Situato direttamente a 60 metri dalla spiaggia di South Padre Island. Questo condominio per non fumatori con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni è stato magnificamente rinnovato nel maggio 2015 con una cucina completamente attrezzata, un bagno e mobili aggiornati. Addormentarsi e svegliarsi con il suono rilassante delle onde dell'oceano e vedere un'incredibile alba direttamente dall'ampio balcone. L'ampio balcone arredato è il luogo ideale per intrattenere e godersi l'oceano in un ambiente più privato. Il complesso condominiale dispone di 2 enormi piscine riscaldate durante l'inverno.

Beautiful space that was ice cold in the middle of Texas summer! Very clean, comfortable beds, so close to everything. We came for a girls’ weekend with 6 of us and had an amazing time! Highly recommend!!!

Love this place. Have stayed at various units in this complex and all have been very nice. This one was no exception. The only thing I can fault it on is there were absolutely no hangers in the closet. Otherwise, I was very happy with the place.

South Padre never disappoints and this stay was no different. Everything was as stated, as planned, and in place. This was a very nice place to stay.

Overall it was a good trip although there a few things that could be better. When I arrived it was later in the early evening and office was closed. The door lock and lockbox both need replacing as it was quite difficult to open causing me to break a nail and needing help from a neighbor to get in. when we walked in it smelled like mildew. There is no exhaust fan in the restrooms and the smell could be caused from mold in the attic area. However as my child has allergies he almost immediately started sneezing. Thank goodness I was prepared with meds on hand. The place was clean. It had 2 restrooms and 2 bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen area in case of cooking. Well stocked closet with beach items available for use. Patio is off all the rooms which was a nice detail. Beach at the end of the parking lot was great and within walking distance. Sea turtle conservatory is right across the road from the buildings as well which is why we went to Padre Island so that was great. Did not like that it was the 2nd story. LoL. The pool was great. All in all it was nicely decorated. I think the only other downfall is that the mattress was harder and sheets rougher than I would have liked. We had a good time and stayed for 5 nights. We would stay here again in the future. Hopefully those things are fixed before

First of all when I walked into the rental it had not been cleaned. There were linens piled everywhere. Second of all, I was charged 200$ because some dishes were left (after I already loaded the dishwasher) and the floors werent clean (mostly sand from what I remember). And some "damage to the paint" which I didnt see when we left. I could tell this host was a little neurotic because I have stayed in these type of places before and never seen a lable where everything goes like "8 plates here" or "17 kniefs" or "everything has been video recorded". If you want to relax on your vacation and not worry about cleaning the floors before you leave, I suggest a hotel. I know I wont rent one of these again.

The Tiki condos were nice and peaceful. I would highly recommends staying there. My family enjoyed the place.

Kitchen was tight and beds were a bit firm. Other than that we loved the convenience of this condos location. We had dinner at Bar Louie, got a drink from Claytons, and the rest of our stay we laid by the beach and pool! This place had pretty much everything you needed. The distance to and from the beach wasn't bad either. We did enjoy our stay and rated 5 star for location, convenience, and cleanliness.

The unit had everything we needed to prepare meals, and plenty of toys and gear for young kids. Beds and furniture were comfortable, and the space is clean, updated, and well-decorated. The grounds at the Tiki are well maintained and safe with a good presence of staff, ground crew, and security. Everyone was so friendly! This was our family's second stay at "the mermaid beach house" and we will definitely be back next year!

Wonderful location! The room had everything we needed plus some. Easy to communicate with owner with fast responses. We couldnt get the dvd player to work in the living room to watch movies. Definitely recommend!

To me no better location on the island! Loved the restaurants/Bar choices steps from here. The bird sanctuary across the street was great. Condo was roomy and description spot on. The only time we got in the car was to horseback ride at the end of the Island, which I highly recommend. Owner was very responsive with questions and refunding since we decided not to bring our dogs. Will definetly book again!

The condo was everything it was advertised as. It worked well for us with four adults and two small children. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was great.
As a bonus there were some beach toys, pool noodles, and other amenities for the kiddos.
Everything worked well. The only small suggestion would be that we needed more paper goods and garbage bags.

Loved it. Everything was very comfortable..appliances in good working order..condo needs some repairs..sheet rock damaged in a couple of places. Need new box springs for beds. Very squeeky. Overall great time.

Overall very good. We did have them replace the air filter when we arrived. Staff was excellent very accommodating. The pool needs work. Not clean spots of black mold on the bottom and sides. Other than that excellent place 5 stars

I loved the location and the condo was nice, needs a little bit of up keep (holes where people have hit the wall with chair in living room and back bathroom had a towel hanger ripped from wall). Nothing that would keep us from going back. We did have an issue with the internet and being able to sign in on the Roku, it never worked. Owner said it was the condo community internet issue - called the front desk and they were not having issues. Also, the DVD needs to be replaced or taken off of the listing - it did not work either.

We walk into the condo and it’s dirty, no sheets, cushions all over the floor, furniture moved all over, trash left behind, appears it was left by previous renters. Tried calling the owner and spouse and no answer. Tried phone number on the reservation without success. We had to clean the condo ourselves. Very dissatisfied with the owners lack of communication and cleanliness of condo. We stay at Tiki every year and this is the first time this has happened, never will we stay at this condo ever again.

We loved it! Right next to the pool and an easy walk to the beach. Also, it’s right next to Clayton’s where they do the fireworks :)

it was great more than I was expecting beautiful decorations very clean and have everything need it in the kitchen. a few steps from the beach where we were able to watch the fireworks a few times at night. I Love it. My young Adults love it . Thank you

Wonderful Condo!
It was our first time going to South Padre and we Loved it!
This condo was great for our family of 5, it had a Beach theme and it was beautiful, it was cleaned, and it had a fully stacked kitchen.
Will definitely stay at this condo again.

Had a wonderful stay with my family! And fur babies! The condo was clean cool and comfortable. I just didn't know it was second floor. Its right across from the sea turtle rescue and bird sanctuary! I loved my visit and would like to return.

This place was a great place to stay. However, may I suggest you emphasize this is on the second floor. We were not able to open one of the lock boxes. The toilet paper was single ply. Instructions of where to leave the towels but not about the dishes in the dishwasher. But overall a nice, clean place to stay and relax.

Perfect location on the island
The Tiki Condos were perfect for us. We were worried about Spring Breakers, but the Tikis are pretty private. We like how we were further into the island, away from a lot of traffic and business. It was great!

Great Winter Getaway
We had a wonderful few days away from winter weather at home. We loved the easy access to the beach and the heated pools. The condo was well stocked with necessities and we would definitely return.

Gotta luv the Tiki!
The Tiki is our go to condo at SPI. This particular condo unit was very nice. I don't usually notice the decor but someone has done a fantastic job decorating every room. Only negative is as my wife and I get older the fourteen steps up to the second floor are getting higher and steeper. Love the Tiki - great swimming POOLS, over-the-top landscaping, and right on the beach.

Fun times!
My daughter and I had a fabulous time even though it was raining and a bit chilly. The condo was clean and fully loaded not to mention it is located in a great area. Loved walking down the beach and jumping into the heated swimming pools. Wish the condo had comfortable mattresses though. We did not get the best sleep.

We especially liked having the 2bathrooms. The owners were really responsive and friendly priced well Must say $30 for 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach seemed a bit excessive and they were dirty.

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay at the condo! Beds were very comfortable and everything was nice and clean. The tiki groundskeeper also does a great job of keeping it maintained! Wonderful family environment. We look forward to staying here again!

Perfect Beach location
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely little beach condo! It was well furnished, clean and very convenient to the beach access. Many of the condo residents went out of their way to say hello and share how much they enjoyed being apart of the complex. Would love to come back again soon!
