Wonderful home for our family reunion! We’re a very close (and large!) blended family and we had plenty of space to be together or grab a little solitude. The house is adorably and comfortably furnished, like being on a tv set of the “classic” beach house. It’s well situated in Rehoboth … a couple of blocks from the beach and downtown. We all LOVED our time in this house. Helen who manages the property is a gem too!

Great place for a large group. The rental property was clean and provided all the necessary space and kitchen items needed. We enjoyed the rental property and would recommend it to any large group wanting to stay close to the ocean and main Rehoboth strip.

We stayed here the weekend after Thanksgiving with 21 ppl...13 kids and 8 adults. The location is fantastic and the house is perfect for so many people. We couldn't stop commenting on how it was just the perfect place for our large group. The house is perfectly appointed and has a lot of space for everyone to spread out. Surprisingly, for a household large, all the beds were very comfortable and the mattresses were not in bad shape. Parking was great and you are close to absolutely everything. We would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend it!

The house was built in 1928 but it has been refitted with 21st century conveniences! My huge family loved that we were all accommodated in 1 house. The house was well kept and clean. It also had all the cooking accoutrements you would need. It was conveniently located close to the boardwalk so the teenagers were able to walk there at anytime! They also had a whole floor to themselves! Communication with the owner was easy and the property manager, Helen was a sweetheart! I would not hesitate recommending this property to anybody visiting the Rehoboth area.

Our stay was perfect! The house was just 1 1/2 blocks from ocean, boardwalk, a few blocks from shops and restaurants. We were a group of friends who ride each year from the Eastern shore side of the Bay Bridge to the beach. The way the house is set up it was perfect for large group to stay together and have enough privacy. Loved the 2nd kitchen for cooking, all the tables for dinner, and the coziness of the house.

It is a very cozy, comfy beach house! I love the tangerine painted on the outside! Very Key West feeling. We never got in our car except for driving to the wedding. Very child friendly with the sidewalks. Victoria

Our family reunion included three generations, and everyone enjoyed our accommodations. We especially appreciated having two kitchens, dining rooms, and living rooms on the first floor. Although some of the bedrooms were small, they were adequate for our family. We liked how close the house was to the beach, boardwalk, and Rehoboth Avenue.

Becky and Billy have worked hard to keep the integrity of this older beach home. It is a great beach house for large families! Lots of bedrooms and well stocked kitchens. We asked if they had a steamer pot for crabs and Becky provided one for us. Very welcoming people!

This was an amazing place. Was organized with a lot of personal touches that were above and beyond what you normally find in a rental. Loved our stay.

2 well appointed kitchens, east dining area too small for two tables, smallish bed rooms, one bedroom door handle spins (Helen reports "They" are working on that), upper floors something of a fire hazard (bottom drawer dressers make fold away ladders mostly inaccessible, bedroom light bulb inoperable, bedroom socket sparks when plugging in phone charger. Parking would be a problem if it weren't for the holiday and street utility work. The family had an enjoyable holiday. 16 guest might be too many. I don't care for the Vrbo system.

Our family has not taken a trip together in sometime. This trip included 10 adults and 8 babies/toddler/school age children. The house was the perfect distance from the beach and local shops. The 3 floors made it easy to separate those who needed some quiet time. We had an amazing time!

Every aspect of this location exceeded our expectations. We had 20 people and there was more than enough room. Having two kitchens, dining rooms, and so many bath and bedrooms was perfect for all of us. We especially liked, and used the outdoor showers. Helen was a great Key Hostess. She was clear and concise on every detail relating to the property, amenities, and the area. Billy and Becky are amazing. If our family decides to return to Rehoboth for our annual vacation, we will definitely make plans to ensure we can stay here again.

24 of us rented the big house! Clean. Close to everything. Freedom for the kids. Two kitchens with everything you need! Beach chairs for everyone. It could not have been better. Loved it!

Couldn’t ask for better. Our family of 20+ members had a wonderful time. Loved the newly remodeled bathrooms, the extra fridge, the proximity to the beach and downtown Rehobeth. Especially enjoyed not having to worry about finding a parking spot. Helen (the key lady) and Becky (the owner) were personable, friendly and easy to communicate with. Would recommend this rental for anyone looking to bring a large family together for a memorable vacation.

Planning a beach trip for a large family is always difficult. We were very lucky to come across this property. The place was more cute and spacious then what it appeared like in the pictures. I highly recommend Becky and Billy's place! My family and I also loved how it was such a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. There was also enough parking for everyone, which was what we were initially concerned about. Helen, the key hostess was also very nice and helpful when it came to checking in and out. We will definitely plan to visit again soon!

Very clean house well located only minutes to the beach and boardwalk. Professionally managed with a strong focus on cleanliness and stocking the kitchen. Perfect place for a large group!

Great property close to the beach and boardwalk. Becky, Billy and Helen are top notch and great to rent from. Great spot for large families. New mattresses made every night’s sleep restful after a long day at the beach. Hope to see Becky, Billy and Helen again next year.

Lots of room - and two kitchens - for a large group.

1 we had a large group and the house was easily able to accommodate 21 of us. Most days we were all able to sit for dinner in one room as part of our group would peel off 2. There are two living rooms that allowed some of us to have a space to be quiet and even do some remote work 3. The front porch is very spacious and every evening people would pass time on the front porch. A different group of people would also spend time on the back while some could watch TV in one living room and some could chat indoors. 4. More than one person thought the beds were exceptionally comfortable and has asked for the brand and model. 5. It is a large older house so central air conditioning is assisted with window units and fans. The fans were a bit loud but necessary to assist in the cooling. Perhaps larger window units would help but no one complained about the temperature in the house.

We had such a wonderful time! The owner and property manager have thought of everything! The house is well-equipped, clean, and relaxing! I felt like I could reach out to one (or both) of them if we had any issues, which we did not. Definitely plan to come back!

There are not enough nice words to say about this house, Becky, and Helen. From the moment I booked this house for my family's trip it was fast and easy communication. My entire family was excited because all 25 of us were able to fit in one house, and we all had plenty of room for our belongings and whatever we wanted to do. Helen made the checking in process so incredibly easy, and was a wealth of information not just about the house but also about the area and things we should see and do! This house has 2 kitchens that are EXTREMELY well stocked with everything you can imagine. We are a family that likes to cook a lot of our vacation meals and we always had every tool, utensil, and pot/pan we needed and typically had a selection of which one we wanted. There are also 2 dining rooms, which allowed our family of 25 to spread out to eat the meals we cooked together. It also allowed us to have multiple games going in the evening. The 2 living rooms with televisions are comfortable and decorated very nice. We were able to keep the kids entertained in one living room with whatever they wanted to watch on one television, and the adults could have their shows on the other side. We absolutely LOVED the screened in porch. We spent our mornings out there with our coffee, and our evenings out there people watching and enjoying the breeze. The items supplied at this house....soaps, foil, plastic wrap, bags, etc....are above and beyond what we have experienced at any other house we have rented. The only downfall to this house (and it doesn't change my rating at all!) is the parking situation. Being a family of 25, we traveled in 8 cars. The listing said we had 4 house side parking spots and 4 parking passes, which is true. What it didn't say, and we didn't fully understand, was that the parking passes don't guarantee you a spot anywhere and that others may (and probably will be) parked in the spots in front of your house. Initially it took us a while to find spots to park, but within a day, we had secured our 4 pass parking spots to be within a car or two of our house. Again, this does not change my rating at all, as my entire family loved this house and location, just thought a future renter may appreciate the parking information. If any of our family returns to Rehoboth Beach, we will certainly stay at the Beach Retreat again. We've been telling all our friends since we've gotten back to go visit this great town and stay at this house!

Loved our stay. Very thoughtful ‘extra’ amenities like nice beach chairs, toiletries and plenty of paper products in the house. Cozy spaces, tons of bedrooms, a stocked ice machine and great front porch for gathering. Also, the linen service was worth every penny. Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable stay!

Had a wonderful Family Reunion here over Thanksgiving. There was a tree lighting on the boardwalk and caroling that we were all able to attend and enjoy. Property is close to whatever you may need. We highly recommend this home to anyone with a lot of people. We had 6 families and their children's families all together in the same house and it was wonderful!!! Plenty of kitchen space and pots and pans to cook with. We brought paper plates and bowls to use which worked best for us. May need to increase the number of coffee cups in the units. No complaints from anyone. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water for all to shower. Everything was GREAT!!!!!

Amazing location and beautiful home! It was the perfect place for our large group. When we come back to Rehoboth this is where we will stay!!
