This was a great property for my group of 12 adults. It’s an easy walk into town or a quick trolley ride if you don’t want to walk. Would highly recommend.

We had 10 girls in our group and honestly this was the perfect place. Plenty of space between the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Beds were all super comfortable which is not always the case. Beautiful home and great walking accessibility to downtown!! Highly recommend.

Great destination! perfect walking distance to main street, no matter the time of day!
the walls are thin, so if you're a light sleeper don't sleep downstairs. other than that, it was great. Jeff, the property manager, is awesome! super accommodating and always reachable.

This property was large and close to downtown - a huge plus. However, it was DIRTY! Bathrooms (yes, plural) had mold growing on the tile floor. In addition, place was infested with large black bugs - we literally killed 10-20 EACH DAY. Dishes in the cupboard still had food on them. Cleaning company should be fired - what are we paying for? Finally, ran out of paper towels and garbage bags for trash receptacles. I cannot recommend this place unless cleanliness doesn't bother you.

Amazing property
So close to everything you want to do!!!
The property easily accommodated our annual ski week and nightly cooking events. The property manager helped with every detail and was available during the week to support our every need. Five bedrooms came in handy with our expanding family and newlywed adult children. A perfect spot!

Wonderful stay!!
We had a large group visit right before Christmas, and I can’t enough great things about our stay. Very responsive and attentive property manager (thank you for everything, Jeff!), well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and very helpful info for local resources. Would definitely stay here again

Ski weekend for family
Overall this location was really good and easy to get into town. We walked into town to get our skis and get to the lifts - easy walk downhill into town. Some of us took an uber back to the house after a day of skiing but it was really cheap (easier than walking!). House comfortably sleeps 11 adults in beds as the bunk room with trundle would be very tight for adults (probably fine for younger kids). Had a good time and would come back! Thanks for a great ski weekend.

Perfect home for family ski trip!
Great location at the top of Main Street. Easy walk to the trolley to ski either Park City or Deer Valley and to walk into town for dinner. The home is very comfortable with plenty of room, comfortable beds and storage for ski gear. Kitchen had everything we needed and was great for entertaining guests. We will be back!

Old exterior surprises the wonderful internal renovation.
Excellent condition. All as advertised.
Space for one car in garage and one in Driveway. But no place for a third car.

Great Location
Easy walk to shopping and dinner. Very comfortable and clean. A few minor maintenance items needed attention. Rental agent is very responsive.

Gorgeous Place at the top of Main Street!
This was a lovely experience. The Chalet is very large with high ceilings with room for our large group. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the center of all the action on Main Street but we were nice and tucked away on a quiet dead-end street. All the bedding was fresh and new, the appliances were all brand new as well.
The deck overlooks the top of Main Street and beautiful Daly Canyon.
Washers and dryers were very nice and updated as well as all the amenities I would give this 5 stars.

Great place: roomy, close to everything, remodeled. Clean, well equipped and cozy.
This is a very Charming property at the top of Main Street. You can walk to everything but you are tucked away on a beautiful Dead End Street that leads up to the lifts at Deer Valley. The place is well furnished with plenty of room to spread out. Large living area, three floors and lots of beds for our full party. There is Great place walking distance to Main Street.. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location with efficient use of space.
This house was very well equipped from the well organized mud room at the entrance to cozy knock on the third floor. All kitchen appliances were up to date with plenty of accoutrements to feed 11. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms sparkling clean. We had a blast but could have used more space in the living room/ dining room area. It was small when filling 5 bedrooms. It's sparsely furnished so it doesn't seem cluttered. Jeff, the property manager was most attentive to every need and a great source of information on the area.

Worked well for us!
The condo was clean and worked well for our group of 12. Close to shops on Main Street. The top floor bedroom was difficult to cool off as the windows don't open very far. Other than that, this is a great place.

Really well Taken Care Of
This home was wonderful! I've been renting in Park City and Deer Valley for over 30 years as well as other ski areas and this is probably my favorite rental.
Home is in great condition, beautiful hardwood floors, great appliances and comfortable beds! The house was very accommodating for two couples and their seven 20-29 year old children. Really smart design with a large area with cubbies and hooks for ski jackets, gloves, etc.
We walked downtown and back for dinner several nights and didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot.
I own two VRBO resort properties so I was interested in how the rental process would go. Emails were answered quickly and the home was actually better than pictured. Really great place!!!!

Great House and Location
This is a very well located house at the top of Main Street. We had a group of ten with a mix of couples and single folks and the layout of the house worked well. Comfortable, clean and warm house with plenty of room and a nice layout with beds/baths on three different levels which allowed for some privacy. Jeff was easy to work with coordinating the visit and and our stay was issue free. Highly recommended!

Great house; great location!
The house is really well located near Main Street. It offers a quick walk to many restaurants, bars, and shops. There is also easy access to nice nature walks and hikes. The house itself is beautiful and contains all of the amenities needed. I will use this rental again.

Ski house
Convienent can walk to park city. Good for big family or more than 1 family. Recently renovated still has some bugs to work through faucettes are on backwards in bathroom. No heat one night New Years eve which was not fixed immediately, fixed in am. Clean ..beds very comfortable. Air very dry. Heat variable from room to room.

Great Location and Comfy Place
We have stayed in several VRBO properties on different ski trips. This place matched the description and was perfect for our group of 7. There were 4 bathrooms and plenty of hot water for the showers. The place was clean, comfortable and warm. There are plenty of dishes, pans, and they even provide little soaps in case people forgot. Everyone had a spot at the table for meals and room to socialize in the family room. The lower level has a second small kitchen, so with a big group you have 2 refrigerators if you need it. There was parking space for our 2 cars.
But the best feature was the location. It was perfect. The house is located just up the hill from main street. It was a quick walk down to all the shops, restaurants and bars. We didn't have to worry about driving at night and folks go come and go as they pleased. For those tired after a day of skiing it was an easy ride back on the free trolley.
We walked down to main street at least once a day. Recommend No Name saloon and skiing as much as you can.
Last the rental guy, was great to work with. He had good/helpful recommendation, was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. We cannot wait to come back!

Excellent Visit this past fall
We loved the visit to this house on Daly Ave. Access to the Canyon above provided fantastic hikes and mountain biking. Fantastic family room with outdoor deck gave our family some gathering and dinner memories. Thank you for our summer memories

We have visited this property twice and enjoyed it. Comfortable space, great for entertaining, all the necessities, walking distance to shops, restaurants and ski lifts.

Wonderful vacation rental!
I am not usually one to write online reviews but this place deserves it. We have now stayed at this vacation rental the last couple times we visited Park City and loved it. It was clean and had everything we needed. We have stayed here with both family and friends without feeling crowded. We also love the location. It is wonderful to be able to walk to restaurants, shopping and a chair lift.

Stayed here several times and it is great
We have stayed in VRBO listed properties in several US states and Costa Rica and Portugal. This one is excellent and has more going for it than the description indicates. The lower level has a small kitchen too, so with a big group you can be semi-independent or cook on two stoves for a banquet. There are plenty of dishes, pans, etc. Everything is clean and it all works. The location was perfect for us. We like to walk to dinner for the exercise and in case we have a few drinks. If you go up the road away from town there is good snowshoeing and cross country skiing without a long trip. And some of the historic Park City mine buildings are up there. By the way, I think it is interesting that Park City is one of the few mining areas turned skiing area where the mining company was involved in the transition.
