The cleanliness of the apartment and the staff members were very friendly

I think the pool wasn’t working.I would have loved to swim

Security met us at the gate and opened up for us. Nicolette was very helpful and friendly

you don't get a remote for the front gate, someone at reception must let you in and out and I get hat this is a safety and security feature, but it's only a brilliant idea, if the execution meets the idea and or information provided. Upon leaving, we had to wait for about 10 minutes, before I had to hoot, for someone to open the gate. The pool is under construction and not working and would be an added bonus feature considering the region and it's weather.

Like they say , don’t judge the book by its cover , the apartment was very beautifully I loved everything . It very close to the nearby activities , cable way , little parties and many more plus shopping malls

On the second day of our stay , We were told that the housekeeper only comes on Mondays , our room needed a change of towels and cleaning in the bedroom .thank god one of the security guards come to our rescue , we gave him keys n he immediately attended our apartment

The place is in private and quiet area

The shower is leaking water it splashes water everywhere in the bathroom.

The kitchen was nice, the bedroom was awesome. It's very stylish and breathtaking

There was no water to bathe, and it was not communicated. It was the worst 2 days of my life when I went to the office to enquire about it. They asked me how would I get water like it had to be supplied. And they gave me 5 liter bottle and not even a bowl to use to bath. Then I had to use the basin the whole water ran through even if I closed it. Then what choice did I have to do, cause clearly they didn't want to help. I use the wine bucket to bathe in it. 2 days, I went to request for the water, and the lady asked me, "There is no water. Why request the water if it was there? If there is a water issue. An urn with water in it will be nice,an extra bottle of cold water is needed, and a washing basin should be supplied to. And the noise I struggled to sleep and when the sleeps came and enjoying it, you will wear the noise from offices, not considering that they are guest sleeping. If they are changing shift or whatever they are doing, they need to be considered. Some of us were there to rest and have a piece of mind not to be inconvenient. Sheets were not clean, found some red dots on it, and when trying to look for a plug next to the headboards, there was an ant soil behind the pedestals. And the gate, it is right next to the main road, when you get out you can not see the coming traffic from the right,which is easy to get into the car and cause an accident

Central location Close to shops and eating places

We liked that it was central to the places we planned to see. It was such a cute little apartment. Very cozy, Super clean and romantic. We had security 24/7 of course and they were all so friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be staying here again

Parking space was a bit of an issue as it was hard to get out if there are other guests parked in
