The oceanfront view, the proximity accessibility to major shopping malls. The courtyard and car parking allocation for each apartment was excellent. Finally the security management at the gate was professionally provided
I personally had no complain.

The view is heavenly. The compound snd pool very clean. Pleasant people around
Quality of items in appartment i stayed W8. The kitchen utensils aren't enough and of very low quality. Struggled quite a bit with the kitchen especially since i chose to cook some meals for the family. The master bedroom mattress simply worn out and uncomfortable. The curtain in the living room has fallen on one side

Loved everything about Almasi. This is my second time staying with Komal, a very responsive host and everything worked as advertised. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend the same to anyone!

Spacious apartment with on-sweets and a extra washroom. Large kitchen and big rooms. Throughout it was well equipped and well thought of. The AC and hot water was good.
The shopping centre is close by. We really enjoyed our stay here.
The care taker was very helpful.
Pool near the beach was away from the buildings. We likes that.

The secure location, nice pool, quietness and the proximity to the beach was great.
The hosts were welcoming and good with communication. Fred, the caretaker was very courteous.
The house needs serious deep cleaning.
Entire bedding is due for replacement. Mattresses weren't comfy.

Liked the location - an interesting old building with fabulous views of the beach. A highlight was the most amazing caretaker called Fred who helped us so much. Thank you Fred.
Oldness and tiredness of the apartment. Took forever for the hot water to come through in the shower that was very ready for renewal. The whole place is ready for renovation.

Hot water takes ages to warm up. The oven does not work. The pool was under maintenance so we weren’t able to use it. This was on of the reasons we booked. Quite disappointed

Wonderful large swimming pool. Steps down to the beach - incredible close access.
Fred, the caretaker was great. He looked after us very well.

This property is right by the ocean but to access the beach,you have to walk further down like 10mins away. It has an amazing view and nice pool even though they need to replace the tiles in the pool because they have rough edges. The owner was very accommodating and price is reasonable.l didn't like that the caretaker called a day prior to departure to remind us we needed to checkout the next morning at 9am even though he had told us checkout is at 10am so we ended up checking out the night before. The house is beautiful but they need some deep cleaning done. The mirrors in the bathroom were stained up the water flowing from the faucet was dirty brown like rusty.

It was really spacious, beautiful interiors and definitely very secure.It has the most beautiful view from your balconies..Also,the facilities are very modern and gorgeous.I will definitely come back over and over again..
