The place was perfect for us. The ages of the guest were 2-68. This property was spacious and the grounds and house offered so many various activities for everyone. The owner was extremely accommodating even providing bait for the crab traps.

A wonderful home for a week away from home with all of your family. We had three days of rain but no one was board. There was so much to do at this home and the kitchen was fabulous. Started with a crawfish boil the first night and ended with a shrimp boil the last night not to mention all the great breakfasts in between. We spent many hours on the deck and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the dock with a visit from Fred(the resident alligator). The beach was beautiful once the weather cleared up. Many thanks to Dick for being so responsive to our requests and having a dining room table for 10 which we managed to squeeze 12 family members around! Great family week!

The house was spacious with plenty of room to accommodate the large group. Air conditioner ran like a charm and the kitchen was large enough for the entire group. We had trouble getting the dishwasher to clean dishes and the pool needed some maintenance. I would classify this house as well loved but could use some updating. Dick was a great host!

We had a group of 16. There was plenty room for everyone. There is plenty of entertainment at the house for everyone to enjoy. If there is any problem Dick was right there. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. Our 5 year old grandson wanted to go back, he said he would just walk back if we wouldn’t take him😁

We had 16 golfers for 8 days and the house and property exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone, and unlike many places we have stayed, ample bathroom access. The outdoor space was exceptional as well, with plenty of parking and room to roam(we even parked and hooked up a 32’ RV). We didn’t catch any fish, but did snag a few crabs in the traps that were provided. The hot tub was always hot and pool provided a refreshing splash after a day at the course. Mr. East was the best, as he was easy to communicate with and kept us aware of when maintenance folks were going to be on property. Overall, one of the best properties we’ve experienced in 18 of doing these golf trips, and we will definitely be back.

We had a group of 10. My husband and I, 6 of our kids, ages 12-21, met up with my parents to spend some time together - it turns out that southern Mississippi is a good halfway place between Indiana and Southern Texas - who knew?! Anyway, we were looking for a place in that general location, with three requirements: pet friendly, wheelchair accessible, and large enough for our group. A fourth almost requirement was that it would be on the water. Between my mom and two of our children, we have three wheelchair users, and my parents never travel without their two cats. 😂 So with wanting a place on the water, I had my work cut out for me to find a location! Thankfully we found a perfect location, with everything we needed AND quite a few bonuses! There were thoughtful touches throughout - towels, including beach towels, the hot tub heated and ready to go, chicken legs ready to put out in the crab traps, spices in the cupboards, all of the cooking gadgets you'll need to make anything your family is in the mood for in their ginormous chef's kitchen (and they even included delivery info in case your personal chef needs the night off), and best of all, a stocked coffee bar with Keurig, k-cups in a variety of flavors, and creamers and sugar at the ready. We were impressed! And thankful!
Things we really enjoyed and got a lot of use out of - the pool table, the hot tub, the dock, the kayaks, the fireplace (January), the cozy living room. Thank you again for the wonderful stay!

Plenty of things to do for adults and kids alike. Hot tub and heated pool were a hit for our New Years trip. Canoeing, fishing, basketball, ping pong, pool. You cant be bored. Any pots pans or other dishes needed to cook anything were available and easy to use. Will book this house again.

Dick & Peggy were wonderful hosts. They communicated consistently and informed us about how everything worked in the home. The beautiful home is spacious, organized, and clean. The outdoor areas were well maintained making our time outside very pleasant. Best of all the home was well stocked with paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. They have thought of everything you need from batteries to bandaids to laundry detergent to beach towels. My siblings and spouses have been vacationing together for over 12 years. This home is the first place to more than adequately supply everything you need for a worry free vacation. We were blessed beyond measure. We hope to return there in the future.

We enjoyed our time here. The owner could NOT have been nicer or easier to work with. Felt like more family! The place was spacious, clean and as pictured. We visited in August so the heat kept us in a lot, so I can’t comment much on outdoor activities but there was so much to do on the property. Hot tub, lap pool, pool table, horseshoes, and a net for volleyball, badminton, etc. I recommend this place, especially for a large group.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! Dick goes out of his way to make sure the property is equipped with everything we could possibly need. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals and this is by far the most fully equipped with everything you could think of. There’s a lot to do on the property. There are even so many things that aren’t listed on the VRBO description and were a nice surprise when we got there! We stayed 5 days and didn’t have a chance to do everything there is to do. Dick has plenty of items you can use at the beach too! I worried the pool wouldn’t be large enough for us, but there was room for 5 or 6 people to float on big floating pool chairs. We sat on the dock early every morning and later after sunset. Several times we caught glimpses of alligators in the water. There’s a cat named Steve who lives nearby and visited often. We enjoyed him and he made it feel more like home! Pass Christian is a friendly and laid back community and the beaches aren’t heavily populated! The house feels secluded yet is just a short drive to the beach, restaurants and Walmart. We are definitely already trying to figure out when we can come back!!

All of the guys had nothing but nice things to say about the house. We easily had 15-16 guys easily sleeping in the house, no problem. A house that nice & big enough to sleep that many guys is hard to come by.
Don’t second guess about securing this place if you’re thinking about it. It was worth every penny.

We had 20 people ages 1 to 62 and never felt like we were on top each. So much room and things to do at the house that everyone always had a place to be. Our kids and grandkids played pool, basketball, ping pong, volleyball, soccer, swam in the pool, and went fishing. We had a minor problem with one of tv’s and Mr. East took care of immediately. If I could give this property 10 stars, I would!!

Very quiet, unique property. There was plenty of room for our kids to play while the adults relaxed on the deck. The house was spacious and allowed plenty of room for gathering while still allowing some separation for down time. The beach is about 10 minutes away and there are good beach dining opportunities within a short drive. Check in and check out was ready and the host was very easy to communicate with.

We booked this place to celebrate a 40th birthday w a group of nearly 20. This place had absolutely everything we needed- comfortable, clean, spacious, well stocked, tons of amenities & activities. Communication was perfect & made everything seamless. We enjoyed our time here so much & will certainly be back.

What can I say, when you have 12 people who are a mixture of adults and children, and you’re trying to find the perfect house, all you have to do is book this place. It had five bedrooms one of which was a master suite on the first floor and big as my house at home lol, the kitchen was huge. The living area was big, the pool and the hot tub were right on the huge deck. There was a dock with a boat and canoes, so the kids always had something to do. We had the most delicious food while we were there, we used the outdoor cooking kettle to make a shrimp boil, we used the green egg to make wonderful smoked chicken, and we made brats and hotdogs on the regular grill . The place was just far enough from town that we could go shopping or a short drive to the actual Pass Christian beach. It was very close to a lot of wonderful places to eat, we enjoyed a wonderful meal at Steve’s Marina. There was every appliance and kind of dishes that you could imagine, and the fact that there was too full size refrigerators was absolutely amazing for us. We only had one small issue and Dick was there within eight minutes to fix it. We would definitely stay here again if we ever wanted a house that size for our family.

Dick is an awesome host and his property is fantastic. As, a large group of with teenagers, they loved the pool and the hot tub. I agree the pool is not huge but my teens didn’t care. It was a pool, had water, pool toys and it's WARM, and we used it a lot, along with the hot tub.
The house is ex-large, comfortable and designed for families. The location’s peaceful and the neighbors are not too close. However, Walmart, fresh seafood and the white sand beach is mere minutes away. The back deck is an awesome place to enjoy the warm weather with plenty of seating and shade.
These people thought of everything you could need, including, the large pot and propane for the crawfish boil, wood for the fire pit and fire place, popcorn makings, aloe for the sunburn and s’mores supplies. And this list doesn't scratch the surface of the cool things available in this rental.
We used the house’s beach toys and built sand castles at the nearby beach. I, honestly, adored how many towels they had at this place because there were a lot of us. The dock is great for fishing, and we had several resident gater sightings, which excited the entire group. The kids fished, took out the boats, checked the crab pot (and yes, I did edit the paper to say that there is only one crab pot since it says two) and played countless games of pool.
We adored the kitchen gadgets and made waffles and snow cones. The entire kitchen is awesome but the pot filler at the stove and the pull out spice rack is beyond cool. I want both at my house now. Trust me, having two fridges, two ice makers and the two dishwashers are heavenly since we made mountains of dishes, and I hate using foam plates.
Dick and his wife also possess a sharp sense of humor, which is displayed in the information signs around the house, and we loved the paperwork and pictures about these owners and about rebuilding the house back to spectacular, after Katrina completely destroyed this awesome vacation home.
We hope to get to come back some day. I encourage anyone with a large group who just wants to unwind and enjoy life to visit this rental. It is clearly a rental that felt like home.

This home was not only lovely, but spacious and very comfortable for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Mr. East was very responsive to all of our questions throughout this experience! We definitely recommend and plan to stay again in the future!!!

Mr. and Mrs. East's property is exactly as stated on the vrbo listing. I would take the time to read all of the notes on the listing and at the house.
We are a restaurant crew of 22 people, we had plenty of hot water and plenty of beds, plenty of activities! Swimming, kayaking, fishing, crabbing, ping pong, pool table, jacuzzi, soccer goal and much more.
My entire team enjoyed it and we will definitely be going back. Great team building experience and blowing off steam in front of a fire was awesome!

I usually rent a VRBO house a few times a year with some friends just to get away and have some fun for a few days. Probably rented 30+ different houses on the Gulf Coast in the last decade and this is one of the best. Has everything you could possibly need and then some. Kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you could want as well as spices, condiments, supplies etc. Had so much fun playing all the games...basketball, horseshoes, soccer, ping pong, billiards etc. Made a fire every night and there was lots of wood. And Steve the barn cat and his fluffy friend were so funny to watch. Will definitely be back. Dick the host was very helpful as well.
