We stayed for 3 weeks with our two cats. When we arrived there was quite a lot of damage done to property by previous people. We were never made aware of the damage. The house itself was not very clean- stains on carpet, blood on the inside of our comforter sheets(as I rewashed them do to my sensitive skin), window was torn up, water damage to wood units, and both toilet bowl brushes were brown/yellow. Even from the landing the ledge above the door was dusty and unclean. Let the landlords know(unaware of some damage but aware of others) and they apologized and said they could repair things but I wasn’t interested in that- just disappointed with the state of the home)
Patio was nice- although there is a big tree so all the uncovered furniture has bird poop on it. You will have to replace anything you use in the kitchen.
***And do be aware- you are asked to turn off AC every time you leave property- even when you have pets at the home.*** Was not aware of this prior either and in 90+ degree weather this is an awful rule.
Fridge water was milky and filter not changed(again you can get this replaced but it was too much of a hassle and should have be done prior to our stay).
Good size rooms for big family but was not pleased with our stay. Do not recommend overall. Management company definitely does not care about overall state of property.

Property was as advertised, clean and very comfortable. Home had everything we needed. Great location, grocery store in walking distance as well as the awesome frozen custard at Andy’s!
Checking into the unit was a breeze and communication was excellent.
We would not hesitate to stay at Brooke’s again on our next visit to Mesa, AZ

Nice quiet neighborhood. House as described and pictures were current and accurate. The house Had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Convenient location and worked well for our dogs with the fenced backyard.

House had been completely remodeled, including kitchen, bathrooms, and closets. New flooring was installed. There were a few glitches in the first few days, but these were always taken care of quickly. There were TVs with streaming services as well as local and national stations. A couple of things were best left until the home was vacant. Every thing was nearby, including groceries, hair shop, pharmacy, fast foods, dry cleaners, veterinary, and a golf course. All were in walking distance. Even the trash and recyclables were moved out by a "can monkey."

Great place-great stay. The house has a nice floorplan and comfy rooms that accommodated our plans. We had a small family gathering for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was well equipped for the traditional feast.
The outdoor space is very nice and welcoming. We enjoyed the fire pit a few evenings. The patio table and furnishings are very nice.
The location was close to what we needed and where we wanted to go.

The house was well laid out allowing for enough kitchen/eating space, a nice living room with large TV. Backyard was lovely, enjoyed many meals under the tree. Community 9 hole golf course nearby was terrific!

Hotels in area are much nicer
Upon arrival this home smelled like wet dog. One of the rooms smelt like pet urine. It is run down and dirty with filthy floors and carpet. The toilet in the master ran day and night. There were outlets without covers and no power outlets worked in the master bathroom. Overall very disappointed in this rental which felt more like a rundown home than a vacation rental.

This place was so run down and overall gross. So many issues, I'll try to list them all
- Picture online not accurate. Pics showed an accessable pantry, but it has a key pad on it. Pics also showed a desk in one of the room. No desk and the tv cable box just sat on the ground.
-There is a huge pigeon infestation, which is all you hear in the master.
-Blinds throughout the house don't work. They don't open and some actual blinds are just busted off.
- Electrical outlets are missing covers
- Back door lock is broken, you have to use a piece of wood to secure the house.
-The fan in the master sounds like it is going to catch fire if you use it.
- The lamps in the master bed room don't turn on. Not controlled by a switch and no button on the lamp.
- The 2nd week we were in the rental, the next door neighbors decided to have a party complete with a PA system. So loud and annoying.
- Dishwasher was from 1980 and didn't clean anything
- The grout throughout the house is stained black.
The claim that this a luxury rental is a joke. Doesn't seem that there is any up keep to the house.

Loved the stay
We stayed for a month and the place was great. There was plenty of room to accommodate the company we had visit. The neighborhood was so nice to walk our dogs in. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need. Jessica was excellent to get back to us with any question or needs we had. The private backyard was so nice to sit out in at night. Loved it!

Good stay but not a luxury
My family and I were looking for a place to stay in Phoenix. The place had good reviews, and it was not a bad stay, but it was not worth the $200+/night stay. The house should upgrade small things here and there: a piece of the tile stair fell during our stay (not from use, just a random piece) and the bathroom sink faucet was wobbly. The kitchen, living room and backyard were smaller/night as bright as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood was pretty noisy at night with other people spending time outdoors (houses are fairly close together).
Overall, not a bad stay, but definitely not worth the expensive price.

A nice place to stay and very conveniently located
We recently stayed at this property and we enjoyed it very much. The home is just like the pictures and very easy to get familiar with the features. There is a small park directly across the street if you have children or pets, and the backyard has furniture for outdoor entertaining.
The home is located in a part of Mesa that provides easy access to Tempe Marketplace, Baseball Training, Scottsdale shopping and many restaurants.
We would recommend it for anyone searching for a nice stay in this area, and ww will most likely visit it again next year.

Beautiful and clean and nice to stay in
We had a lovely time together at the Condo . I am especially thankful that we could reserve it at the last minute. The condo was very clean and very enjoyable. And it was in the middle of the places we needed to go to. We had a couple of very very small issues, that were quickly taken care of. The owners were very quick to help us and very quick to respond.

Great For Spring Training
Rented this home for a week in early March for Milwaukee Brewer Fans from Wisconsin. House had everything we needed. Brooke the owner was very helpful with any questions we had. This home is the prefect location Cub or Oakland A Fans both stadiums are within 10 minutes. Would stay here again Also had nice golf course within walking distance. Thank you

AN EASY WALK TO STARBUCKS AND FRY'S
This was a fairly nice home that is located just adjacent to a very decent 9 hole golf course. Pace of play is slow, but the course is challenging.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are very decent and the small living room and kitchen area are certainly acceptable. The back yard needs to be landscaped and a nice barbecue supplied. We really enjoyed being close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Great location for Cubs or A's fans.

Awesome house next to golf course and spring training
Stayed with some friends in this nice 3 bedroom place. Great location near major freeways. We walked to the coprorate 9 hole golf course around the corner. Attended some of the spring training Cubs and A's spring games that were not far away.
It was great having a 2 car garage and nice shaded background. I will be back again and would highly recommend this vacation rental. It was our first experience with vrbo and the property manager made it super easy.

This stay could not have been any better! From the communication with Brooke to everything Phoenix had to offer. The home was as nice or nicer then advertised. It had everything we needed to cook and enjoy time playing cards. This will be the first place we try to stay when we come back!

Perfect vacation home
We spent Christmas at this house because our usual place was booked and had a great time!! We loved the extra space, all the tv's two car garage, I could go on and on......and the location was easy. We have family in Scottsdale so it was just a skip and a hop away. We loved it and will be back for sure! So happy we stumbled up this new place. Brooke was very responsive and very easy to work with. Can't wait for our next trip out!

Lovely house with accommodating host
The house was beautiful, as pictured. Check in was easy despite a late arrival time. Host had left some local beer in the fridge which made for a warm welcome. Location was convenient for us as it was walking distance to family wedding headquarters.

Amazing vacation rental
Since this vacation rental is brand new we didn't have any reviews to go off of but we are so glad we chose this place!! I wanted to be sure to recommend it to others! The house is very spacious even for a family of 5 like ours. It had everything we could need and much more! There was a little park directly across the street that my kids have fun playing at in addition to backyard. We liked having the large dining table in back too. We wanted to spend time outdoors so it was perfect! And of course the kids loved the netflix and having their own flatscreens in their rooms. The bunk beds were great for our 8 & 10 year old boys. My wife and I loved the furniture including the comfy king bed and we can't forget the rain showerhead! My family and I were so happy we picked this place for our vacation in the Phoenix area. Brooke was great to work with and made the entire process so easy. We will definitely be back!
