We stayed at this amazing home for 10 days over the 4th of July. We have done this trip for years and this property was by far the best we have stayed in. The owner was very communicative and friendly. The home itself was in what I consider one of the best neighborhoods in park city. Lots of wildlife; mama and baby moose, wild turkey and deer. Great places to ride electric bikes….can walk down to deer valley cafe for lunch or paddle boarding. Home was very spacious and loved how the multiple level living offered privacy to all guests. Kitchen was very well appointed with many kitchen gadgets most rentals do not have. We would definitely stay in this magnificent home again.

This home is well maintained and has all the accoutrements to ensure a seamless stay: a very well equipped kitchen, mostly ensuite bathrooms in addition to the 2 half bathrooms on the main level, an indoor garage, multiple TV's, and a hot tub. The 7 bedrooms are spread over three floors to allow for separation of family groups, if needed.
We would definitely re-visit this property if we return to the Deer Valley/Park City area.

My extended family and I enjoyed a wonderful week of skiing thanks to this fantastic property!! With ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to rest and wash up after an amazing day on the slope, we all felt relaxed and rejuvenated for the next day. The hot tub was a grateful soak for sore muscles, and the great room fireplace provided the warm atmosphere we all loved when enjoying our dinners. Having the game room downstairs was a bonus for the younger adults to play games while us more mature adults enjoyed quiet conversations. Thank you for providing your wonderful home for us - it was perfect!

Great house, will comfortably accommodate several families. Owner responded fast to our requests and questions.
Pros:
great, safe neighborhood for walking, close to slopes, comfortable bedding. There are plenty of blankets and pillows around the house. Hot tub on the second level outside, no wild life visits. Plenty of parking space for several cars.
Cons:
Cons ate minor but would make your stay great instead of being just good.
I wish they invested in better quality toilet paper (public restrooms have better quality toilet paper). We had to buy additional paper towels and garbage bags for our week long stay. Some small kitchen appliences are not in the working condition, but been replaced when we complained. I wish they had at least one additional set of bedding (sheets etc).
Tv/audio system is outdated. You cannot play your music or screen share from your phone.
All in all good comfortable stay and all our family had a blast!

Spending vacation time with our 3 children and spouses is a long time tradition for us. We’ve not done a winter vacation before but this house and the location were perfect. We were able to get to the slopes within 10-15 minutes, shopping and galleries within the same amount of time. The house was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy family meals. The bedroom layout and all the bathrooms were great for our 3 adult children, 3 grandchildren and my brother who also joined. We loved the lower level family room and spent time with the fireplace going doing silly puzzles together and playing games. Thanks so much for giving us a wonderful family memory and a beautiful place to relax and be together.

Great accommodations for our family of 14. Three floors to spread out on. Great pool table in the basement and spacious hot tub on the deck. We use the grill and the kitchen and enjoyed the family of turkeys that visited every morning evening on the balcony.

High school ski club reunion brought people from all over the country. The house was everything we had hoped for and more. Everyone in the group was pleased with the size, quality, and house location—plenty of space to hang out after a long day of skiing, a big kitchen to cook good meals, and private bedrooms to relax in. The location, while not on a bus route, was close to Deer Valley and Park City lifts. With Park City's parking reservation system, we had no problem parking. It easily handled our group of 11 and could fit several more. Playing pool in the basement was fun. Overall, excellent house!

Just the perfect spot for our group. We come every year - this is our third year, and by far our favorite spot. Easy check in and out. House was gorgeous. HUGE bathrooms, closets, kitchen, living area. Just perfect. Great location. 10 minutes from the slopes and 10 minutes from Main Street. A few mins from so many grocery stores. Loved every minute. Hope to come back soon! xo

The house was nice for our group, it was a convenient location, and nice neighborhood. The house had some issues, the maintenance company addressed the issues we called about the next day.

Terrific property
This is a gorgeous home. The bedrooms are large and all but one have their own bathroom. It is meticulously clean. The kitchen is high-end, with a Subzero fridge, Dacor gas range, and 2 Bosch dishwashers. Plenty of dishes and silverware for our group of 10, and every utensil you need. Hot tub on the deck was great after a day's activities, and we grilled on the outdoor grill as well. Pool table in the lower level in excellent condition. Zoned radiant heat in the floors meant warm tile when you step out of the shower. The property manager is always available and quickly responsive to any needs. This is the nicest property I've stayed in, and I would gladly stay here again. The house is not on the shuttle route to the lifts, but it is only 1.5 miles away and we drove there daily. You can leave your skis and poles in a locker at the resort.

Friends Vacation
Beautiful home with spectacular views. Home looked just like the pictures. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you needed to cook with. Plenty of room for large families. Beds where comfortable. Hot tub was the bomb after a long day of skiing and snowmobiling. Owner and property manager where easy to get in touch with for anything needed. This was our first time using Vrbo to rent a house and they make it easy for you. I will definately rent this house again if we visit Park City.

Park City/Deer Valley Ski Trip
The property was excellent! A beautiful house in a beautiful setting. The property owner and manager were very accessible and responsive before check in and after. It is a short 5 minute drive to Deer Valley and 10 minute drive to Park City. We had ages from 7-65 and everybody loved the house. The basement offers a nice play area for kids while the adults relaxed in front of the fire upstairs. The vacation was made better because of the comfort and beauty of the house.

Perfect location, perfect space for 3 families
Wow! The photos do not do this house justice! We were blown away by this house and our ski vacay in Deer Valley. This home is so well built and created for family time. We had 3 families with 7 kids and 6 adults and had so much space to spread out. The downstairs rec room was perfect for hanging out and playing pool. There were so many porches to grab a view and some fresh air and we enjoyed the hot tub and grill even in the snow! The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed cooking in it. The heated 3-car garage was perfect for our group and we loved the heated mud room to store our boots and gear. There were plenty of bathrooms and space for everyone. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely with beautiful views and wildlife. We had families skiing at deer valley and park city and it worked for everyone. We will be back!

Wonderful place to stay
This home is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. It was well furnished and even the towels were first class. (very soft) The beds were wonderful, and oh, the heated floors were delightful. Check in was easy and the hot tub was a wonderful after ski treat. An easy ten minute drive to the slopes!

Great Home for Gathering
This beautiful, spacious home is a great place for multiple families to gather. There is plenty of room for everyone, including two separate living rooms which our teenagers appreciated. We were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner without having to purchase any extra utensils or appliances as the kitchen was very well stocked. We had a little issue with the heater when we first arrived, but the homeowner was right on it and had it fixed immediately and couldn’t be more accommodating. We have rented several homes in the Park City area and this was hands down the best house we’ve ever stayed in. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful cabin. The cabin was close to downtown park city and hiking areas!! Our party of 14 fit comfortably and we enjoyed being together. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful Family get away home

Great location 5 minutes to DV and downtown PC, 10 to PCMR, and only 15 extra minutes to Big/Little Cottonwood Canyons versus staying closer to Kimball Junction.

Nice house for a large group.
Everyone like the house, it was a 3 min drive to the Deer Valley parking lot. We skied all day, used the hot tub and cooked dinner every night. It all worked very well.
The only negative things was the radiant heat is weak on the first floor, can't keep the giant LR warm on a cold day. The upstairs and downstairs didn't have an issue. The LR furniture was not set up well to watch TV. The house had trash in the cans when we arrived so it was piled up when we left.

We were celebrating my father's 90th birthday. The house was wonderful with enough bedrooms and almost every bedroom had a dedicated bath. We ate in our entire stay and there was enough kitchen equipment to cook and having 2 dishwashers was wonderful for our group of 12. We used the bbq and the hot tub as well. We would definitely stay there again. Great property.
