It is a beautiful house, exactly as listed! A few minor maintenance things they could fix is hot water in the master shower and there were ants in the kitchen all over the breakfast we brought so we had to throw out some food. Would stay here again, it is a beautiful property!

We absolutely loved this house!!! Three bedrooms on the first floor and a private suite on the third floor created some nice separation and privacy for our group. The outdoor space on the second floor is awesome for chilling and people watching. The location is ideal. Property management is excellent - great communication, simple processes, a lot of nice amenities. The week was absolutely perfect.

Everything about this property was stunning. Our group had an amazing time and I will be forever grateful for this trip! The location was perfect and made going to the beach, shops, and restaurants so effortless. 360 Blue did a fantastic job - so glad I found this home!

Our group had the best experience at this beautiful home in the heart of Rosemary beach. The house was very spacious and beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Family Vacay
The property is great. This is our 3rd time staying. There are a few issues that need looking after... downstairs the bedroom with the queen bed to the left - the toilet does not flush well, the shower is clogged and only one plug works next to the bed. The freezer attached to the fridge didn't get cold... had a hard time freezing.

Perfect Location, Beautiful House
We had a great time this past week at Rosemary Beach. The house is beautiful and very spacious. We had 6 adults total and our 4 year old. We all had plenty of room to spread out and the common rooms were great for gathering together. It was kid friendly for being such a large luxurious house and my daughter loved “exploring” all the rooms. The pool was a great addition. My only (minor) complaint is that the house is not well stocked with the bare necessities like sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc. We even had to purchase tin foil because there was no tin foil or Saran Wrap. They only provided 2 dishwashing tablets and 2 laundry tablets which was not enough for our party. This was definitely a minor inconvenience but not an overall deal breaker. Otherwise, great location to the beach and town. Very responsive property management company. Would book again!

November 2021 Stay
3rd stay at this prop w/ 2 fam's, 4 kids total-the layout/pool are great. I called 3 times to verify the pool would be heated (ch'd $315). Arrived Sat-not only was the pool not heated, it was broken (when was this known? we shall see). Told on Sun mgmt was getting 3 bids and it wouldn't be fixed during our stay. Kids were devastated. Moreover, there was a pile of cigarette butts in the pine straw behind the fountain (classy)--no way anyone inspected the property before we arrived. Also, the beach access card(s) (new this year) were not in the house--again, no one could have checked this house before our arrival. We didn't get the card until Sunday evening (not fun hopping the gate w/ kids). We asked for a 2nd card (couldn't split up)-were told the HOA limited it to 1 per house. Other families from FtW are in RB for T-giving-came to find their houses rented through other services had 2 cards. Lastly, we were charged $75 to be in the house 30 extra min on Sun (flight delay)-insult to injury. Frustrating week.

Perfect location
Pros: This house was beautiful and the perfect location when staying in Rosemary beach. It was for a bachelorette party (12 girls) - we walked to everything and loved having so much room to spread out.
Cons: Note no one ever actually responds to a message on the VRBO website, but if you contact them through 360Blue (the property manager) they get back to you quickly. Just wish that would have been communicated instead of me having to figure it out. Also the pool heater was broken even though we paid for the pool to be heated well in advance. They refunded us for the heating fee, but kind of annoying since we made our house selection based on ones with a pool (and heater).

This vacation home has absolutely everything you need. As pictured, it is spacious and beautifully decorated. Great location..walking distance to everything in Rosemary and has a great view of the lawn.

Living in Luxury
Our family of 8 had plenty of space to be together or enjoy time alone. We especially enjoyed the large covered deck, pool and
kitchen. It’s is a short walk to a beautiful beach & shops. The seafood market is half a mile away.

Absolutely love this house. Perfect location. Big enough for two families (4 adults and 8 16 year olds). Great having 2 den areas-one for kids and one for adults. Pool is big enough for everyone to splash around in. Sound system all around inside and out as well as 2 ice makers -BONUS!

La Bella Vita was a very comfortable home perfect for our evening gatherings.
We would suggest matching the toilet paper provided to the luxury atmosphere and prices.
Instead of using Motel 6 type paper.
Also should provide Kleenex type tissue in Bedrooms.
Plus some new skillets are definitely needed.
The home on the beach 2 Spanish Town Ct seems older and a "little tired"!
Would not rent it again. Certainly not a good value.

Beautiful house, awesome location! Plenty of beds and sleeping area configurations for large groups and families. Perfect for families that have kids old enough to venture onto the green adjacent to the house, you can watch them from the 2nd floor patio. It was a very short walk or bike ride to the beach. Overall, a perfect stay on a perfect beach!

It was fabulous! The house was beautiful and spacious. Everybody had plenty of room as well as comfortable spaces to congregate and eat and play games. Our family loved every bit of it. The staff and 360 were courteous and attentive to all our questions. We definitely recommend this house and can’t wait to visit again.

We take an annual girls trip to Rosemary, but this was a bachelorette party so we needed to rent a larger house. We had 15 ladies and it was perfect. Perfect! It was large and comfortable for all of us and the location is super convenient. We loved riding bikes to George's and walking to get coffee, shops and the beach. Having. Pool is really nice, too, in the evenings after dinner. I highly recommend his beautiful property and hope to be back!

We had amazing time at La Bella Vita! We had 14 friends from high school celebrating our 35th birthdays. The pool was amazing to cool off in the afternoons, the walk to the beach was very manageable, and the house was extremely accommodating. We loved having a nice dinner at Paradis across the street and the service from 360 Blue was amazing! We hope to make this a yearly thing!

We'd highly recommend this house and 360 Blue to our friends. This house was fantastic with little nooks to get away and read as well as a wonderful gathering room to play games, eat & cook. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the large grill on the breezy wrap around porch. All 4 men went fishing with 30A Guide Service (850-687-0572) and their guide, Hunter, really knew how to hook them up! They caught Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, & Jack Craeville. We had a fantastic grilled fish dinner that evening. Our two granddaughters really enjoyed the convenience of the community pool for lap swimming. Their coach will be impressed that they didn't miss a day of practice. We could easily walk to the beach, the shops and several restaurants.
Our daughter and oldest granddaughter rented a kayak and were so excited to have five dolphin swim right next to them for quite a while.
Our favorite was just spending quality time with our children and granddaughters. We decided to capture some precious memories especially

This house is very centrally located. An easy walk to the beach and to town. You can sit on the wrap around porch and listen to the concerts on the green. The pool is refreshing to hop into after a day at the beach. A great house for lounging around with inside and outside sitting areas. I could go on and on about this beautifully decorated and comfortable house. We had a had a group of teenagers who enjoyed lounging in the TV room and riding the bikes to the beach. There are also 4 other community pools besides the private one. My favorite thing to do was just walking and wandering the streets every morning. We look forward to staying here again.

Fabulous! We celebrated 10 recent graduates for their Senior trip. The house was amazing, the community was beautiful and experience was memorable. Mornings consisted of a quick walk followed by coffee on the beautiful covered deck enjoying the view. The rest of the days were spent at the beach, shopping and eating at the local shops and restaurants, or cooking a great meal in the sizable kitchen. We all had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

We had three families including 8 teenage boys and the house handled us beautifully. This is our 7th year visiting Rosemary and this house ranks at the top. 360 Blue was very responsive and service oriented, even helping me set up a family photo session.

What a wonderful trip! Nine of my sorority sisters and I made the trip down to Rosemary and it is by far one of my favorite beaches for sure. Not to mention the house made it so much better! The kitchen was great to cook in and had everything we needed for a good meal. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably and to hang out in either one of the living rooms. It was chilly during our stay so it was nice to have a heated pool and a short walk/ride to town. Overall, it was a great experience for all of us, we will definitely be coming back to La Bella Vita!!
