Enorme, splendido condominio! Vista mozzafiato e patio. 3 enormi camere da letto e bagni giganti. Una piccola camera da letto e bagno sala. Televisori giganti e bel tavolo da biliardo con un secondo frigorifero per birra! Le camere da letto sono rimaste di 72 gradi. Abbiamo cucinato le nostre colazioni nella grande cucina completamente fornita. Il resort era pulito e il personale era molto gentile da affrontare. Ci siamo sentiti al sicuro lì con i nostri figli. Abbiamo apprezzato le piscine, la spiaggia, il fiume lento e lo scivolo nella fase 1, i pranzi nei bar della piscina e le cene al Citron e La Maria. Noleggio moto d'acqua e banana boat a noleggio. Aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno tranne il detersivo per lavatrice e lavastoviglie. La prossima volta porterebbe anche tubi per piscina e spiaggia. È stato anche un piacere lavorare con il proprietario, ha risposto alle mie molte e-mail con domande prima del nostro soggiorno. Ritornerei sicuramente in questo resort e in questa unità se viaggiamo di nuovo con 10 persone!

Ho soggiornato in oltre una dozzina di unità a Las Palomas e questo è il mio nuovo preferito! Aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e poi alcuni! Mi è piaciuto molto il tavolo da biliardo e la fantastica sedia a dondolo sul balcone dove mi sono ritrovato a dormire sotto le stelle, ascoltando l'oceano e godendo la brezza (nonostante abbia un letto perfettamente fantastico in una delle favolose quattro camere da letto). È stato anche fantastico essere in grado di collegare i nostri iPad alla tv in modo da poter ascoltare la musica. Solo un'unità ed esperienza nel complesso incredibile. Consiglio vivamente ... non rimarrete delusi.
Migliore unità a Las Palomas. Questa è un'unità "Suprema" nella fase 2 dell'edificio Coronado. Questa unità ha un balcone di 180 gradi per quei meravigliosi tramonti.

Ho viaggiato molto negli Stati Uniti e in Europa, ma non ho mai soggiornato in un condominio così bello. È unico nel suo genere e davvero eccezionale! Eravamo 9 adulti. Il condominio era così grande che non abbiamo mai sentito la folla. Il tavolo da biliardo è stato un grande successo. Il balcone con vista a 180 è fantastico !!! Non pensarci nemmeno due volte prima di affittare questo posto. Il proprietario è stato molto attento e la prenotazione è facile.

3800 Mq di superficie abitabile. La Great Room è lunga quasi 60 piedi e ha due TV al plasma da 64 '!! Ha una grande area salotto e non dimentichiamoci del tavolo da biliardo per un grande divertimento in famiglia.
Due camere da letto hanno letti king size. Una camera ha 2 letti matrimoniali e una camera ha 2 letti singoli !!

We had a great time staying at this place. It was clean and spacious. Just what we wanted.

We had some hiccups when we checked in but Las Palomas and the owner worked with us to be as comfortable as possible. The condo was not cleaned very well by the staff but the owner was attentive and had the staff clean the condo again the next day.
Overall the condo is great, just needs a little maintenance.

Great place, ease & communication with owner was on point. Actually this condo is really amazing. Completely stocked in kitchen and clean linens. The private entrance area made me feel safe (as single mom) for was was a bonus. The view is breathtaking. We will definitely be back and looking forward to staying here again

Las Palamas is a great resort and we loved the space this condo offered. It housed 7 adults and 4 kids perfectly for a week. It has great views, we were able to watch dolphins on the patio most days. The swinging chair on the patio was a hit by all 11 of us, so relaxing. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner at the condo and it was stocked with everything we needed. We all also loved the ice maker. Would definitely recommend staying here. The only reason for the 4 stars was the bathrooms were not super clean when we got there.

Sadly disappointed. The unit smells like sewer. The AC unit is extremely loud and annoying. Lastly, they were repairing the roof on the outside, and kept dropping materials on the balcony. Extremely frustrating and disruptive. Called maintenance several times, they did come up and clean the balcony, but could not eliminate the smell of sewer, or the loudness of the AC unit. Lastly, they tried to charge me for a broken door handle, that was already hanging on by a thread.

We arrived at the resort only to find that the owner had not contacted them about the reservation - we called and messaged the owner, but no response. We waited while the front desk tried to contact the owner and we finally contacted VRBO. Eventually the front desk informed us that they now had the reservation, but that the room might not be ready and they needed to send someone to check it out first. Finally, we got into the room and started our vacation. Other than being a bit worn out in a few areas (like the dishwasher was a rusty mess), it was a nice place to stay. The owner never did get back with us or even apologize, fortunately the resort was able to fix things, otherwise we would have been stuck in Mexico without a room.

We stayed at the property with some friends. Awesome location, view and room. I would recommend it. Our only feedback was lack of garbage bags and cleaning supplies we ended up going to buy some. Other then that it was a blast!

Great views balcony view was the best!Has one private king bedroom with its own balcony beach view Big spacial living room for family to hang out also comes with pool table and 2 tvs in living room.Down stairs alot of bbque to grill.

The check in was a far from pleasant. We arrived at 3:30 and were laughed at by the front desk associate. He told us to come back at 4. When we returned at 4:15there was a line out the door for checkin in which we waited another 45minutes to be told the room was. It ready. Once we were able to talk to someone, we were told our room wouldn’t be available until 6:00 and we were offere 1- $20 food voucher for the inconvenience. I explained that I rented the penthouse which is 4 rooms and we had 7 people in our party all there and ready to check in, and again, I was laughed at and was told $20 dollars was all they could offer. A manager then came to talk to me and explained the same thing. I expressed my frustration and asked to use their phone to call the owner of the condo. I was denied use of their phone because it was not an emergency but was promised we would have room keys by 6. I returned at 6, was provided room keys, and upon entering the condo, it was still dirty and there was still cleaning personnel in it.
So we waited longer.
Overall the condo is beautiful, the view is amazing and the space was well kept. The bed I slept in was quite hard and uncomfortable, but I made do for 2 nights.
We had a nice time celebrating my boyfriends 40th birthday. We will return again, just not sure if it will be to this resort due to lack of customer service.

A little short of assorted glassware but there was a sink to wash them in!! The refrigerator needs to probably just be replaced as there are a lot of missing/broken bins inside. It did hold the temperature though. Outside patio furniture is definitely weather beaten, we just threw our towels over the top, it's still functional just need new cushions. The one really cool chair outside was completely unusable. The view - which is spectacular - makes up for A LOT of this. We would definitely book again!!!

From talking with other owners that we’re staying there, I found out that the unit had recently been sold to a new owner. However the dishwasher didn’t even work at all and the racks were all broken. Staying in this large of a place you typically are with a family or large group and don’t want to have to hand wash all the dishes. This definitely needs to be upgraded and possibly more fans in the rooms. The bunk room had little to no circulation.

Water pressure in all the showers are bad, I pee with more pressure.
Dishwasher is completely rusted out and needs to be replaced.
Fridge needs to be replaced shelves are pulling out of the sides of the fridge.
Bedroom with double beds. Plaster is coming off the ceiling and the walls throughout the condo around doors and windows. Looks like it has leaked a few times recently and instead of fixing issues they swept up the mess and let it keep leaking bad.
Felt on pool table is junked and ripped.
Patio swing and other furniture rusted out and falling apart, just left on patio still.
Floors could use a deep cleaning. Yes they have been swept and mopped but could use a good scrub.

Family Fun Vacation

The one really cool chair outside was completely unusable. The view - which is spectacular - makes up for A LOT of this. We would definitely book again!!!

From talking with other owners that we’re staying there, I found out that the unit had recently been sold to a new owner. However the dishwasher didn’t even work at all and the racks were all broken. Staying in this large of a place you typically are with a family or large group and don’t want to have to hand wash all the dishes. This definitely needs to be upgraded and possibly more fans in the rooms. The bunk room had little to no circulation.

This is a very nice condo. We would have given it an overall rating of 5 stars if the dishwasher was operable and the felt on the pool table was replaced. The dishwasher was rusted out and needs to be replaced.

Had a group of eight, we come all the time and brought 4 new friends. Condo and views were amazing. Friendly staff and great pool happy hours. Will be back in October. Everyone is so friendly in Rocky Point.

Amazing unit. Would definitely stay there again. The unit needs a little help in some areas (new dishwasher racks, better lighting, a stove that you can read the dials, etc), but it is overall very nice and huge. Perfect for multiple families/couples. The wrap around patio is awesome.
