We had an amazing stay. The house was very clean, with lots of amenities and perfect for a little family get together! The hostess was very helpful and made it very easy to check in and out. Hoping the home will be available again in the future when we come back :)

This place was amazing! It was as beautiful as the pictures. The outside pool area was like staying at the best resort, the view from up top was spectacular and the house had many great amenities. Will definitely come back.

The layout of the house was perfect for our large family and kids. They loved the pool and was great pool table for the adults. Definitely recommend for larger families or groups

Couldn't imagine a better place to get all our children, their significant others, and our grandchildren together in the same place. A great week four our family! The house was great, the pool was awesome and golf, disc golf, boat rentals a short distance away. Something for everyone!

This home is clean, beautiful and spacious. The size of this home accommodated our large family group. I liked that we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was great and we loved the view at sunset looking out over Havasu. We will definitely be back!

We had a personal check-in & quick property tour which was very helpful & informative. Check-out was a breeze. The home is extremely clean, quiet & comfortable. Every detail is in place. Very spacious & beautifully furnished inside & out. The pool & outdoor areas are incredible! We spent the majority of our time outside in the pool area, relaxing under the palm trees. The landscaping is a work of art. The views are just breathtaking & we especially enjoyed the unobstructed, stunning sunsets from the rooftop patio. It was perfect, perfect, perfect! We are looking forward to another stay here again soon! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

We had a family reunion and loved our stay. The communication with the Host could not have been better. The kitchen was well stocked, the large family room was perfect, the beds were very comfortable, and there was ample parking. We especially enjoyed the backyard as it felt like we had our own private resort. Overall an excellent stay and experience.

We rented the house so that we could attend a family reunion nearby. I was joined by my 3 kids, their spouses and kids. Each family had a lovely "suite" of sorts. And I was in the room with direct access to the pool. We loved spending time together. The pool is lovely and so great for the whole family.

This is a lovely property. The pictures are a true representation of the property, which is wonderful. Lots of room and well stocked. The pool is fun to float around in after a day on the water. There is a nice big garage to put your vehicle in so it doesn't get hot sitting in the sun. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers which helps keep the place clean and tidy. The TV is easy to use. Couldn't be nicer.

Very much enjoyed our stay. This is one of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed in. The house has everything you need and is in good working order. Appliances are top of the line, and the house is well furnished. We stayed here for the 4th of July, and the fireworks display was easy to see from the rooftop patio - which is great. The pool and deck are resort-like -- definitely feels like you are at a hotel. The bar area is huge and has everything you need to make drinks. Wrap-around driveway is great and can fit many cars. Home can accommodate 3 families easily. And you are very close to the Lake Havasu Marina, restaurants, and just about any store you need is approx 2-3 miles away. The host is great, knowledgeable, and friendly. Overall a great place to spend a week and recharge, relax and have fun.

It’s tough to find vacation properties that check all the boxes for a large family such as ours, but this one checked most of them. Kelli the property manager was great! She happily accommodated our requests. The house was clean, smelled good and there was plenty of space to spread out. I really appreciated that they had the backyard door handles up high so that my little one could not open the door and make his way out to the pool. Child safety is a high priority to me. The house was well stocked with cookware and dishes. I’d say the only thing needed is more steak knives. The bar was a favorite hang out spot for the adults. Again, VERY well stocked. Bathrooms were adequate but could probably use some additional bath towels under the sink just in case. The home is located in a quiet, more upscale part of the city. Quick access to stores, restaurants and the lake. I highly recommend Nautical watersports for any boat or jet ski rental. That’s a 9-10 min drive from the house. Some other perks to this home is the huge driveway and all the garage space. Plenty of parking. There is also a second fridge in the garage that was perfect for all our drinks. We would have had to keep them in ice chests otherwise. Overall, it was a good experience in this home and we would stay here again :)

This house was incredible! We had 13 people in all and the house was very accommodating. Everyone's favorite area was definitely the back yard swimming pool. Many memories made. The house is in a very nice area and close to the shops downtown. So glad we found this house, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We stayed for a family getaway for my Mom’s 80th birthday It was great to have separate space for everyone, there was a pool table and putting green. Close to the lake and water activities.

From the moment my 11 friends and I decided we wanted to get away as a group, we had reservations about finding a place that would have accommodated five couples and two singles, and environment that provided a great atmosphere but was clean, fun, and worthy, while each having our own space… To say this beautiful property matched that would be a huge understatement. Not only was the house gorgeous and perfectly accommodating with the space, amenities and needs of a large group, but working with Kelli was a dream. Her communication we received back-and-forth regarding check-in and checkout procedures, our concerns about noise, the ability to manage such a large group in Havasu and just overall promptness and flexibility attorneys was unparallel. When we ran into an issue with water pressure, she sent one someone out immediately and the problem was able to be rectified. Not once did we feel ignored and not once did the house, pool, amenities or neighborhood not perfectly suit our needs. I can’t say enough about this property or Kelli. We love every minute of it!!!

Beautiful property w/ excellent amenities. Having king beds in each bedroom was a big plus. The pool was very nicely designed and the entire outdoor area was very comfortable. Kelli was responsive and helpful. We would stay here again

This house was BEAUTIFUL! Kelli was so accomodating and responsive from beginning to end. We did not need to pack anything for this stay. But we overpacked of course. The house has everything you could hope for a family summer retreat. So much space! The couch in the main living room was so comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to the lake and tourist shops. Great place for family and young ones, it's quiet not far from the lake big enough for everyone and well kept up.

She's a lovely person to work with. Take her advice about the chicken! We stayed, along with 3 other couples, for a week and each of us had our own, private section of the house. The pictures do not do the property nearly enough justice for its beauty and size. We cooked in the well-appointed kitchen, grilled on the spacious grill and thoroughly enjoyed lazing in the beautiful pool and jacuzzi. There were plenty of towels to use and enough pool toys to keep the "kid" in all of us very entertained. The outdoor areas make it feel like you are staying at a resort, and the indoor areas, though very large, feel welcoming and comfortable. We very much enjoyed our time in both spaces.We are already talking about our next trip back. We will definitely be staying at this lovely home again! Thanks again for everything, Kelli!
