This was my 2nd stay at the condo, I loved it so much I came back for a week with my college-aged daughter. The condo was exactly as I remembered. We took pilates classes each morning at IG: @bluespacearuba (studio conveniently located in the complex), Owner Gabby is a gem!! Enjoyed morning cold brews at Clover Coffee (2 min) walk, and spent most of our time across the way at Eagle Beach (it is a 6 min walk). We ventured out to the National Parks to see the caves on the other side of the island. 10-15m ride to High Rise and downtown (I'd avoid cruise ship days). All in all the perfect mother/daughter or couples getaway. Many thanks to our host, Danielle. Highly recommended. I will be back!

This was my third trip to Aruba and second to The Pearl. I picked the Pearl based on previous experience and the wonderful bar that used to be open for late night drinks. It wasn’t this time! Not only did it close at 10, but the new management sucked! I’ve never met a more RUDE human being on such a “Happy Island!” Because I had stayed there before and loved the previous management, I was curious as to what happened and where he had moved on to. Well, I guess inquiring about another person, who was wonderful at making customers feel welcome, was the wrong approach! So, I just spent my money elsewhere! As I sat at the pool and looked into his empty bar, I now understand why it was so empty! So for that reason, I didn’t give it a 5 star review. This guy, I believe his name is Erwin, maybe,,, should not be in contact with tourists at all!

I would recommend staying here 100% however I would suggest more towels and beach towels or letting the ppl staying know to bring at least some. We had a great time otherwise!

The Pearl is a very family friendly, quiet well-maintained property located in easy walking distance to the quiet end of beautiful Eagle Beach. Small, affordable, on-site bar and restaurant a real plus. Staff are terrific in all respects.

We had the best time in this place. The location was great!! Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The place was exceptional and very clean. Just the perfect spot for our vacation on the beautiful island of Aruba! Will definitely stay here again. The whole complex was very nice and clean! Danielle was very quick to respond to all my questions also!! Can’t wait to come back!

Had an amazing stay in this beautiful country and neighborhood. Great location close to everything, bodega, Pilates studio, restaurants and beaches. Some construction currently going on parts of street busy. Can’t hear anything from condo units so no interruptions to our vacation. Owner was generous and allowed us in unit before check in time. Definitely will be returning.

A huge thank you to our hosts Danielle and Maurice. Our check-in was seamless and contactless. 15m ride to and from airport. Centrally located to High Rise, Eagle Beach, Downtown, etc. Taxis are quick and reasonably priced. The condo is just perfect. We had all amenities, pool access, mini markets and Clover coffee within walking distance- Eagle Beach is a 5min walk. Clean-up and check out was easy breezy. Most of all, Aruba locals are divine… my new happy place. Highly recommend and will visit and stay again! Monique and Danny.

Clean and well equipped condo with easy self check in and check out. Danielle was always prompt in responding to e mails too. The Condo is about a 7 minute walk to Eagles Beach and I also loved the convenience of the mini market nearby. The Zucchini restaurant is right across the street with a delicious menu but you had better make reservations. All in all we were both happy with The Pearl Condo.
It was a safe place to stay with a swimming pool to cool off in and a nice little bar for a refreshing drinks and share stories with the other condo guests.

We just returned home from 1 week stay at this lovely condo. The condo was perfect for us and so well equipped. We loved the location and were able to walk to the amazing beaches, restaurants, and shopping within minutes. Danielle was so prompt on replies to any questions we had and very accommodating to allow us to check in early and check out later due to our travel connections. Would return in a heartbeat!

We loved Eagle beach! Condo pool and hot tub a plus! We did not rent a car and we were able to get around walking and on bus. Took a cab from airport. I heard you can arrange bus ahead of time but we did not. Everything was so clean and no issues with internet. We did not watch the TV. We hope to come back.

We really enjoyed ourselves during our stay. Communication was excellent with Danielle. It is a gated complex so we felt very safe. All the areas were kept clean. The staff were very helpful. The drinks at the cocktail lounge were amazing. I highly recommend staying at this place.

We stayed 12 nights. The condo was clean and adequate. No blender as stated. Bathroom drain was clogged and not repaired during out stay. The onsite staff was lovely. Pool very nice and long enough to swim laps - though most of the pool length was too deep - I’m 5’2” and couldn’t touch bottom so if you come with young kids they need swimmies or can only stay in the ends that have a few inches of water and meant for toddlers. Not enough lounge chairs. Convenient to walk to bus and beach. We didn’t have a car although we’d booked one for two days down the street - when we went to pick it up, they’d overbooked and didn’t have one. Didn’t miss it since we like to walk. We’d say the complex would be rated as 3 star if it were a hotel.

Great week at our rented condo. Danielle's communication was fantastic and very helpful accommodating our late checkout request, as we had a late pm flight. Condo was great. Just as advertised and just a few minutes walk to the glorious Eagle Beach. Excellent restaurants within walking distance, as well.

If you are considering travelling to Aruba you will not be disappointed if you book Danielle’s condo. Danielle was a great host and was so quick in communicating. The condo was clean when we checked in, the bedding, beds and furniture are all so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the location of the condo is very convenient. We walked to Eagle beach, the grocery store and took the bus into Oranjestad. During our two week stay we did not rent a car and did not miss having one. Having the chairs and cooler were such an added bonus. You’ll truly enjoy your stay if you book this condo, we will hopefully be back soon.

I cannot say enough about staying at the Pearl Condos Hotel. The host, Danielle, should be regarded as a “super host” because of excellent communication, a clean and inviting home and everything you needed to make it feel like home. My boyfriend and I were very comfortable and at ease. He is very particular, but he thought the condo was quiet, convenient and lovely. We would gladly stay any of their properties!

The condo worked well for us, it was 5 minutes from Eagle Beach, 20 minutes from a large grocery store and there were regular buses from nearby to other beach areas. When we arrived, there was a significant odour coming from the shower drain which resolved after a day or so with flushing with fresh water. However, not recommended for individuals sensitive to perfume. Although we removed the "air fresheners" (temporarily), it took several days for the residual aroma to dissipate.

My husband and I rented this property for 4 nights. It’s the perfect location, only a 5 minute walk (if that) to the beach. I ran every morning and it was 2 miles to palm beach (high rises) and 1 mile to the Divi (pretty much the end of the low rise hotels). So basically almost in the middle!
The condo had everything we needed. We were thankful for the beach chairs, towels and bags that were available for our use. We also grilled one night at the condo. We went to the local fish market and store for dinner- it was my husbands favorite meal!
Overall I highly recommend. Can’t wait to stay again!

This property suited our needs to the T. We planned on being out and about and seeing the island as much as possible, with the ability to come back and rest in comfort. It was very well-kept and very comfortable. The amenities offered were right on par with our expectations.
It is a short walk to Eagle Beach, which is one of the better beaches on the island. More importantly for us, it is centered right in between the busy areas of Oranjestad and Noord for shopping and eating.
When we do make it back to Aruba, we would not hesitate to use this property again

The checkin process was seamless, got to the Pearl Condos and walked right to the unit up the stairs. Combination lock was easy and we were in the unit. Inside, the unit had recently been cleaned and there were towels galore, an extra set of bedsheets, and everything we could possibly need for four days. The location is perfect as you are able to walk to the beach and you must stop by the Screaming Eagle restaurant for their cocktails and dessert on your way. It was the perfect complement to this unit. Overall, I loved the location, cleanliness, accessibility, and that there is a pool! Pool was fantastic and offered a well-deserved break in the evenings after being at the beach all day. Definitely worth looking into if you plan on visiting Aruba! Make sure you download the Aruba Health app, and get your COVID test done 3 days prior; you will also have to take one while in Aruba to return. The test center is about a 5 minute drive from the unit (arrive there at 0730 for a short line).

The suite we rented was satisfactory. The view out the window was unattractive. Field of cactus. The door to the deck could not be locked and so we had a chair propped up against the handle though that was more for my wife's concern since the door opened out to the deck.
No contact with the staff at all. In fact, when we checked in, the woman at the counter had no information other than what I brought with me. And as for distances - it is not a five minute walk to the beach unless you are a young and fast walker. And same with the grocery store which as advertised is a 20 minute walk. Perhaps as the crow flies but not using the roads or paths available to us and I certainly was not going to walk though the field of cacti and bramble.

Nice condo in a really great location. 5-10 minute walk to beach. This is a small complex with pool and secure parking. Condo is on 2nd floor. No elevator but not a problem unless someone in party is handicapped. Eagle beach is quiet compared to palm beach. You have a view of ocean from back of property but not from balcony.
We had a few minor issues but Danielle was very responsive and was able to give us appropriate solutions.

We booked this condo so we could extend our yearly Week 6 timeshare stay. This was our first VRBO experience. I hope that every owner is just like Danielle - responsible, communicative, and responsive. Check-in time was 4 PM, but Danielle told us we could leave our bags off in the office until the room was ready. We went to do that at 2:30, and the room was ready. Ready and Immaculate! Kitchen was well stocked with tableware and small appliances. Beach chairs and towels available for use. Separate air conditioning units in living room and bedroom. Comfortable king-size bed, nice bathroom (no tub, in case you are looking for one), plenty of towels. The only issue (very minor) was the TVs: although we have a Netflix account, we really are not used to "app-based" televisions, so finding live shows and stuff to watch was a challenge for us. The beautiful Eagle Beach is just 0.2 miles down the road. It would have been an easy walk for us, but we chose to take the car because we were bringing chairs, beach bag, etc. (4 stars on location as it is not directly on the beach). The pool and pool areas are well maintained and VERY clean. Small market and restaurant/bar right on property, but we didn't take advantage. All in all, a really good and very affordable way for us to extend our stay.

This condo is in a great location near Eagle Beach. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was nicely equipped, the pool was very nice, and the area was safe. It was an easy walk to the beach and we particularly appreciated the 2 beach chairs which we used to sit under the beautiful trees for some shade on all of the beaches we visited. We walked to quite a few nice restaurants in the area. From the beginning, Danielle was very responsive to any of our questions and during our stay we had a very minor maintenance issue, but one message to her and she had it corrected within a few hours. We highly recommend this condo to anyone interested in a wonderful visit to the happy island of Aruba!
