Questa unità fa parte dei condomini della gola del fiume di nuova costruzione. I condomini si trovano proprio sul fiume Tennessee. Godrai della vista sulla gola del fiume Tennessee e sulle montagne circostanti! Questo è un posto perfetto per un weekend rilassante! C'è anche una società di noleggio di kayak / paddleboard accanto, River Canyon Adventures! I nostri affittuari possono andare gratuitamente purché ci sia abbastanza attrezzatura disponibile. I consigli sono comunque apprezzati per i lavoratori. Gary offrirà anche un giro in barca sul pontone gratuito se la barca e lui è disponibile! Possiamo anche offrire sconti per prenotazioni last minute per tutte le stagioni tranne l'estate e le vacanze!
Il condominio ha tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici da cucina. Il soggiorno ha una smart tv da 55 pollici con cavo, wifi e lettore dvd! La camera da letto ha anche una TV intelligente! C'è anche una griglia della comunità che è disponibile per l'uso!
Se ami l'acqua, abbiamo un nuovissimo molo per barche a due piani! È perfetto per pescare, nuotare o mettere i kayak in acqua! Il tetto è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi e godersi il panorama e il sole! Abbiamo anche un nuovo pontone disponibile per l'affitto! È $ 150 per mezza giornata e $ 250 per un'intera giornata più carburante.
La nostra posizione è a pochi minuti da ottimi sentieri e altre attività se ami la vita all'aria aperta. Prentice Cooper è a pochi minuti di distanza e Signal Mountain a soli 10 minuti! Entrambi hanno percorsi fantastici con viste bluff! Siamo anche a soli 10 minuti dal centro di Chattanooga. Ci sono molti ottimi ristoranti, l'acquario TN e altre attrazioni turistiche laggiù.

Directions and check in super easy host was very helpful and friendly. Condo is very clean well equipped and fit our needs perfectly. Would recommend very highly!

A beautiful riverside condo. Communication with owner was excellent. We felt the owner wanted to be sure we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed watching all the birds ( saw an Eagle) . There is a dock you can sit on and enjoy or do some fishing (there are poles for you to use. There are kayaks next door you can rent at a discount. There is a restaurant River Drifters nearby we really enjoyed. found the location to be perfect.

Super cute condo with plenty of space. Loved being right on the river and access to the dock to just chill or fish. Didn't have time to take advantage of water craft rental next door. Host was very friendly and answered all questions timely. 10:10 and would stay here again if we come back to the area

Amazing no stress stay on the water. Condo clean and stocked with plenty of kitchen wares to cook with during stay. Double deck for sunrise/sunset gazing amazing.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and spacious. The area is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats and enjoying the view. We had access to boat tours and rentals (kayaks, paddleboards, etc) without leaving the property. The owner was easily accessible if needed.

Perfect size for two people. Appliances all in good shape. Beautiful view of river from balcony and from upper deck of boat dock. A very enjoyable pontoon boat tour of the river gorge is available and leaves from the boat dock on the property.

Flawless. The view of river from room and living room look spectacular. You want to have a cup of coffee or two here. Close to town, immaculate and comfortable. I stayed an extra night because it's so nice.

My 6th or 7th stay at River Gorge. The serenity and natural beauty is hard to describe in words. The owner is a true Gem, great person, goes out of his way to be friendly and helpful each time I have stayed here.

Beautiful views and convenient back to the aquarium, etc. If you have a short trip and just need an economic place to stay this is fitting.

The Pictures of the place are very accurate. The view was amazing and it was very quiet. The decorations could be updated, but the bed was very comfortable and there was extra pillow and blankets. The View was breathtaking. We will for sure be coming back and bringing family to enjoy as well.

Our stay at this property was amazing! Only 50 yards from the river and 10 minutes from all Chattanooga has to offer make this property ideal. The condo was lovely, the views outstanding! After walking Rock City in the morning to building a fire on property that night, it was a perfect day. Be sure to book a river cruise with Jesse...spectacular! We will be back.💖

This is our 2nd time staying here. Very clean, quiet and relaxing with beautiful views. Only a 8-10 min drive to downtown. Highly recommend!

Generally a nice facility with gorgeous views of the river. Took pontoon boat tour and it was invigorating. It is a bit away from downtown, but as a result very peaceful.
Unfortunately we had a problem with the entry gate. It closed while we were entering and damaged our car. Hopefully this matter will be resolved through insurance coverage, per Garry Gaylor, the Property Manager. At present waiting to hear back from insurance agent.

Our Stay by the Tennessee River
You could not ask for a better view of the Tennessee River and the mountains.. The apartment was nicely furnished and very clean. The owner lives on site and was easy to communicate with. The folks next door rent paddle boards and kayaks and we got a special ..... very good rate for our stay. Was an enjoyable experience that I would highly recommend. 😊

The location was also great, it was out enough to feel more secluded and private, but a close enough drive (about 5-15min) to town or to the city to do shopping, dining, or sightseeing.
The only negative thing I could mention, is the condos aren't very soundproof, so you can hear if they're kids above or beside you, or even outside. But they did respect the 10pm quiet time, so it wasn't too bad.
But for the location, what all is offered, communication, and price, this place is worth it. Would stay here again if in the area.
