga, to the cleanliness of the condo, everything was perfect!!! Good amenities, nice pool area. Kind of a long walk to the beach, BBQ grill s wouldn't light. Called the number provided and got no return call. We felt very save in the compound. Some guests were loud in the pool area until late at night! All in all we had a very nice time.

I read the reviews before I rented this condo. I agree with all positive reviews and there is more...You can buy wild caught fish or dine out to eat some fresh fish locally. We caught some too (fishing boats are $30 / person for 4 hours. You can see SpaceX in distance on the boat... and some dolphins too if you are lucky). The weather was not as bad as we thought it would be. There is always nice breeze and the beach is gorgeous. And.. uhm.. yeah.. high ceiling does make a difference, which is a privilege of being on the second floor. Check out the deck on the 7th floor at night.. The unobstructed view is beautiful.. (take some ice cream with you). By the way Jaime is a wonderful host. He is available when you need help. Thanks for everything Jaime.

Awesome Get away!
Everything was perfect! The best location, beach access, pools, and all of the amenities you would need! If I had to complain about anything our last night the air seemed to not be working as well and it got up to 82 degrees. Other than that our host was very responsive and helpful and I'm sure if I reported the air issue to him he would have gotten someone to look at it immediately but since it was late at night and we were leaving early the next morning we didn't bother him.

Would recommend
Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We had a wagon for our items and two year old, so the walk to the beach was easy and quick. I recommend a wagon if walking with a lot of items, but we were very happy with the distance to the beach. The beach was perfect and not overly crowded at all. Only negative we found was the balcony view of just the pool. We spent a lot of time there with our two year old napping, so we wish the view was a bit better and more private. Overall great and would return.
