Si accettano animali ben educati. Questa spaziosa casa con due camere da letto e due bagni è stata costruita nel 2009 e dispone di tutti i comfort moderni. A differenza di molte case in Eugene, questa casa è ARIA CONDIZIONATA! Grande sala grande con camino a gas, schermo piatto da 42 ", luci del cielo e porta scorrevole sul ponte. La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di nuovi elettrodomestici e tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. Sedersi sul ponte e guardare le anatre di tanto in tanto atterrare nello stagno proprio fuori dalla porta. Vi è un comodo accesso ADA in tutto per gli ospiti con disabilità e la casa è tutto su un unico livello. Un sacco di spazio per famiglia allargata o due coppie, ognuna con la propria camera con letti matrimoniali. Altri due possono trovare un divano letto matrimoniale nella spaziosa sala grande. Amerai questo ambiente tranquillo, sicuro e conveniente a circa 3 miglia e mezzo dal campus dell'Università dell'Oregon, a 2 miglia dall'Autzen Stadium / PK Park dove i Ducks giocano a calcio / baseball e Matt Arena per gli appassionati di basket. Goditi i comfort di casa lontano da casa e sii insieme invece delle spese di 2 camere d'albergo e senza cucina. Un sacco di parcheggio gratuito anche!

This was a solid property to stay at. The home was immaculate. My sister is in a wheelchair and I literally looked throughout Oregon for a place to take her. Mike's place fit the bill. She was able to stay in her chair and interact with us. She loved the home, too.
Mike is a great host. He was friendly to talk to. A super awesome cat, named Kinky because of the tail, also brings fun to the place. She is ready for some friends and we really enjoyed spending time with her, too. Overall, great location, great value for money, and perfect for that family time place where you can cook, hang out, and just relax.

We visit family in Eugene and usually stay at a hotel. While searching for hotels for our most recent stay they were running $400-$500 per night because of track events at the U of O. Up popped Mike's property! Booked it for a week and within an hour got a call from Mike welcoming us to the cottage...with our visit 8 months away! Excellent location for our visit, just 9 minutes to our familys' house, great proximity to UofO and downtown. Spacious living/dining/kitchen area with small, sunny deck. Two bedroos and two baths were quiet and away from the living area. We were in the real estate business for 40 years and had a high end rental business and Mike was the ideal property owner. Would highly recommend.

This was a very nice clean House. Both Bedrooms had queen beds, or course I sleep in the bedroom with bathroom attached. I was visiting a vet and friends & family will i as in town. You will not be disappointed when you stay in there guest house. All you will need is your own food, this house as everything you will need. I will be back to stay again.

We stayed in Eugene for a couple of nights for a marathon. Mike was great to deal with and really cares about his guests. Everything we needed was right there. The house was well stocked, clean and spacious. Exactly what we needed. Great communication, easy all around. Thanks Mike!!

Mike was a special host. The property was clean, well cared for and conveniently located. Off street parking was appreciated. The home comes with everything you and your family might need or find comfortable during your vacation. Comfortable beds...large, clean bathrooms...large kitchen filled with anything you might need to prepare a meal...washer/dryer...and comfortable living room. But what mostly stands out is Mike. Be sure to meet him upon check-in to get the 10 mins. tour of the property and how to make the most of your visit!

The property was immaculate and fully stocked for all our needs. No issues at all as we enjoyed the peaceful guest house. The hosts are very kind and attentive, and Mike made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. We will definitely stay again when we are in Eugene!

The house is as advertised and so much more! It worked so well for four adults and our two dogs. Hosts Mike and Terry were amazing in communication and helpfulness. Highly recommended.. We would use it again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay. We visited Eugene for the USATF Junior Olympics. This house was perfect, giving everyone space to relax after long days at the track.

Our second stay here, wonderful! We needed extra chairs for our big family dinner and Mike made it happen. Super kitchen and dining room layout to accommodate 12 happy eaters!

Mike was fantastic right from the first phone conversation. Great host and great positive energy. Conveniently close to food and grocery stores. We came for Ducks spring football game and it is really close to Autzen. The house is beautiful and has everything we needed. I will stay here again.

My husband had major surgery and needed to stay in town for a week to recover. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Mike was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. We will definitely be back to stay for a fun visit next time.

If only all VRBO homes were as comfortable, inviting, clean, and accommodating as this one! We had a great 3 night visit and will definitely be rebooking next time we are in Eugene. Location is perfect, central to everything in town. The home is in a quiet neighborhood , nestled back behind the host home. It is considered a ‘pet-friendly’ home, but it doesn’t smell or look like one. The owners have taken pride in their rental and made sure that it is clean, warm and inviting to all. Extremely well stocked kitchen, all newer appliances, plenty of space for everyone, comfortable beds, lots of linens, fresh fruit and a warm welcome! Mike and Terry Lee are excellent hosts. Thank uou!

Mike and Terry were very gracious hosts. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their backyard oasis is exactly that and Oasis. The house was so clean and cozy and just like home. We will definitely be staying there again.

This was a home away from home for our family. We had everything we needed for our stay and our host, Mike, was very helpful with any questions we had. We enjoyed the complimentary fruit and bottle of wine! Loved sitting out on the deck enjoying the peaceful grounds. One of us was in a wheelchair and it was a breeze to get inside, move around in the house, which includes an accessible bathroom and even to go out on the deck. We highly recommend this home and wonderful hosts.

Mike was great. Met us and gave us a quick tour of the house and was available at all times to answer questions and assist. The house was tucked away in a small neighborhood but still close to a lot of things - U of O, restaurants, etc

Called the day before we arrived and then met us at the house to give a tour and all the information we needed. Clean, Spacious and Great Location.
This is a wonderful hidden gem in Eugene. Really convenient to all that Eugene has to offer. Mike is a wonderful host-he even checked in with us to make sure everything was going ok during our rental. The bowl of fresh fruit was a wonderful surprise to arrive to. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. My daughter really enjoyed the neighborhood cats that would show up on the porch occasionally during the day. Thanks again Mike!
