I loved the style, the staff were incredibly friendly and the room was styled great and very clean. The pool is beautiful!
The reason I gave comfort a 9 not 10 was because the pillows on the bed. They are so incredibly hard. It’s an easy fix now that I know I can bring my own!

Pool area was nice, glad it had extra towels. I like the layout of the room. Lobby area and bathrooms were very nice, clean and nice aesthetic.
Sofa in room is not comfortable. It's nice looking but really hard. The bed mattress could have been more comfortable too. No microwave is my biggest complaint. If not in the bedroom at least have one in the bar area or something like that. People traveling from out of town will often have left overs from eating out. Throwing away food because you can't warm it up is very wasteful.

The property was clean and surprisingly quiet to say they had a full house. I loved the atmosphere and how everyone of the staff spoke to you as you moved through the hotel.
The elevators we’re working hard lol but still a bit slow.

Could not get anyone to pickup the phone at front desk. Couldn’t get extra towels or rags! Room needed to be cleaned better

Oona at the front desk was AWESOME, she provided excellent customer service and quickly solved an issue we had with our room.

I booked two rooms for New Year’s Eve. The rates were crazy high but compared to other places the rates for this hotel were lower. conveniently located, rooms were clean and staff were very nice.
one of the rooms has a loud noise coming from the air conditioner. it was loud enough that it interrupted sleeping.

Everything! We esp enjoy the Sapphire Room for supper & not having to leave the building.
The breakfast assortment leaves something to be desired but there IS a McDonalds w/in a SHORT walking distance.

Hotel is very clean. Rooms are huge and clean. Staff is exceptional. Loved the atmosphere
Bed was not the most comfortable. Wi Fi ws a little slow. I wish they would have had room service and I had a view of the ocean.

It was close to a lot of good restaurants and casinos . i like the complimentary drink poker chips
No microwaves or atm machines on the property. What I would call their continental breakfast area isn’t free, someone comes in to cook specialty sandwiches at your request for a charge !
