Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and equipped, unbeatable location

This place COULD be great. The owners and the property manager are all aware of the problems with this condo and I feel bad for them. The issues sound complicated to fix because of some plumbing problem related to the restaurant downstairs. This is too bad, because this condo is in a perfect location with a fantastic view, and is quite roomy (well except for the tiny, outdated kitchen). There are two balconies you can look out over the Italian restaurant below and out to the mountains. The balconies are spacious but have no furniture. That is the least of the problems with this place though. 1-There is some type of plumbing issue which has caused them to forbid the guests of the condo from using one of the showers! Long and complex story of all that has been done to try to fix this. 2-The bathroom lighting is horrible, with some of the actual ballasts in need of replacing, the best we could tell. Bathroom countertops are exactly like a Best Western...no drawers or real cabinets; just that cultured marble stuff with the plumbing all showing underneath. There are loose floor tiles in one of the bathrooms--maybe both. 3-The fireplace, although it works great, is very noisy and does not put off much heat at ALL. 4-There is a bad smell when the water is first turned on...a sulphur-ish smell I think. 5-The kitchen range is ancient and very small. The kitchen is very small itself. The dishwasher needs to be replaced NOW. It is pitiful. The cabinets are old and don't have handles or knobs. The cooking supplies are in hard-to-reach places. The inside of the cabinets are disgusting. I felt I had to wash every dish or pot or pan I took out. Good things: 1- The view, like I said. 2- The balconies although they are in need of furniture. 3- The beds are very comfy. 4- The roominess. 4- The location. Owners, please remodel! (If it is possible to get around the issues with the restaurant downstairs; whatever is happening with that.) This could be a great rental. We would be back if these issues were solved. Overall it needs a COMPLETE REMODEL except for the beds. Thanks for reading.

Great apartment in great location. Bathrooms

Very nice, cozy condo in Mountain Village. Great location - close to Gondola, walking paths. Easy access to town. Full kitchen. Very clean and comfy. Thanks for a very nice stay and birthday celebration for our nephew.

My husband and I visited with our two daughters. The space was great for four people and the location was perfect. In addition, the property manager was so wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend this property.

It was a great stay. The place was clean and the location was excellent. I do believe it would be very difficult to sleep 7 as it suggests, unless they were children and sleeping 2 or 3 to a bed. Unless you are bunking up, I believe it sleeps 3 comfortably. But overall, the place was nice and Victoria (property manager) was very kind. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Place was clean and very convenient to the ski lifts. There were a few broken/loose tiles in the bath rooms and one of the sinks was very slow to drain. My wife thought the mattress were hard but after the first day of skiing we all slept fine. I would stay there again.

The condo at Blue Mesa is in a great location - convenient to ski school, restaurants, and the gondola. We would stay in this unit again.

It might not bother some people but you should know that the mattress on the queen beds are really old and tired. Also, bring a stopper for the tub if you would like to use it.

The location of the condo is great. The property manager was attentive to any issues that arose during our stay. I would stay here again if I return to Telluride.

Wall of windows, nice beds, decks off living room and bedroom. We are both 5’2” and had to drag a chair over every time we needed anything off kitchen shelves. If you are a big group there is only a small kitchen table with 4 chairs. Nice big TVs and nice gas fireplace.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean and tidy. Views were awesome. Will plan on coming back again!

Staying up in the Village for a festival in town was not a problem at all. Not worth the extra money to stay down in town. Would definitely stay here again during a future Blues and Brews Festival.

Extremely convenient, ideal for flexibility, and loved the ski locker and garage contained within the unit

This condo worked out perfectly for us. There were three of us who stayed and the configuration of the condo was perfect as it was almost like having 2 separate places. Having two bathrooms was important and the bedroom has a privacy door, it's own bathroom and mini kitchen so we didn't have to disturb the other room at night or in the morning. The Murphy bed was extremely comfortable and the location is perfect for skiing. You walk right out and get in the ski lifts. Having underground parking was a huge benefit and the ski lockers were very handy. The washer and dryer is just a few doors down and is free to use. We really loved this place and the location overlooking sunset plaza. I'm not sure we could have found anywhere better that would have fit our needs. Whenever we got back this will definitely be our first choice to stay. It's roomy, comfortable, clean, convenient and reasonably priced for Mountain Village. You won't be disappointed!

Location, location, location! The condo was situated in Mountain Village and was located walking distance to all of our scheduled activities. Beautiful view. It's hard to believe this condo is only 600 sq feet. With two bathrooms, two balconies a large living and bedroom, it felt much, much larger. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back.

From Puerto Rico to Telluride We enjoyed our stayed in BML (30A-B) this past week (Jan 3-10, 2015) it is as good or better as advertised. Real ski-in/ski-out. Thanks to Victoria (VRS) very easy to work with. We have been to many ski resorts in Colorado/Utah/Tahoe, etc. and Telluride is one of the best.

This was our first time to Telluride and we were very happy with our stay at BML. I can't vouch for the other BML condos, but this one is very nice. Great views, two ski lockers, reserved parking space, 30 yards to the snow, wireless Internet, etc. What more could you ask for? The property manager was very accomodating and easy to work with as well. We'll be back!!
