Vieni a creare nuovi ricordi con i tuoi amici e familiari nel nostro ambiente tranquillo, immerso tra i pini di Ponderosa. Grande proprietà privata di 1 acro con vista sulla foresta. Un sacco di fauna selvatica, ATV e sentieri e spazi aperti. Ampio spazio nella casa principale per gruppi più grandi. Questa bella cabina di 2100 piedi si trova su un grande terreno di un acro circondato da alti pini e spalle a grande terra privata aperta con splendide viste sul bordo. La casa a due piani è molto spaziosa e recentemente ristrutturata. Presenta pavimenti in piastrelle di legno aggiornati e bagni aggiornati. Molte travi in legno decorano il piano inferiore. C'è la connessione Wi-Fi in tutta la casa e TV a grande schermo con DVD nelle camere da letto. Ogni piano ha le sue mini spaccature per controllare il caldo e il freddo che aggiungono calore alle zone giorno e pranzo. C'è anche una stufa a pellet per le notti fredde. Posti a sedere in cucina 6 comodamente con piano piano aperto alla zona giorno principale. Anche l'isola della cucina è ottima per sedersi in più e area di preparazione del cibo. C'è una stufa a gas, elettrodomestici nuovi e completamente riforniti: caffettiera "keurig", tostapane, coltelli, stoviglie, pentole, padelle, bicchieri e utensili.
Tutte le camere sono dotate di cuscini, trapunte, coperte e lenzuola. I bagni sono stati aggiornati, ha con asciugamani e servizi igienici nuovi. C'è una zona lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice e un sacco di spazio. Un'area giochi al piano principale con tavolo, sedie, giochi da tavolo da air hockey e puzzle per il tuo divertimento. Ci sono 3 camere da letto, tra cui la master suite (1 ° piano), una propria area salotto, ampio armadio e cassettiera. Le altre due camere sono al piano superiore soppalco con 4 letti singoli e un divano futon. La conversione in soffitta ha 2 letti matrimoniali e 3 letti singoli con molto spazio per materassini o sacchi a pelo. Il piano superiore ha un bagno in comune aggiornato. Questo 2 ° piano è dedicato ai bambini o alle famiglie più piccole e ha la propria TV e lettore DVD.
L'area del cortile ha un'area dedicata ai focolari con posti a sedere per molti ospiti. C'è anche una griglia proprio fuori dalla porta principale che è collegata direttamente alla linea del gas. We all enjoyed our stay, the air hockey and swing was a hit with the kids. We were out most of the day, 1st day on our SXS riding on trails to Young stopping and getting snacks and drinks and then heading back we found Haigler Creek stayed there 30 minutes headed back before it got too dark. Next day went fishing & pass the time at Woods Canyon Lake(only 25min drive) was a little crowded because the holiday but we had a good time. It was nice to get out of the heat for a couple days.

There was no fully stocked Keurig as advertised, had to drive back to town for coffee. Would have been nice to know it was broken ahead of time. Had some issues with an incorrect add-on cleaning charge. The host charged the wrong reservation (me) but didn't seem to listen very well when I tried to explain it must be a mistake. Seems like an honest mistake on his part and was eventually resolved after too much back and forth but I'd recommend taking pictures when you check out so you have proof.

We found this VRBO perfect for our nighttime astrophotography. For other astronomers who might be interested, the moonless sky is quite dark, measuring 21.5-21.8 mag/arcsec^2. The sky is mostly clear of trees looking north, east and south. Visually the Milky Way was quite bright and the transparency allowed us to get images of very faint objects not possible in urban areas. The accommodations were more than adequate for our purposes. If you are looking for a place to do astrophotography or have a star party, this one is excellent.

Our family rented this large cabin for a mini reunion. It had everything we needed. Lots of beds in dorm style setting. Big living room allowed everyone to hang out and play games. Everyone enjoyed our stay!!

We had a wonderful stay! Spacious for a large group to sleep, eat and relax. The windows brought the outdoors in and the pellet stove kept us warm and cozy. Enjoyed the nearby hiking, Fall colors and starry skies.

A gorgeous property! Plenty of room for our party of 11. Lots to do, including a swing, firepit, horseshoes, foosball, air hockey and corn hole. We spent our first 2 days completely on property because the kids were enjoying themselves so much! Plenty of dishes, silverware and cookwear to make every meal in-house. Check--in was a breeze. Marty was the perfect host and his communication with us before and after our trip was excellent. Will definitely book again!

The house is so big! The kids loved the game tables (air hockey, fuzz ball) and we loved the outside property! Hammocks, fire pit, swing, really a great place for kids and adults!
I would definitely recommend this property and would love to return !

Sunroom doors did not open to access room. Down stairs bathroom water shower handle loose poops off. BBQ grill needs to be cleaned under the grill plates. Had to search the upstairs for TV remote, for tv downstairs. Washing machine off balance started a few towels as they asked and was shaking. Light above stove did not work. There was no broom left out so we could sweep floor after eating mind you, we had little kids with us. Fire pit area did not look like pictures.

A great experience, with a great view. The house is very spacious ,very beautiful area,quiet and peaceful overall a very comfortable stay.

Wonderful Week
We had a great week of fun and relaxation staying up in the beautiful area of Christopher Creek. The weather was awesome. When we first got to our rental, we saw 2 deer right across the street that stayed for awhile before running off. The place was perfect for our large family. Power went out 2x but APS was Auckland to get it back on. We did not have phone service which was a little concerning with our special needs child but as soon as we got closer to the 260 we could get it.

Not many pantry staples available, (baggies, foil, spices, dry goods, etc.)so be sure to bring what you might need or you have to travel back to Payson for necessities. Great travel directions provided and clear check in and check out information. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and thoroughly enjoyed the home.

Not many pantry staples available, (baggies, foil, spices, dry goods, etc.)so be sure to bring what you might need or you have to travel back to Payson for necessities. Great travel directions provided and clear check in and check out information. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and thoroughly enjoyed the home.

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood as the listing stated. Plenty of room to relax and beds for everyone. Whole family had a great time.
Only draw back was the wall unit heater up stairs would not blow warm air. We used the pellet burning stove downstairs to help heat the upstairs along with a couple space heaters.
We communicated the issue of the upstairs heater with Marty so he could make arrangements for repairs.

We had a great time staying at Marty's place. The kids loved all the games, inside and outside and it kept them busy. All the basics are provided for you to have a great stay. Great Getaway
We had a great time. Plenty of sleeping arrangements for the group, great proximity to several fishing spots, and plenty of room for outdoor games. Highly recommend.

We all had fun playing air hockey , table soccer and watching movies. While the snow was falling 10 inches while we were there. We were still able to have a fire and make s'mores. Even barbecued while it was snowing. Very peaceful quiet neighborhood.

A+ rental for family/friends get away!
Rented for moms/kids mini vacation and it was exactly what we wanted! Huge clean and maintained yards around entire property all fenced in for kids to run and play all day and evening. Indoor foos ball and air hockey table kept them busy in for hours the whole weekend. The property had little breakable decorative items out on useless display which was a huge plus for us moms with our group of kids. Just wide open space to play and relax. Huge comfy couch with wall to wall windows allowing us to view our kids play inside and outside. Kitchen was well stocked and prefect lay out to cook every meal. With little useless decorative junk and only minimal/essential furniture (Plenty of beds) we had more than enough room for our large group of people! Owner was communicative and very accommodating to our needs and requests, and provided clear directions for visit. We would come back here if we did it again without a second thought!

This was the first time renting. The house was big and roomy. The beds are so comfortable. They had every thing for us to entertain us. 2 games fools ball, air hockey out side we played corn hole, and horseshoes. We left aour horseshoes by accident but that's ok. My daughter did her 8 miles run every morning and loved the view. We cooked out enjoy the cool weather and stars at night. So relaxing and loved it. I treated this home as if was mine. I would definitely rent again. We stayed Oct 5 -9-2020

Mountain Getaway
Great cabin for a large family. In our original instructions for our stay it was noted the oven wasn't working. The owner went above and beyond to get it fixed prior to our stay. Which was very appreciated and allowed us to bake biscuits for breakfast one morning.

House was very clean, beds comfortable and unit represented accurately online. Two bathrooms and lots of beds in this house. There were just four of us, however. We enjoyed driving around, visiting Tonto Natural Bridge and 2 days of ATV riding. Closest commerce is 25 miles away, so don't plan on a quick trip to pick up something you forgot, but that isolation is one of the reasons we chose the home. Weather this time of year was outstanding. We could have stayed longer if we had so planned. We would be happy to go back.
