Your home away from home, nestled in the forest but close to everything!
Tahoe è pet friendly e lo siamo anche noi! Questa cabina invitante si trova a Tahoe Vista, appena fuori dall'autostrada 267, a pochi minuti da Kings Beach e Northstar. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e la casa si trova proprio accanto a uno dei sentieri escursionistici, ciclabili e motoslitta della Tahoe National Forest. Se stai cercando un posto immerso nei boschi per la tua famiglia o solo con gli amici, è questo! Ti senti come se ti fossi davvero allontanato dal fatto di essere circondato dagli alberi nel nostro tranquillo quartiere. Si tratta di una casa spaziosa con una cucina rinnovata, camino a gas idealista e ampio soggiorno e zona pranzo - perfetto per famiglie o un gruppo di amici che desiderano rilassarsi nella bellissima North Lake Tahoe.
Che tu sia diretto a sciare oa fare escursioni o semplicemente per goderti tutto ciò che Lake Tahoe ha da offrire, la nostra casa ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. Siamo così vicini a tutto il trambusto del lago e anche al Village di Northstar ma sappiamo che quando torni a casa tua lontano da casa tutto quello che sperimenterai è la quiete del vento che soffia tra gli alberi, il cinguettio degli uccelli e gli scoiattoli e gli scoiattoli si rincorrono.
Il check in è alle 16:00 e il check out a mezzogiorno, se non ci sono altre prenotazioni direttamente prima o dopo il tuo, sono quasi sempre in grado di estendere tali orari senza alcun costo.
Le tre camere da letto possono ospitare comodamente sei, quattro adulti e due bambini nei letti a castello (letti a castello non destinati a chi ha più di 60 chili). C'è anche un divano letto matrimoniale nel soppalco che dorme altri due. Ci sono due bagni a grandezza naturale.

It had everything we needed! Fireplace, close proximity to Northstar and woods behind it! Only complaint would be to have some shampoo and conditioner.

Property located in a wonderful area. Comfy home close to Northstar and the Tahoe National Forest. We had a great time skiing and sledding with the kids and grandkids.

When we arrived to the house we discovered that housekeeping had not come to clean up from the previous tenants. I was able to make contact with the owner eventually and the cleaners were sent out late evening to clean. It was definitely inconvenient but we were issued a partial refund for the troubles. The WiFi isn’t very strong and there is little to no cell service, which is fine but just plan ahead if you need to look up travel stuff etc. This isn’t the fanciest house but it’s cozy and definitely has that mountain cabin feel to it.

My husband and 11yr old son had a blast. We arrived to a snowplowed driveway! The stairs had pads on them to melt the snow, nice! My son played on his sled in the front yard and down the street. Tons of soft snow all around us. We went for a snowmobile tour 3 miles away and had a wonderful day. The house is definitely clean, gently used, and dated. Not fancy, but gets the job done. The neighborhood is wonderful backing up to state park. Would love to go back in the summer if we could afford it.

We had a great stay in Kingswood Estates with 2 families. Cabin was just what needed for some downtime, snow play, and a walk in the woods. Loved that the Tahoe Rim Trail is just outside their back door. Owners were super easy to communicate with. A great experience for us!

I searched for homes for our first Destination Christmas with our kids and their spouses. We really didn’t know what to expect, but this place exceeded all of our expectations. It was beautiful, spacious, had everything in the kitchen that we needed. Cara was awesome to talk to, and quick to respond to our questions. There was lots of snow and we all had a wonderful time! Thank you so much for a very memorable Christmas!

We have stayed here several times and love the location. We arrived to find a shattered window from a bear break in and has a lot of glass top clean up. Owners were able to come board up the window for the rest of our stay. Owners are responsive to requests and allow dogs, which is huge help in discouraging visit from bears while we are there. Thank you too Cara and Carlo!

Came up to the property with a group of friends, spent a significant amount of time at the beach which was only 10-15 minutes away, had a great stay. Place was clean and comfortable.

We hiked, forest right outside the back door, sat on the beautiful deck enjoying the forest still right outside the back door. So peaceful.
Being here in the snow would be beautiful.

If you are looking for some peace and quiet with nearby trails and beautiful mountain woods, this home will fit the bill. It’s only a couple miles from all the action on Lake Tahoe. This two-story home has a nice layout and is very clean. It has a very homey feel to it. Perfect for two couples to share or a family of 4-6. We would absolutely return again, we liked it that much.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property. We love that our whole family including dog are welcome and we have a comfortable place to stay close to trails in the Tahoe area. Owner is responsive to questions, or concerns and property is always clean when we arrive.

Peaceful, clean home in the woods
If you are looking for some peace and quiet with nearby trails and beautiful mountain woods, this home will fit the bill. It’s only a couple miles from all the action on Lake Tahoe. This two-story home has a nice layout and is very clean. It has a very homey feel to it. Perfect for two couples to share or a family of 4-6. We would absolutely return again, we liked it that much.

Great getaway and as advertised.
Cara's place is pretty much as described. Location is <10 minutes to King's Beach. We had good snow which allowed for some nice sled runs behind the house. It looked like you could do some nice X-country skiing in the woods behind the house but we were lazy and went downhill instead at Mt. Rose. (Northstar is much closer but we like Mt Rose better.)

Great little house close to Northstar
Cute house in great location. Close to everything yet felt off the beaten path. Only downside is that in the age of Zoom calls etc the internet is fairly weak. Not an issue if you’re truly getting away from it all, but many like me are able to combine work with play these days.
