We had a great time at cabin. Very clean. Owner very responsive. Highly recommend. Cabin accommodated our family of 15 well 4 families. Everyone had enough room to spread out. Weather was perfect. Loved the fire pit outside and teenagers loved the basement games and hot tub. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils for all. Highly recommend.

House is nice and beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and there is an extra refrigerator in the basement. The house does not have A/C so the afternoons were hot inside. We did find/kill numerous mice in the basement. Hot water heater isn't big enough for 10+ people which surprised us since it sleeps 20. We also had to go to town for toilet paper and paper towels. Did not supply enough for a week. Overall good experience. 45 minutes from West Yellowstone entrance which was great.

We enjoyed our stay so much. There were 15 of us ranging in age from 11 to 75 and we had plenty of room. The cabin was nice appointed and we liked being in the woods. There is a mama moose and her calf that hangs out in the neighborhood and we loved seeing them several times.

We took a family vacation with 15 people to include 4 teenagers. The cabin was very clean very spacious and had everything we needed to have a great time. The kitchen was very large and had all the cooking items we needed. We especially liked the two table top griddle‘s and We used them The foosball table, and the arcade game where a big hit with not only the teenagers but the adults as well. We loved the hot tub and we had a great time every night sitting in front of the outdoor fire pit. We saw lots of wildlife to include a baby moose and it’s mother. I must say Melanie was very attentive to our needs or request. There were a small issue at the cabin and Melanie took care of it immediately. This is an amazing cabin, great location, with a great owner. We highly recommend them if you are going to stay in that area.

everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay is in this cabin. plenty of room for everyone to spread out. lots of snow!

Our family enjoyed the cabin and its surroundings.

We (17 of us) have stayed in a lot of rental properties for vacations. The property itself was remote and cabin was nice. However the cleanliness of it was sub par, decks/furniture were covered in pollen dust, furniture not positioned, inside not vacuumed (food under table), sewer flies in all the bathrooms, hot water was limited (cold showers for half our group) for amount of people the house sleeps, landscaping could be more welcoming, and add needs to be updated that a new construction cabin is right next door.

Clean, hospitable, our host provided us all the necessities. Very accommodating.

We really like the house and its location. The house is lovely and well supplied. There are plenty of rooms for a big group.

This is the third time we have rented this cabin and have enjoyed it every time. Loved being out away from others but it did take a while to drive to our adventures in island park. The cabin met all of our needs and we had room for everyone.

Every looked and worked as advertised. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen appliances. The beds were comfortable and clean. I loved being far away from noisy neighbors. Very spacious.

Property as described and worked well for our extended family. We were concerned because of flooding in Yellowstone; however, we were able to complete many of the activities we planned.

WE love it and would return. My only suggestion would be to do a deep cleaning regularly. We found all kinds of food and items in the couch cushions and under the furniture. Overall the property was perfect for our large family!!!

Very close to Yellowstone.(5 day pass, gas cheaper there), Good kitchen supplies. Comfy beds. Nice shower/tub/jacuzzi. Plenty Soft towels.

Loved the location and the privacy

This is a nice place, nestled in the woods about 15 minutes from Hwy 20. The price was my major issue, I was expecting premium lodging. Instead we just made do much like other cabins we have rented in the past for half the price. Cheap lighting and cheesy interior, no parking, no hot water and a long drive to the highway. A nice house but not worth the price.

Terrific location to use as base camp for Idaho, Montana and Yellowstone Fly Fishing trip.

Lovely property! Beautiful location!

I am so happy I reserved this cabin for my large family get-away. We spent 7 nights there, and with the 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it worked out great. The owner, Melanie, was wonderful to work with me; I communicated with her a couple of times before I placed the reservation, and she was so willing to work with me. It was as advertised; with plenty of room for my large group, and we were happy to have two fridges for all our food, and the grand kids loved the hot tub and game room. We were there in the middle of July, and the outside temperature was hot, but there are some fans in the closets, and we brought some fans too, for use at night. With 6 families, we used every bit of counter space in the kitchen, but it worked. I had to call the property manager once when we discovered a very small leak in a downstairs bathroom, and she couldn't have been nicer. She also gave me the code to a supply closet so we could get more TP and towels, etc. There are extra blankets and pillows in the closets, and board games, and a first aid kit, and a large flash light, a vacuum, and things like that that are nice to have on hand. One night, there was a big thunder storm that took out power in the entire area, but within a couple of hours, the power returned. We kinda felt like pioneers for a couple of hours, haha. It takes about1/2 hour to get to Yellowstone from the cabin, which wan't a big deal. If I were pressed to name a negative, it would be that the family members on the main floor, and the downstairs area, could hear the occuppents on the floor above them walk around, but I am told that is normal in a multi-story house. Water pressure was great, and the bathrooms are nice. The wrap-around porch was so nice to sit on during the evenings, and we used the firepit once or twice. My family had the best time, and we all enjoyed the amenities of this wonderful cabin. I highly recommend it.

My family of 24 stayed comfortable in this beautiful cabin located in the Island Park area for 4 nights. It was clean and had most of everything we needed (except laundry detergent & paper towels). Good variety for cooking pots/pans/dishes/utensils which made it nice to cook for a large group. The area around the cabin was nice, we saw 2 buck deer and a beautiful owl right from our window. It was a little further to drive into Yellowstone National Park than I had hoped but we made it work and enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a wonderful time in this lovely cabin it was perfect for all of our needs. We were able to see a Momma moose and twin babies right outside of the cabin. This will be a vacation we will all remember and would love to come back to.

Plenty of room for our group. All amenities worked. Would have liked an extra bathroom on the upper level. Quiet area that made you feel like you were alone in the middle of the Forest.

From Arizona to never before Idaho, had to go on luck of where I was. Close to Yellowstone, this place was clean, spacious enough for all of us, weather perfect in June, pleasant surprise of mama and baby moose literally in the front yard for last two mornings we were there to visit us. Only negative was hot water didn't last for showers we needed, lots of cold or missing showers. Other than that I would not have had a downside.

This house was perfect for our group. Plenty of room. Well stocked. The area around the house was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay.
