Gorgeous property! Loved the floor to ceiling windows. We rented bicycles and the central location was great!

We were told that we could park anywhere in the parking garage. For clarification, I asked if we could park in any of the spots that said "reserved" since we had a parking pass, and weren't paying daily for parking. I was told that we could. On the day that we were supposed to checkout, we couldn't find our car anywhere. Turns out that our car was towed away for improper parking. When I called the management company, they did get us our car back. They told us to take an Uber to the towing company where we would be able to pick it up. I was told that we would be reimbursed for the Uber. When we got there, I also noticed that we received a parking ticket. I have been trying to get paid back for the Uber and get this parking ticket taken care of for over a month, but it seems like the maangement company has forgotten about me. They don't text back or respond to emails. When I call, they ask me to send everything over again and say that someone will be in touch, but they never respond. I have waited with hopes that I could leave a review about how a terrible situation was turned around, but I am unable to do that. We are out almost $70 now for a parking ticket and Uber ride for something that wasn't even our fault. I also want to mention that I left a pair of Rayban sunglasses there. I have asked about those multiple times. Same situation. I am told that I will get a call back after they speak with housekeeping, but nobody follows up. Pretty sure I will never get that $300 pair of sunglasses back again. I also want to mention that they sell you on this resort style pool that you get access to. That pool is like 30 minutes away from Savannah and only open until like 5PM each day. Not convenient at all. I will probably never stay in a property owned by Southern Belle again.
