Troverete che questo appartamento con una camera da letto con divano letto è ben arredato, e ideale per una coppia con un paio di bambini. Sei così vicino alla spiaggia, ci vogliono meno di cinque minuti per arrivare dalla tua unità. Puoi vedere l'acqua dal lanai. La gente dice che se hai freddo, salta in acqua! Questo condominio si trova sul lato sottovento dell'isola, il che significa che avrete quasi 365 giorni di sole meraviglioso e potrete ammirare gli spettacolari tramonti Maui direttamente dal condominio o dalla spiaggia. L'unità dispone di sedie a sdraio, ombrellone e altre chicche da spiaggia! (Porta la tua crema solare)!

Proprio di fronte alla spiaggia (Kam II) si accede alle bellissime spiagge Kam I e Kam III. Li chiamano "parchi sulla spiaggia" perché c'è un piccolo parco davanti alla spiaggia (con i servizi igienici) dove è possibile fare il barbecue e ammirare i tramonti.
Sono venuto a Maui e mi sono innamorato. Ho trovato questo condominio, e ho dovuto averlo per affittarlo a un prezzo ragionevole (per condividere l'Aloha), e quando è disponibile, lo metto a disposizione di amici e parenti. Questa isola è a volte indicata come "l'isola magica". Quando arrivi qui, vedrai perché! Ti do il benvenuto nella mia "casa lontano da casa"! Vieni e goditi la bella vita in paradiso! AVVERTIMENTO! Potresti non voler andare via! Sono andato a Maui in vacanza, e ho soggiornato per 11 anni, e ritorno ogni anno!

Great place to stay, we didn’t want to leave. Best thing of all was that you get sun on the lanai from about 745am till about 6pm, absolutely Lovely! Can see the beach from the lanai, walk to the mini mall on one side, Fred’s Mexican Restaurant on the other side. Most Excellent location and everything went smooth for checking in and out, hope we get to stay here again!😎☀️😎

This place is a good value for the price. The bed is comfortable and the space is great. The big drawback for me was the heat. The AC unit is not adequate to cool the space. Opening the windows works best but then hear other guests more. Had I been traveling with my wife this would have been a nightmare. As it was, I saved enough money staying here to get a great massage at the Four Seasons.

Communication in the app was quick and responsive. Great little condo, cozy feeling with all the extra little touches. Check-in was actually a little early, which was great since we came in on an early flight from the west coast. Location was amazing, my preferred area of Kihei, across the street from the beach. Would definitely book here again.

Had a wonderful stay, communication was spot on. First trip in a long time with my mom who has mobility issues so this rental was awesome as it’s on the ground floor next-door is Fred’s Mexican restaurant which is amazing right across the street from Kam 2 beach, which is a beautiful beach, and a great place to watch the sunset! Will definitely rent again!

Location was incredible! Right next to anything you could want... shops and restaurants and right across the street from the beach. The condo unit is in the first building closest to the street but noise was never an issue. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, and there's a crosswalk right next to the entrance to the complex.
No issues with checking in, parking or literally anything else. Jamie responded quickly to questions and there wasn't a big long list of chores to complete prior to leaving like some other rentals we've had. We were only asking to take out garbage and wash the dishes which we would've done anyways.
I've already recommended this rental to friends and family and would 100% stay here again!

Well-equipped condo in a convenient location to restaurants, beaches and services. Appreciated the beach supplies! We did cook two nights and found the basics of what we needed in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again if back in this part of Hawaii!

The rental was perfectley located, with a 2 minute walk to a wonderful white sand beach. Numerous restaurants & grocery stores within walking distance. The actual unit was very spacious & well maintained. We had all we needed in the unit & I would highly recomend this rental. The owner was very responsive to any requests we had.

This condo was across the street from the beach, where we watched many sunsets. The bed was comfortable and the condo provided everything we needed for a stay by the beach. It was a great location, within walking distance of a few restaurants as well. The condo itself was quite basic, and the decor was a little dated, but when in Maui how much time do you spend in your accommodation anyway? Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo!

This unit was in a perfect location, so close to the beach, great restaurants and shops. The unit was clean and owner was responsive and allowed for an early check in on the day we arrived. We did not require use of the sofa bed but the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The A/C was very nice as it was quite hot while we were there. We also really enjoyed the pool at this complex, quite large, lots of poolside chairs and shade areas if required. Thank you so much for our stay in your lovely condo!

On a budget, great place to stay!! Affordable and great location! They had everything you needed, especially for the beach! There is a beach literally across the street from the condo and it’s a great location. We didn’t really swim at any other beach while we were there. Kihei is a great spot to stay. Property manager was great as well as there was a staff member that I had several conversations with and he was awesome too!

Ground floor unit in a clean, quiet and well-kept complex just across the street from Kam II in the heart of Kihei. Great pool and other facilities. Dining is literally next door as are retail shops and a general store. Unit was exactly as described; we were even able to check in early. Great communication from the host. We will be back for sure!

Amazing location
Easy check in, about 20 steps to ocean. All food and stores are walkable. I stayed here for 10 days cooked meals for about 5 of those days. Very quiet at night. Condo has AC which was very nice (we were not use to the humidity) the host was amazing she even replaced the pull out couch while we were there. When I visit Maui again I will try and stay here again. Also the condo has a pool and soda machine (1.50,cheapest in town) and coin operated laundry which was very helpful.

Centrally located
We had plans for adventure and this place made it easy to see all that Maui has to offer. Centrally located we were able to go on day trips and get back to shower and sleep for the next days adventure. Restaurants are in walking distance as is the beach and the amazing sunsets.

Great condo
We loved our stay! The condo had everything we needed. The beach across the street is perfect for watching the sunset and after a day at the beach we loved being able to return to our home base for some pool time when we got tired of being sandy. The one thing I’ll mention is that the A/C didn’t really cool the condo down. Maybe it’s just too big of a space for the unit. Other than that it was perfect

It is very, very close to the beach. Also a range of great food options are near by. The unit itself is comfortably furnished. Standout items include a memory form bed (nice!) and a very large TV. Most places we stay at do not have blenders. We loved that this one did. The only real issue is the AC wall unit cools the main room well but not the bedroom, though the fans help. I thought it was a really good value for Maui. We would happily stay there again.

Instant beach access!
Loved staying here! Perfect location, beach is 30 seconds away. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Bed was comfy & kitchen was well stocked. Loved having the smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, perfect for chilling out at the end of a day. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and coolers to use. The AC unit in the living room cools down the entire place, plus there’s ceiling fans and some floor fans to use if you need it. Since you’re on the first floor, it’s really easy to park and roll your luggage right in, which was a plus. Jamie was quick to respond to all communication as well. Thanks for the stay, and thanks for being so accommodating with the late check out on the last day, really appreciate it!

My son missed his junior prom, senior prom, is going to not have a senior trip or graduation so we decided with the cheap flights to take a trip to Maui. The location of the condo was perfect. I would get up every morning, go to either McDonalds for a local breakfast-it's only 2 miles away (who knew that an 18 year old boy would fall in love with spam and taro pies??) or walk to the cinnamon roll store next door for some of the best homemade pastries that you can imagine. I would drop son's food back off at the condo and walk over to the beach to eat my breakfast. The view is amazing and the beach is not crowded. From "home base" everything was so close. We went whale watching and to Laihina or Paia or just hung out on the beach (a lot is still closed due to COVID) during the day and then back to the condo for some take out on the lanai for dinner. There are tons of restaurants close by that have wonderful food, so we would grab dinner and then head back and enjoy a nice dinner together. I can't imagine a more perfect location. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. Just show up with reef-safe sunscreen, trunks, and bikinis and you are good to go. I can't imagine this vacation going any better (unless there was no COVID, masks, and more things were open) but for relaxation and seeing this beautiful island this trip was spot on!! My son and I had a blast and I am hoping to go back as soon as this stupid pandemic is over. Both Drew and Jamie were very responsive and helpful with our concerns throughout the booking process since there were so many unknowns due to all the changes going on due to COVID. But we are so happy we booked this condo and we had a fabulous trip!! Thank you Drew for sharing your lovely home with us!!
