We absolutely loved our stay at Buffalo Ridge. The property was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. During our stay, we were able to enjoy Zion, Bryce, and Peek-a-Boo slot Canyon. Our boys liked swimming in the pool at Ponderosa Resort in the evenings after our hikes. It was also very relaxing to sit out on the deck at night and look at the stars.

Our family of 5 spent a week here as a home base to explore Zion and Bryce national parks. The location was perfect and the house is wonderful! Everything is clean and comfortable and set up with everything you need for a home away from home. We enjoyed being able to come back and relax and cook dinner and soak in the hot tub! We appreciated the tips and info from the property owner for some great hikes in the area, places to eat and get groceries, etc! 5 stars all the way around!

House was beautiful, very clean and located in a quiet area. We could see Mule deer, jack rabbits and wild turkeys from our porch. Star gazing was spectacular.

The check-in process was a breeze, thanks to the efficient and friendly host who ensured a seamless experience from start to finish. His warm hospitality made us feel instantly at home, and his local tips and recommendations enhanced our exploration of the surrounding area.
We spent our days soaking in the breathtaking mountain scenery from the deck and exploring the nearby trails, while evenings were spent cozied up by the fireplace or relaxing in the hot tub. We highly recommend this property and can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience!

Very clean and well stocked home. 3 beds and 3 full baths to match - perfect. Kitchen was large and had everything you needed and more. Laundry machine and dryer were great. Beautiful sunrise and deck. Great hot tub. Would stay at again. Perfect home to return to after hiking.

We picked this spot as it was close to the Zion entrance and short trip to Bryce. Well appointed home with comfortable furnishings and comfy beds. Great notes from John on restaurants , trails , etc. the hot tub was a bonus for us after a day of hiking trails. The drive down through Zion to the visor center was amazing.

Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings. The home is located in a quiet community, super close to Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort and the east entrance to Zion National Park. The owner was very responsive from the moment we booked our reservation to our check-out. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home.

We loved driving though the park each day to explore Zion, but it’s about 30-40 mins so you have to plan for that. We thought we would want to go back to town for dinner but we didn’t end up doing that. The house is clean and has everything you could need. The owner was helpful and super responsive.

The house was amazing! Everything was just as described. John was super communicative and went the extra mile to make our stay great! The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed being on the east side of Zion and away from the crowds and lines into the park from Springdale. It was also a great location to get to Bryce Canyon and Kanab easily. We loved relaxing in the hot tub every evening! The activities for the kids at Zion Ponderosa were great too! The kids (9-17) spent a lot of time there at the pool, playing basketball/sand volleyball/ping pong/mini golf. There were even more things there that we didn't have time to check out. We'd definitely stay at this property again if we're in the area.

This beautiful home had everything we needed for our week-long trip around Zion, Bryce, and Horseshoe Bend. Hot tub was super clean and very relaxing after a long day of adventure. John was super responsive - fantastic host! Would highly recommend this home!

Perfect for our family of five adults. Plenty of space for everyone. We really loved watching the deer in the back of property. It was nice to stay on the East side of Zion because it was easier access to Bryce Canyon and an ATV tour we were taking in Kanab.

Great place to launch your Zion ion adventures from. The associated resort is great for kids as well with the minigolf and pool-water slide. Would definitely come back.

My family of 4 and I had one of our best trips ever in this home. The home itself is beautiful and comfortable, and great proximity to Zion and Kanab. We stayed for a week and happily would have stayed longer. The view of the stars at the house and it’s surrounding area were spectacular. John was a responsive and great host.

We loved our time here and felt completely at home throughout our stay. This home is well stocked with all of the essentials. The hot tub was ready to go upon our arrival and stayed at the perfect temperature during our visit. Everything was clean and very organized. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The property was perfect for 2 families to enjoy the beautiful area. It was well equipped, the only thing we wished for was plastic ware for kids, but that was very minor! We highly enjoyed it!
*be sure to check out location, we didn’t realize we’d be driving through the Zion NP from Vegas and back and forth to get to Springdale. It wasn’t a problem, we actually enjoyed it, but it takes time with lines into the park and the roads

We LOVED the cabin rental! It was quiet, peaceful, and the stars on the deck were more beautiful than we have ever seen. The house had everything we needed to cook and was stocked well with all supplies. Loved how close it was to the park! My in-laws rent vacations homes several times a year and they said by far this was the best one they have ever rented. We didn’t want to leave and would love to come back! We would rate this experience a 10/10!

Perfect location for a southern Utah trip. The house was really clean and well stocked. We really appreciated that the owner included access to the pool at Zion Ponderosa Ranch. It made all the difference for my kids.

Great cabin to end our adventure of Utah's mighty parks! Great layout, great views, great location. We enjoyed the hot tub each evening (unfortunately, it was cloudy so no star gazing), appreciated pulling into the garage upon arrival (it was raining). We dodged the closures and got to hike The Narrows, and although I was expecting huge crowds for the shuttle, I was pleasantly surprised at our minimal wait times at the end of July. The kids used the pool and went mini golfing at Zion Ponderosa Ranch. We enjoyed our ATV ride and tour of Kanab immensely. Great communication with the host!! One item to note: the MBath is a little small, but still manageable. We would definitely return!!

This property was very nice clean quiet and everything worked well very close to Zion national park only 10 minutes away also reasonable drives to Bryce an hour and 10 minutes Grand Canyon 2 hours would definitely stay at this property again John the owner is easy to get a hold of and will respond back to any questions or texts in the same day or within a couple hours enjoyed this property very much

Our family of five just finished our first trip to the Zion area, and this house and location were perfect and really added to the pleasure of our trip. The house is clean, comfortable, and spacious. We loved the deck for viewing the sunsets and rainbows and nighttime stargazing. John is a fabulous host—very responsive and helpful with questions. He really goes out of his way to ensure your stay is perfect. Can’t recommend this home enough!!!

I can't praise this vacation rental enough. Everything was perfect. Family of five, all adults, were very comfortable. Place was spacious and clean. Loved hanging out on the deck. We frequently used the well stocked kitchen and cooked out on the grill. John the owner was very helpful. He responded quickly to my questions and gave clear instructions to the house and information about the area. Would highly recommend staying at this house.
