We rented to attend a wedding nearby so we actually didn’t spend much time at the house. The house is very nice, clean, spacious for our five adults, an infant and dogs. The backyard is nice with lots of space, a beautiful pool and spa, fire pits and a large grass area where we could do workouts/yoga.

Spacious for 11 of us. Well stocked kitchen and towels. Down side is master bath has no door to bathroom. So sharing shower was a little difficult leaving most of us rotating with one shower. Unless you kick out those in room. A portable room divider would be nice. Cleaning could improve a little but overall, I would stay again. Angelica was very responsive.

House was great for our group! If doing mobile spas services, the rooms are a little small for the beds. But overall, the house had a good amount of space for everyone. We loved the backyard, great for a pool day and relaxing. The host Angelica is a rockstar and was available for all our questions.

My family and I enjoyed the stay we loved the home , the house was clean enough towels for the pool , Ac works great our fur babies stayed fresh, pool is 5' witch it was deep enough for the adults and great for the kids , Angelica was amazing she responded quickly and was very helpful. 2 minor issues but nothing to be concerned one was the pool for some reason stop filtering I wasn't aware of how the pool/ jacuzzi remote works but Angelica send the pool guy right away , by the way he was so welcoming and respectful and helpful. 2nd issue we had was the base for the umbrella was broken but we manage to get it to stand up with a cement block so we got the shade we needed . other then that we loved the place and enjoyed our weekend to fullest. Thank you Angelica for everything.

Wonderful family home. Grass area welcome contrast to desert heat. Pool is right size and depth for all over play. Kitchen is stocked for any cooking needs. Outdoor kitchen was awesome to use for breakfast prep while you watched the kids in pool. Sun sets on the outdoor kitchen so it is a little too warm to sit at bar. Angelica was more than accommodating to our needs. Grocery stores about 5 minutes away and you can use Instacart if you don’t want to go out.

Angelica's home was perfect for our group of young women to enjoy the weekend. The outdoor space in particular was amazing with the pool and view of the mountains. We stayed at the house most of the weekend, but also escaped to some nearby hikes and grocery stores. Also, the kitchen was well-equipped to cook and serve a large group. Would definitely recommend!

The pictures don't do the house justice, the outdoor living space is wonderful! We had a large group and stayed comfortably. Close to Palm springs, Joshua tree.

We loved the salt water pool/spa and the fantastic mountain views! We enjoyed using the outdoor dining table for most of our meals. We found the location very convenient to Trader Joe’s and our trips to Indian Palm Canyons. Communication with Angelica was excellent. The reason I’m not leaving a 5 star review is there were a few items which needed repairs or replacement. When I pointed them out to Angelica, she said that they would address them right away. Overall, a really nice stay.

My family of five had a great stay. There was plenty of room and amenities for us inside but we spent most of our time outside. The pool area was a huge hit!

We had my boyfriend's birthday party here and it was a blast. The views are incredible and the house/backyard is super spacious. When we had some issues with the pool heating, the host was very responsive and provided us with a partial refund. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a relaxing weekend getaway with friends!

Nice quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, pots, and pans. Plenty of towels but only twin sized sheets for queen sized sofa beds and air mattresses. But we made it work.

This property was everything it said it was and more. The views are AMAZING! Snow capped mountains and New Years fireworks all across the valley. The home comfortably fit 4 families and the hot tub was a perfect way the gaze up at the stars. BBQ and fire pits were great for our outdoor time. Angelica was immediately responsive in all communication. We would definitely return.

Angelina was very helpful prior to arrival in answering any of my questions! The place was very clean, had awesome Mountain Views and a nice backyard. It was a big house, but I would say it slept our party of 8 perfectly. More people may have been more difficult as there are only 6 real beds and a pull out couch. Angelina also accommodated an early checkin/ late checkout because no one was staying before our after us. There was a slight hiccup with check in due to the wrong code. After that, a great weekend!

First and foremost the owner was fantastic and so easy to work with. She responded almost immediately and was more than willing to accommodate special recommendations and requests. The house was great. It says that it sleeps 16 but it was closer to 11 comfortably but this was not an issue for us. It's 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. There is not a lot of places in the near vicinity which was fine as we stayed at the pool and cooked at home. The experience was simply great and easy. I highly recommend.

The perfect place for a weekend getaway. I hosted my cousin bachlorette and there was more than enough room for the party. The memories offered and backyard environment was truly relaxing and the pool was amazing. Not to mention the check in/out process was so very easy. Angelica addressed all my questions and concerns immediately with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

The yard at this property is absolutely perfect. We had 10 guests stay for a birthday weekend and everyone fit comfortably. The property was clean and Angelica was a fantastic host. She let us have an early check in, and even surprised us with a late checkout. The pool was absolutely perfect for us, we would definitely stay again!

This home with amazing views fit the bill for a family trip where we wanted to spend time hanging around a lovely backyard oasis all day. That space is really the heart of the property, which otherwise is a fairly standard suburban home. Outfitted with the basics, the 4 bedroom place isn't fancy but the open layout of the small kitchen/living/dining room area makes for lots of family togetherness, which was a plus for us. There were a few non-functioning things when we arrived, like slider doors that stick, a loose oven handle, and beeping smoke detector. Angelica was good about quickly sending over her handyman to fix them and overall she was easy to reach by text. She was also great about giving me a heads up when the gardener and pool guy were expected and sent her housekeeper over with more washcloths and a replacement new hairdryer.As other reviewers mentioned, it's not particularly close to Palm Springs, if that's where you intend to spend your time. We were unfamiliar with Desert Hot Springs as a town but it seems to be more of a modest working class area, meaning there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby but not the vibe of Palm Springs. This property does have easy access to hiking and of course Joshua Tree Nat'l Park, so these being our main interests we were satisfied with the distance from Palm Springs itself. Again, the pool and outside area were wonderful and we spent many hours in the various spaces of the well-maintained backyard.

Nice size house with all the amenities we needed. The backyard is beautiful and spacious with many chairs for lounging or sun-bathing. The pool is a little small, but still nice. We had some trouble heating the pool due to some intense windy weather we experienced, but the owner was very quick to respond via text and was able to send her pool guy to fix it. I would definitely recommend this house for a nice get away.

We're a family of 6 and found the space of the house ideal. The backyard was great and we enjoyed most of our meals outside leveraging the abundant seating. The children enjoyed the pool and the flexibility of having our dog to stay with us was wonderful. Thank you.The house does need general maintenance that I've shared with the property manager. One big must have upgrade is the WiFi. The house needs additional routers as we struggled to connect to meetings on Zoom during our stay and uses our hotspot. At another point during our stay, the gardener showed up unannounced and was a frightening surprise to me, coming through the locked backyard gate. I received no prior communication about this. It also appears that the house had a party at some point prior to my arrival as there was remnants of throw-up on the outdoor couch and stone wall. The bed in the main room is creaky.As for the location and the neighborhood, the house is a distance from Palm Springs. The back of the house rests on a wide street and there were occasional car races in the mornings and evenings.Overall, the house was good for the kids. We went on our adventures and created fun memories. I would recommend keeping the price in check given the circumstances I shared.

We enjoyed the pool and had a relaxing experience. 45 minutes from Joshua Tree and about 25 minutes to downtown Palm Springs. Great house for families with kids, mine had a blast!

We enjoyed our time away from home. The backyard view was amazing. At night, we enjoyed seeing the sky and stars . During the day we spent time in the pool and jacuzzi . My husband enjoyed their nice BBQ grill / out door kitchen. We used the disinfecting spray and wipes provided to sanitize and clean. House was spacious and had a nice decor. Plenty of pool towels. We would book again in the future. Owner Angelica was quick to respond to any of our concerns.

When considering booking with Angelica be aware that she is very strict on the refund/cancellation policy. She did not show any empathy towards the COVID situation. We booked when the infection rate was getting better but I could not cancel the trip and get a refund once the infection rate began increasing again. We wanted to refund because we did not want to put ourselves at risk and people in our group started to bail, which is totally understandable. But, we could not get our money back despite the policy with Homeaway/Vrbo reimbursing the owners. The place itself was nice and great for a vacation. The pool is very refreshing with a shade umbrella in the shallow end and an outdoor shower for rinsing. The backyard also has a very nice grilling area. There were things broken here and there and limited toilet paper, but overall the place is very relaxing and nice.

The pictures do not do this home justice. It was such a great stay, from check in to check out. Angelica was super responsive. Instructions and rules were clear and easy to follow. Plenty of space for our group of 13. Making this our new family getaway every year. Definitely recommend!

I rented this house with 7 other people and let me just say, we had more than enough room. Everyone had such a great time. The rules for the house were clearly stated and easy to follow. The pool was perfect for the hot weather and there was a lot of space in the backyard. Overall, it was a great place, and perfect for a bigger group.
