Very nice property, very clean and well stocked. Even during the super bowl weekend, we were able to get Ubers within 10 minutes. The backyard would be great if the weather was warmer. Very satisfied.

We got into a car accident with our rental car (not our fault) and Doug went above and beyond and picked up my family and took them to the house while I got a new rental car which took hours. I have never had a host go above and beyond like that. My kids loved to pool and hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Doug!

We wanted a place off the strip, this was perfect. the house is close enough to enjoy what Vegas has to offer but still give you some quite time.

Stayed here with 4 friends to attend a concert and relax for a few days. The home was very clean, looked just like the photos and had everything you need for a trip. We really appreciated the extra towels and supplies that were easily found on display in a hall closet. Having nice pool towels and a few pool floats was a nice touch. There were a ton of spices and extra food staples available in the pantry. Not needing to clean the home prior to leaving was such a nice touch. Doug the owner was very nice and helpful. I would definitely rent this property again.

My friends and I had an amazing time! There was plenty of space for 5 guests, with room to spare. The entire property was very clean and organized. We took advantage of the pool and cabana area a lot during our stay; very beautiful and well-maintained. There are plenty of amenities to make the stay very comfortable, with a nice kitchen, smart TV, and grill available to use. The property was close to various grocery stores, the Las Vegas Strip, and the airport: very centrally located for our travel needs. Doug kept excellent communication before and during our stay, and was always easy to reach if needed; he's an outstanding host. 10/10 recommendation for this location, and would love to stay here again sometime.

We really enjoyed our stay! This house was gorgeous, clean and well organized. There were alarm on the doors to alert us when our kids when out which was a nice touch. Super easy to turn off if need be. The pool was beautiful and the sand volleyball court was such a nice touch. Plenty of seating outside if you want to hang in the gazebo and just enjoy without getting in the pool. The house is super close to everything you may need, even some really cool restaurants if you want to eat off the strip. Our host was very accommodating and really nice. We will definitely be back!! Highly recommend if you want an amazing experience and fun memories!

Our stay @ Doug 's was prefect the house is in a nice quiet area. You really didn"t need anything but food and drinks. Doug equipped the house with everything as if you never left your home. My sisters and I spent most of our time in the pool!

One of the best stay experiences I’ve ever had. Doug gave us a friendly welcome along with a great tour of the place. Had all the amenities and more that we wanted. Will definitely be staying again if back in Vegas!

The house was perfect for our family get away. The home was clean, very spacious, and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you would need. My daughter spent almost everyday/evening in the pool. Only few minutes driving distance to stores, restaurants, Fremont St, and Vegas strip. Doug was very easy to communicate with and easy to get ahold of. He was an excellent host. My kids and I wanted to stay the rest of our trip their but my brother and mom wanted continue on to see the Grand Canyon. Thanks so much for a wonderful trip.

My family and I had an amazing time while in Vegas, and this home was one of the main reasons for that! Doug is a gracious host, and the house was perfect! It was so clean, the layout of the house is wonderful, and every amenity you could think of is provided. If you are lucky enough to get the type of weather we did, the outdoor area, pool, and hot tub are fantastic. The location is truly perfect- close to the airport, the strip, and Fremont Street. We are very grateful and will definitely be returning! :)

Great place to stay if you want to explore Las Vegas and surrounding areas. It was nice to stay outside of the strip but still have easy access to downtown. We were easily able to drive to Red Rock Canyon State Park and surrounding areas. Lots of nice vegan friendly restaurants in the area as well. The place is perfect for families, very spacious with a great backyard with a pool, hot tub and sitting area. There’s also a grill and fire pit. The owner is very accessible and does everything to make the your stay comfortable. There was a lot of thought put into the little amenities in the rental. Plenty of condiments, coffee towels, toiletries, laundry detergent, etc. There’s even a large filtered water dispenser. My husband and I jogged around the neighborhood and nearby park in the early mornings and felt safe. We had a great overall experience staying here!

I don't know if I have the words to express how easy and comfortable our stay was at Casa de Baygo with Doug. First of all, he is such a nice person and very attentive! He wanted to meet us at check-in and say goodbye at check-out. Unfortunately, our flight schedules were not conducive to this, but we met him on day #2 and instantly felt at ease with his presence...he lives next door to the property! Our teenage kids had a GREAT time playing volleyball, lounging in the spa, and swimming in the pool. Our beds and pillows were very comfortable and the house is stocked with EVERYTHING one could possibly need or want to feel at home. The house is well appointed, clean, and in a central location but not too close to the strip, so we were able to recharge after busy days on hikes, exploring the city, and generally having family fun in Las Vegas. Thank you for your hospitality, Doug! We will recommend your house to anyone traveling to the area and will definitely be back for a ladies only trip next year!

The house was everything that the description said. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking anything. The back yard was so fun. We loved the different spaces for gathering. The beds were comfortable. We plan to go back. We loved the location and Doug was very helpful.

This home was great! We had everything we could possibly need in the home for our stay and the place was clean and welcoming when we got there. The beds were so comfortable and our kids really enjoyed the spa and playing volleyball. Doug was a really wonderful host and it is obvious he takes great pride and care of his home. Would absolutely book with him again if we are back in the area.

This was the perfect house for a long weekend with friends that didn’t want to stay ON the strip. Getting to the strip was easy and having our own space to hang was amazing. The house had everything to keep us entertained as well as a beautiful backyard. Doug was an amazing host who was above and beyond what we could have asked for. We had an amazing time. The house met all of our needs and then some. The backyard was a real hit with the kids. Location was easy to get to but away from the main crowded and traffic areas. Many places for enjoyment near by. We will definitely return to this lovely home. The orange turf was a bonus! Thank you for making our stay so special.

The property was extremely clean and spacious for the 6 of us traveling. It was quick to feel like home while we stayed. Having the owner as our neighbor was extremely convenient! When the filtered water jug was empty, Doug was quick to refill, when we had some complications with the pool temperature, Doug was quick to come by and take care of it. His hospitality made our stay very special. The house is equip with your cooking essentials (pots/pans, plates, and silverware) which made it easy for us to save money by eating at the house. We chose to have our groceries delivered from Walmart as we did not have a rental car and that worked out very well for us. All 6 of us enjoyed our stay here and would stay again without a doubt.

This was a last minute planned summer vacation with the whole family before my teens goes off to college. And whoa, were we glad we booked Doug’s Casa de Baygo!!! We were dreading the hot weather in August in Vegas, but after seeing this oasis backyard…fuhgeddaboudit!!! This was a perfect family retreat….with kids and dogs!!! We were just drawn to this backyard everyday…starting with our morning coffee, swimming day and night, and wow a volleyball court!!! A huge plus for us since we play the sport. It definitely made this house stand out from the other places we looked at. And of course, I have to mention the property owner, Doug. He was so accommodating and approachable. He just thought about everything what guests may need…very well equipped from amenities, kitchenware, toiletries, etc. (and a Flat iron! Haha…that’s a first for us in Vrbo…even my daughter had to mention it to me coz we brought our own). After a week from coming back from this trip, we’re still reminiscing about this place. The location was prime…close enough to the Strip for my in-laws, restaurants for my foodie teens and a spacious backyard for my dogs. Everyone’s content and happy!!! We would love to come back to Casa de Baygo and we highly recommend staying here…

Fantastic location and property for a “brotherly retreat”. We had a great time taking in the pool, volleyball court, gazebo, poker table and the overall enjoyment of this house.

This house was great. Bigger than we thought it would be. Nice size pool and had a sand volleyball court. Doug was quick to answer any questions I had for him while we were there. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was as described. The property had plenty of towels and supplies for our trip. The outdoor space was fantastic for relaxing in the evenings and the kids took full advantage of the pool. We highly recommend.

My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed spending time at villa Baygo. The backyard is truly as oasis. We loved sunning & playing in the backyard pool on the floats & inflatable balls that are provided. FYI - at least half of the pool is deep if that’s a concern for anyone. Not an issue for us. There’s a pretty fire pit & a volleyball court as well. Also cornhole boards. We didn’t use any of them as it was hot. — the plants around the pool & front yard were so pretty. The owner says they’ll be scorched in a few weeks. That’s too bad. — The kitchen was well stocked - we cooked all of our breakfasts & we used the provided grill one day for lunch. — The master bedroom is really big. There’s even 2 beds in it. The other 2 bedrooms are smaller. We all slept great there. The bathroom towels were noticeably soft. :) — we had no problem driving around town. Very close to downtown Vegas. About 20 minutes to New York New York on the strip. — Doug the owner is such a nice guy. So accommodating & communicative. A joy to work with. I have a theme I’ve been using lately & it would apply here as well. The home was very nice, not luxurious. We had a great time here & would consider staying again when back in Vegas. Enjoy.
