La cucina aperta è dotata di contatori in granito, forni a incasso, 2 frigoriferi full size, lavastoviglie, piano cottura liscio, macchine per il caffè multiple incluso un Keurig e forno a microonde. Inoltre, sono disponibili 3 sedie contatore in armadi isola espansive. We have gone to IOP as our family beach vaca renting from East Islands for over 15 yrs. They are fantastic, friendly, helpful and Johnny on the Spot each time we needed them or had a question! This was the first time in Bella Vista. Although it needs som renovation work, it was very clean, pool, Spa & yard well maintained! We will be be back next year to Bella Vista! Also it was great to be so close (within walking distance on the beach) to Breach Inlet & all the restaurants & shops by the pier!

Aside from an initial inconvenience of having to be placed in a different house for night due to unforeseen circumstances, everything was wonderful! The home was perfect as our headquarters for our daughters wedding in Mount Pleasant, as well as our family vacation for the rest of the week after the wedding. The home is beautifully decorated and the location can’t be beat! Expensive and beautiful ocean views greet you from sun up to sundown!

The house fit all of our needs. It was stunning. The pool was so convenient being on the beach. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our large party of 15 women. Plenty of blankets and kitchen supplies too, as we cooked a lot! Isle of palms is a destination in its own, our only regret is not staying longer!

We had such an amazing time at this property, the photos of the house are exactly as pictured. The pool & beach views are incredible and the home is clean, with a ton of space for a friends or couple weekend or a family trip. We did not want to leave!!!
However the only reason for the low rating is the rental company associated with this property was beyond rude and difficult. I booked this house for my bachelorette weekend, I am 32 years old with friends (ages 32-38) most that are pregnant or mothers and when we went to pick up the keys this one woman from East Rentals Island was very condescending telling us we're lucky she's even letting us stay there since they do not allow bachelorette trips at the home. In no way were we throwing parties or having a rowdy weekend, it was intended to be a relaxing beach weekend with my closest friends and family and instead of this woman just reinforcing the rules (no noise after 10pm), which we completely understood, she continued to talk down to us making me think there was going to be an issue all weekend. Also to note my sister reached out a few weeks prior to the rental company, asking if we could decorate the home her bride to be sister, so they were aware of the bachelorette trip.
Thankfully no one bothered us all weekend, again as it was a calm beach weekend, and it ended up just being an issue when picking up the keys only. So nothing more to report on beyond the extremely unnecessary welcome to the island.

The property was exaclty, if not better than described. The only issue we had was the 7th "bedroom" was technically an area to watch tv with a pull out couch, but we still had plenty of places for our larage group to sleep. It was a beautiful home with a gorgeous view and great amenities. Very close and convenient to the main grocery store and main area of Isle of Palm. The kitchen was very well stocked with items you would need to cook meals, and eat at the house. It was very clean and well maintained. It wasn't listed, but they did have beach chairs that were left at the home, and also beach toys. We had a few things we had to contact the management company about (garbage disposal, heating the hot tub) and they were very reponsive. It was a bummer that we had to pay extra for the hot tub to be heated and all they really did was give us a paper on how to do it, but charged $300 for our 3 days there. Also, on our last night at the property, the AC in the upstaris part of the house wasn't working properly (it was over 78-80 degrees) and they were able to find someone to come out and fix that night. I would reccomend this property to people who are visiting Isle of Palm. We had a few issues and the prorpery management company came and took care of them promptly and were very responsive.

This was our 2nd Grand Camp in this beautiful home. We had everything we needed for preparing our meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Having the pool was wonderful for the children and the walkway to the beach made it so easy getting everyone down and back. Great home for a large family vacation.

Some suggestions: working vacuum cleaner, upper deck furniture (rocking chairs- not Adironack style as hard for elderly), turn off lamp post lights after 10 pm, ice scoop, corning dishes with lids, step with rail for pool (elderly or larger people can't get in or out), coffee grinder, glass juice glasses, at least one clean blanket per bed, repair floor board cracks (trip hazard), electric skillet/griddle, spoon rest, ramekins (poach eggs), master tv service upgraded to match living room, instructions for tvs and upper floor thermostat, move golf cart charging to front of garage so vehicles don't have to be constantly moved to access golf cart

Belle Vista is perfect for a family vacation with children or for one with just adults. The four kids loved the pool and easy access to the beach and plenty of room to sprawl out on the porch during a storm. The kitchen is well stocked and we put it to good use during our first week. It’s convenient to the shops and restaurants on IOP. The management company has always been very responsive to any issues. We have enjoyed our three stays in this lovely house.

The first thing we noticed about the property was how CLEAN and well-maintained it was! The staging when we first entered was soo impressive. This was our first weekend for just the ladies of our family and we could not have been more please with our accommodations, the friendliness of the property management team and the truly spectacular sunsets! Rent this property! You won't regret it!!

This was our 7th friends’ beach trip and 3rd time to rent at Isle of Palms for 7 friends who have known each other for over 50 years! This beach house was the best! We loved all being together in the huge living room and open kitchen and on the wide porch. And as we are “older” , the elevator was essential. And as the area was dodging hurricane Ian, East Island Rentals, especially Jessica, was excellent in keeping us informed. We plan to return next year !

We booked this beautiful home for our first Grand Camp with our grandchildren and great grandchildren. This was the first time having our seven great grandchildren together. The home was absolutely perfect. Everything was very clean . Having the washer and dryer was very helpful.The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for preparing and serving meals. Plenty of room in the open living area. A large dining table for eating and playing games. The pool was amazing and having the beach so close was great with the little ones. East Island Rentals was amazing to work with . We have booked the home for our next Grand Camp next September.

We just finished two weeks in this home for the second time. The first week with four other couples, no children and it is perfect. The second week was with family and small children and it works for children also. Ample room for everyone. We used the kitchen extensively the first week and had everything we needed. The location cannot be beaten. Any issues were quickly resolved by the team at East Islands. We are already making plans for the same time next year.

Overall our visit was great. We have been doing “Thanksgiving at the beach,” since 2006. The views from 612 are breathtaking. Thankfully the weather was warm enough that we were able to take of advantage of the decks (social distancing) and had the spa heated! Thanksgiving, unlike summer at the beach, is all about the dinner, the food. The kitchen is not a cooks kitchen. Couldn’t bake (convection oven) all the cakes we had planned to, but we had a great spread non the less.
612 provided for yet another memorable Thanksgiving. And can’t forget the staff at East Island! All are professional, friendly and available. They do nit take your business for granted. A pleasure to work with!

We all really loved Bella Vista! There are so many great spots to hang out either in groups or solo...the screened in porch was a special haven for kids (best playpen in the universe!) and adults alike. Maintenance was timely and personable and professional though unfortunate we had to keep calling them for issues (elevator was not usuable without using a bbq skewer to release the door; stove would not boil large pan of water and needed to be fixed - we were told to just boil in smaller pots. Better to have known this limitation before trying to cook for 16 people; fire ants {many!} were on pool deck and in pool- enough that most of us got bit; master bedroom on first floor fan required maintenance. We were told when we checked in that the outdoor grill needed repair but we were able to use it as they gave us a lighter for the pilot light. Just seems like a bunch of stuff needed work during our one week there. That said, again the maintenance folks were great, east island realty staff were each fantastic and we would definately consider returning to Bella Vista once some of these basic amenities were corrected.

The pictures do not do this house justice. When we pulled up the whole family gasped because it is gorgeous! The house was very clean and beautiful. The ocean is right in the backyard and you go to sleep and wake up hearing the waves. We had a great time here and a restful/ peaceful much needed vacation.
The only negative was that the rental company was pretty stingy on the amenities. They ask you to start the dishwasher before leaving but don't provide dishwasher soap. There's no hand soap, beach towels, or kleenex. The house was stocked like a minimally stocked hotel room. They also charge you $300 to heat the hot tub and pool. I understand the pool as it is huge, but the hot tub should be included.

I am the personal assistant to a family that sent me to this rental a few days before they arrived to get them set up for a wonderful weekend of rest and relaxation with friends and family. The property looked amazing--complete with new flooring, deck work, painting, furniture, and pool. But it was all a facade.Arriving at the property Saturday, I found many dead cockroaches in the staircase and bedrooms. I saw several large roaches scurrying across counters and kitchen area. I called the office to ask for an exterminator, but they said they couldn’t be there until Monday. My guests were due Sunday, so I went to Harris Teeter’s for RAID insect spray knowing the office wouldn’t help in time. I began finding deferred maintenance around the house: a broken refrigerator, a wonky kitchen faucet that didn’t turn on properly, pocket doors that were off track and got stuck, floor panels that were loose, and a hot tub that only got luke warm. Surely not significant, but enough to wear on the comfort of the stay and question the true quality of the home; particularly at this price point. And the roach infestation was so bad, I stayed at another property. This shouldn’t have to be a choice: either sleep with roaches or stay somewhere else. Overall, East Island Rentals generally receives great reviews and we have used them in the past without issues. However, this time our experience was worse than previous stays and well below our expectations. My advice to others is NOT to stay at 612 Ocean Blvd until they can prove the house is up to snuff and the cockroach issue is handled properly. Definitely not worth what we paid for the rental.
