Der Host ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit- ich bin schon viel gereist aber er ist echt eine Klasse für sich! Er besorgte uns Taxi und gab uns. Noch seine Nummer, falls wir Hilfe bräuchten, während unseres Aufenthalts in koh Chang.

Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating. We arrived quite late in the evening from Bangkok. The building renovation is excellent. The room was simple, but spotlessly clean with everything needed for a good right of rest. The old downtown area of Trat maintains its original character and is easily walkable.

Not a criticism - just a note. The parking is in a separate building about 20 metres away. No big deal.

Our stay at Rimklong Boutique was everything we could have asked for and more. Mr Tuu made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived and took the time to explain the best places to see and eat in Trat. We followed his recommendations and had a fantastic day eating our way around Trat. The room was clean and stylish and the bed extremely comfortable, we had a great night's sleep. Mr Tuu took the time to make us a lovely breakfast of toast and fruit, and the coffee in particular was delicious. We look forward to staying with Mr Tuu again in the future! Thank you!

Thailand is known as the land of smiles and Rimklong Boutique embodies this ethos. The owner is so kind that it felt like staying with a friend. His hospitality was overwhelming, even buying us warm corn cobs from the market as a treat when we returned in the evening. The room itself was well-appointed, secure and boutique. I would whole-heartedly recommend staying here - a cool and delightful oasis in the heart of Trat.

We were on our way to Koh Kood, this was the perfect place to stay! Tuu was very friendly, hotel was super clean, very nicely designed, centrally located and beautiful. If you are in Trat, you should stay here! Bonus was the Saturday night market on the street outside when we arrived, amazing surprise!

The owner is brilliant. He is proud of Trat and the location immediately around the hotel that has real charm. His recommendations for lunch and dinner were brilliant, and he organised our onward transfer to the Koh Kood. Nothing was too much trouble. Add to that large clean and comfortable rooms with aircon and the result is just great.

I was there at very short notice after an accident on one of the islands led to a trip to the hospital and an overnight in Trat. The owner, Tuu, was super helpful - he went on a shopping trip to get me some supplies, arranged for food that evening, supplied me with excellent coffee (not always easy to find!), and was on hand to help if necessary. The room itself was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and quiet. Great location - near to the market area, as well as the canal - and there's a nice, friendly atmosphere.

Difficult to get to places without higher prices

Mr Tuu was just the kindest person. He arranged for his friend to take me to the medical clinic as I had just been in hospital in Cambodia. He gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants. The hotel is really comfortable and clean. I don't think in all our years of travelling we have met such a friendly hotel owner. Can't recommend this place enough.

Everything was perfect. The room was confortable, clean and very cosy. The manager was very helpful and nice. They serve french breakfast with brioche toast and excellent coffee at their coffee shop. The whole place is very charming. We enjoyed very much our stay. We recommend 100%.

There wasn't anything not to like

one of the best places we have stayed - beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel on a lovely sleepy, quiet little street but easy walking distance to night market and places to eat. super friendly and helpful owner who gave us a map, helped us find vegetarian food, and organised our transport to the pier to go to ko kood. highly recommend staying here - we wish we had stayed a few extra nights
