La Telluride Townhouse è un condominio di tre piani splendidamente ristrutturato, con un ponte soleggiato e vista sulle montagne. Siamo a 3 minuti a piedi da Telluride Ski Resort "Coonskin" Chairlift 7, a pochi passi dal San Miguel River Trail e dalla fermata della metropolitana gratuita, a 6 minuti a piedi dalla Mountain Village Gondola gratuita, drogheria e negozi e ristoranti del centro ea 10 minuti A piedi dal parco cittadino.
Abbiamo completato la nostra ristrutturazione nel giugno 2016 e progettato attentamente il nostro spazio per essere moderno, leggero, pulito e confortevole.
La Suite Master occupa il livello più alto ed è aperta al secondo piano sottostante. Dispone di un comodo letto matrimoniale, di un ampio armadio e di un bagno privato con doccia personalizzata. La camera da letto a pianta aperta ha soffitti alti, un lucernario e una vista sulle montagne dalla finestra.
Il ponte, la sala da pranzo, il soggiorno, il bar e la cucina occupano il secondo livello e dispongono anche di un layout di piano aperto. La cucina è stata progettata con grande attenzione ai dettagli: elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, gas range, cappa aspirante potente, grande frigorifero, controsoffitti in quarzo e abbondanza di stoccaggio.
Una zona caffè e bar con frigorifero da bevande, lavandino, macchina per il caffè e bollitore elettrico è separata dalla cucina e mantiene il flusso di traffico lontano dalla cottura. La sala da pranzo può ospitare fino a 6 ospiti al tavolo e 4 più esterni sul ponte.
La zona giorno dispone di un confortevole divano a quattro posti da 96 pollici e di 43 "Smart TV Roku-enabled, con accesso a canali di streaming gratuiti e pagati tra cui centinaia di film commerciali e spettacoli televisivi su Hulu e Netflix. Non abbiamo canali sportivi dal vivo. Sono inclusi internet e accesso WiFi. Il nostro soleggiato ponte a sud si estende su questo livello ed è un ottimo posto per rilassarsi, bere, condividere un pasto o approfittare delle splendide viste sulla montagna e sulle piste da sci.

The property location is perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, hiking trails and the free gondola to Mountain Village. The property was very clean and well stocked with everything that a family would need. The owners were great, and the reservation and check-in process was well organized. We would strongly recommend the property to others.

Great place, loved the location right next to the river path. There was an issue when we arrived and the hosts were quick to rectify the situation and were overly generous in making things right. Knowing what amazing hosts they are, I would definitely book again if we’re ever back in Telluride. Thank you so much for everything!

This was our second stay here- we love this place! It’s in a prime location, walking distance to everything in town. The property is very clean and well-equipped (hair dryer, clothes drying rack laundry detergent, humidifier, fans, etc.— everything you could need). Beds are extremely comfortable. Hosts are great with communication. Can’t wait to be back next summer!

Loved your condo and its location. It was hard to find the correct building, numbers on front would have been helpful. We were also a little disappointed that we could not readily recycle materials. Perhaps a recycle dispenser next to Plunge trash? Otherwise it was great! Thank you!

We loved our Telluride stay. Staying in this townhouse allowed us to walk to EVERYTHING! Shops, restaurants, grocery store, ski lift, gondola...we never had to get in our car! Convenient, super clean & comfy!

This townhouse is in a perfect location in an amazing ski resort. Nicole and Leslie are wonderful hosts, and their property was very comfortable and fully equipped for all our needs (ski rack, boot heaters, comfortable rooms and beds, complete kitchen). I would love to stay here again.

The condo is well appointed and located in a convenient area of Telluride - very walkable. The layout is perfect to provide privacy for two couples (upstairs and downstairs) and has a main kitchen and living area for spending time together (middle level). Beds and bedding are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you might need. If you have any mobility issues, there are 2 sets of stairs along with entry stairs. Owners are very accessible and timely on answers to questions both though the VRBO site and on the cell phone. We enjoyed the condo and felt at home!

Leslie and Nicole’s condo was not only wonderfully furnished, in a quiet area, with 1 parking spot included, and within a few minutes walk of downtown, it was also outfitted with everything and more than we needed to really enjoy our stay. Their attention to detail made it clear that they love their home and value the renters who they share it with. Would absolutely come again.

Perfect floor plan for 2 couples. Excellent kitchen and appliances. Clean and updated bathrooms. Issues: blinds don't work correctly. Crank out windows don't work with window fans. Deck doors need screens.

The property is exactly as shown in the pictures— very clean, well maintained and best location in Telluride. The bedroom had extremely comfortable beds. Everything is newly remodeled and in good condition. The kitchen is top of the line appliances and has everything needed. Hosts were great with communication and responded very quickly. Highly recommend this property, we will be back!

My husband and I had the best time staying here...everything about it was perfect!! The views are so much better in person from the deck/table!! The location is amazing too, just a short walk to pretty much everything. The townhouse was clean and beautiful too. Nicole and Leslie were always quick to reply and super helpful. We will be back for sure - we loved every minute of our stay!!

Our stay was wonderful. The property had everything we needed. Our hosts truly thought of everything. The location was great as well, we had a chair lift (lift 7) right across the street from us. Super convenient. We could easily walk to all the Telluride bars and restaurants and to the gondola if we wanted to go to mountain village. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect condo for two couples with bedrooms up & down separated by the main floor. Great location for skiing just across the street from Lift 7. Within walking distance of everything in town. Grocery & liquor stores just a block away. Very comfortable, with every amenity we needed. Large kitchen with everything we needed to cook. Know that this is a townhouse with 3 floors & steps. We are ready to rebook!

My friend and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. Easy access to the mountain, just minutes walking distance to lift 7, or hop on the The Galloping Goose bus for a short ride to the free gondola or lift 8. From this place you are within easy walking distance to many nice restaurants and shopping in town.
We found the owners to be amazing, whatever question we would ask was answered promptly, they are truly good people. We consider ourselves lucky to have been able to stay at this place.

This condo is very cozy. The kitchen is newly renovated and well appointed. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are nice as well. The location is great - a block from lift 7 and only four blocks from the Gondola. The instructions for accessing the unit, parking, getting to the grocery store, town, etc were very clear. The owner was kind enough to leave a stash of coffee, tea and sugar. It is a great ski condo and I will gladly stay again if I am able to ski again in Telluride.

We stayed Leslie’s and Nicole’s fabulous property Dec 25th thru Jan 30th and we could not have picked a more perfect townhouse for a family of skiers and one non-skier.. Minutes away from everything you need- walk to gondola, restaurants, food market, wine shop, and shopping. This three level townhouse smartly utilizes every square inch with modern and thoughtful accommodations. The multi -level layout provides a great combo of privacy and together spaces . We absolutely loved Telluride and our stay. We look forward to our next visit!

This condo was very nice. The location is worth the money to stay here as it is very close to lift #7. The walk to the lift is only about 30 or 40 yards. There were only two of us staying so there was plenty of room. The view is fantastic from the breakfast table. If I had to comment on any downside, it would be the number of stairs since this is a three-story place. Just make sure you have no problems with climbing stairs if looking for a place to stay in Telluride. The communication with the management was excellent. You will enjoy your stay!

We had a wonderful long weekend staying in this condo. The kitchen is well equipped, the layout is great and very comfortable for a family of four. It was wonderful being able to pull into town, park our car, and walk everywhere! We would definitely recommend this place to friends. Our group of two couples truly enjoyed our stay at Leslie & Nicole's townhome. The devor is very stylish and the home was immaculately clean. The layout worked great for our group and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The central location and amenties rounded out our very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

The owners, Leslie and Nicole, are very responsive and a pleasure to work with. They were also very helpful with things to do in Telluride and restaurant recommendations. We loved the kitchen, bar area and the 3rd floor suite. We also loved the view from the deck - especially the few minutes every night when the alpenglow showed up. Everything you need is walking distance. We were there a week and the only time we used the car was a day trip to Ouray.

Location is fabulous and you can walk to everything. Townhouse is cleverly designed and well furnished. It’s amazing how the space is maximized! Gondola, grocery stores, wine store are all right down the street. We hiked the river trail, bear falls, and other trails. We also took advantage of the disc golf course in the Village Market area. We come to Colorado every summer but this was our first time in Telluride, we will definitely be back. Our new go to Colorado town!

Conveniently located condo
We were in town for a family wedding. The location to the galloping goose was a huge help. Also several of our family were staying near restaurants and bars. With windows open it was loud for them. The condo exactly as described

Wonderful Stay and Perfect Location
Leslie and Nicole were wonderful to communicate with and responded immediately to all our questions. We reserved this condo last summer (July 2021) for our week stay in Telluride in July 2022. The location was perfect and the view from the patio was unbelievable. It felt like we were in Switzerland!!!!! We were walking distance to town, hikes, restaurants, river trail, and gondola. Having reserved parking in the back of the condo was golden as parking in Telluride is very difficult. We never drove our car the entire week! The condo was very quiet as it was on a one-way street and traffic was limited.
The condo was spotless and equipped with everything we needed.
The Bear Creek trail and Jud Wiebe trail were challenging but worth it. Make sure you take bug spray as both trails were full of mosquitoes and flies.
Telluride is a beautiful town that is full of great views, shopping, hiking, fishing, restaurants and staying at Leslie and Nicole's condo made it a perfect week!

The downtown condo is a great place to stay. The owners have added the extra touches in bedding, kitchen supplies, coffee bar, etc., to make the renters feel at home.

Great location in a beautiful updated unit
Great location close to town and a grocery store and hiking trails. Very clean and beautifully updated unit. Quiet even tho it’s close to the action. No air conditioning but we didn’t need it and the owner gave us tips on ways to cool the place naturally in the summer. It’s a vertical unit so many stairs from top to bottom but we welcomed the “steps” as exercise. All in a great place. Owners were very organized with answers to any questions you might have in advance or while there. Everything is also marked discreetly in the unit so you know how to work things. Great place.

The Perfect Ski-In/Ski-Out!
My husband and I stayed over St. Patrick’s Day weekend and we’re so amazed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of this property! It is much larger in person than the photos make it appear. Also, it is literally a walk across the street to get onto the Coonskin lift. So easy! The kitchen was well-equipped with quality appliances and cookware. All the dinnerware was spotless. The boot warmers and indoor ski racks were an absolute bonus! The walk to the downtown shops were minutes away. What a gem of a property! Thank you for a terrific stay in Telluride!
