1. the staff is amazing. They will go to extraordinary lengths to make sure your stay is amazing; smiles all day long. Especially the trainees are incredibly hospitable. 2. The location itself is amazing, the palm trees, comfortable beach, amazing pool and the gardens are top notch with a dedicated team of only 2 gardeners that keep it looking in top shape. 3. The breakfast is incredible. Amazing selection of breads, fruits, eggs etc etc 4. Location is great. Lots of shops and restaurants at walking distance nearby.

1. The property needs a serious repair update. All the woodwork (Rooftops, Balconies) needs changing and the boardwalk panels outside and near the pool/beach are mostly loose and dangerous to walk on. Most areas need new paint and wall repairs as well; but with only 2 people working in maintenance this is understandable… 2. Rooms inside are nice, but a lot of repairs needed. aircon did not work properly, the keycard reader to our room did not work a lot of times, the balcony doors could not close properly and the tv was not working. 3. When in a foreign country I understand a lot of people won’t speak English, and that’s fine. However, the managers at this resort speak broken English and it’s very hard to communicate the most basic things, asking to change rooms to a different floor is possible one day, but the next day it’s not. Extending our stay for a few days was somehow very difficult and had to explained several times over; when paying this much at a resort you’d expect these things to be done easily.

Beautiful red lanterns welcomed us at arrival and staff was so good at making us feel welcomed. Our room was so spacious with a great bath tub and a marble tiled shower. The bed was a proper king size, sleep was perfect with a good AC and zero outside noise. The room had all the amenities one could need, even a cot for the little one was already there. Breakfast was good with staff everywhere, making sure all was going well. The hotel has a spectacular pool, one of those that are hard to forget. Hotel is located on the beach that seems to be neglected and could be amazing. The palm trees are already there but the sand is not swept clean and the beach chairs are the only attempt at using this amazing space. There are several restaurants right next to the hotel entrance. We went to the Italian place and the dinner was so good. In all, a beautiful night and a day on Koh Chang.

The place was just stunning, fish all around you as you walked. The place was kept to a top quality everywhere. The pool was massive and a short and I mean short ( 20 mtrs ) to the beach with amazing views

SPA has been closed; the fitness equipment was not maintained and not all of these have been operational; breakfast every day the same

We stayed three nights here at the end of July 2022. We were very happy with the room provided. I didn't want a pool facing room because I wasn't sure how disruptive it may be at night. We had a corner room so there was plenty of light in the daytime and the balcony was most welcome. The hotel pool was immense and Thai sunsets didn't disappoint. There was a good choice of Thai and foreign food available from the bar and the selection at breakfast would also suite both local and foreign guests.

I have nothing negative at all to report. I'd return to this property for sure!

We have stayed here before. The hotel is stunning and pool area is great. The staff were great in particular the reception staff - they were so helpful.

Everything was as it should be for a hotel of this standard

The zero flexibility in policy around date change we had a vehicle breakdown missed the last ferry, rang reception “yes of course no problem” 22 years in thailand I knew better, get to reception next day “you must pay” The joints half empty but still no assistance around this issue that was totally out of our control.

Very nice hotel with all the amenities. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Breakfasts were the best!

Room could be cleaner. Dust in the corners. Here and there need maintenance touch ups. But understandably it was covid times.

Walk in Beach,alot of activities,closer to shopping

The room was very large with a super comfortable bed. The shower was hot and had great pressure. The room was always cleaned spotlessly with fresh towels. The breakfast was excellent with many options and new choices each day! Providing beach towels and a beach basket was a lovely touch! We also loved that kayaks were available for use and we enjoyed going to nearby islands by kayak.

The room we stayed in had a strong musty odor and over the time it improved, so was possibly from not being used recently.

The hotel is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in , the staff couldn’t do enough for you and the beach is right on your doorstep..

Staffs was very nice and helpful, place is quite good for relax, the have garden in front of the beach which so good for sitting and relaxing, room was clean and really comfortable
