We had a family vacation in Okoboji and this cabin was a great asset. The cabin was very clean and comfortable for a family of 10. There were plenty of sleeping options. We all enjoyed the pool out our back door after our day’s adventures. Definitely would recommend this cabin and the hostess was very willing to make everything right for us.

Great location with the Bridges Bay water park within short walking distance. Pool right in the back yard. We had 7 adults and 7 kids with plenty of room for everyone. Cabin was clean and had everything in it we needed. A great place to stay if spending time in the Arnolds Park area.

This was a great experience! Really nice home, good beds plenty of blankets. New and updated and very clean. The host was also very helpful!

The Cabin was very clean and well furnished to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The host Andrea was very easy to communicate with and even allowed us to arrive early so we could maximize our water park time. We had four Children with ages 2-13 and all of them enjoyed the cabin as well. If we ever get that way again I will definitely try to book with her!

8 adults and 2 kids stayed one night. It was so clean and nice! Andrea was super easy to communicate with, quick to respond and allowed us to check in early since there wasn't anyone booked the day before us. We visited out of season but the house is right next to the pool. We would love to come again when we have more time to spend and the weather is warmer. We were very rushed getting out the door the day we left but the check out instructions were pretty basic and clear cut. Thanks Andrea and family for the accommodations!

Would recommend. The front door was very difficult to lock. Instructions said to put laundry in baskets, but no baskets were found. Enjoyed the corn hole game in the garage. We had a great time!

We had a great stay and particularly enjoyed the proximity to the pool out back! We had 4 and 6 year old boys in our group so the outdoor space to run around was great, too.

We had an awesome time! Space was clean and great location. At one point the owner heard there might be an issue with getting passes to the waterpark so she checked in with me to make sure everything was working. And it was! We will definitely be back.

5 adults, 4 kids. Loved the bunk beds. All kids slept in there. Grandma had downstairs bedroom and shared her bath.
Kitchen was easy to navigate. Played out in back.
Loved the big washer and dryer. Nice long garage.

Property manager was fantastic. There were a few hiccups and she immediately took care of them. I’ve been in the cleaning business for 20 years and then organizer. So my only complaint would be laundry left in the dryer, dishes left in dishwasher and cupboards have no rhyme or reason to them. My suggestion like other places we stayed would label the cabinets. Everything would be stuffed in one cupboard and others would be empty. But the location was fantastic. The pool right out your back yard was very handy. Getting to and from Arnold’s Park, Boji Splash, PuttPutt was a breeze. It was a clean neighborhood and the place was a good set up. Kuddos to the property manager for responding immediately.

I stayed there with my two kids, mother, and sister-in-law. There was plenty of room for us all and it was nice to have space to play games together and make breakfast in the nice kitchen with the super fancy coffee maker.

We loved how convenient it was to the waterparks, zipline and everything! Extra bonus was having swimming pool right in our backyard!! House very nice and clean too.

Cabin was clean and close to main attractions. Cabin was stocked with all the essentials and was very clean:) We appreciated the communication about the disposal not working prior to our arrival; it was nice to have a heads up before we would have discovered the issue. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in Boji and really enjoyed this condo! Pool right in the back yard, very cozy/clean home, and the owners were awesome to work with! We already booked our stay for 2023!

Very nice cabin! Andrea let us know she was available for any needs however we did not have any. The house was perfect! Many amenities came with this house! We will definitely stay again!

Pools closed for repair. Indoor water slide closed mid afternoon due to staff shortage. Property great otherwise.

End of Summer Vacation
The property was clean and very nice. The in-ground pool directly behind the property, one of the reasons we picked this property, had no water in it. The Wifi was not available and some of our guests were unable to use their electronic devices for the duration of our stay.
