Little Townhouse ist ein großzügiges Appartement. Es ist alles da, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Wenn man den Dreh raus hat, ist auch der große Sonnenschirm schnell auf- und zugemacht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt.

Das Parken kann schwierig werden, da es für nicht Anwohner nur wenige Parkplätze gibt, die tw. auch von Anwohnern genutzt werden. Das Parken auf M-markierten Plätzen (Moradores - Nur für Anwohner), kann dann schon mal 60€ kosten. Auch wenn es eine Nebenstraße im Wohngebiet ist, ist immer was los.

The kitchen is well equipped, and we really loved to have the little scullery to clean out painting brushes. The view from the roof terrasse is great and we could watch the fireworks at the harbour. Easy walk to the center of town.

Nothing to report, it was all great.

schlechte Parksituation, da viele Parkplätze für Anwohner reserviert sind. Wir hatten aber meist Glück in der näheren Umgebung was zu finden.

The property was very clean and comfortable with the added bonus of two nice outdoor seating areas. It was located in a quiet residential area of Funchal. It was just a ten minute walk into the old town where there were plenty of restaurants and a couple of mini-supermarkets. I used public transport and there was an efficient bus service. Communication with the hosts both before and during my stay was excellent and they also arranged private airport transfers for me at a reasonable price.

The property is on a steep hill!

A lakás fantasztikus és nagyon jó helyen van. A két hálószoba és a fürdőszobák is tökéletesek. A konyha különösen, de az egész lakás kivételesen jól felszerelt. A nagyszoba a terasszal és a felső terasz a kilátással élvezetessé teszi a reggeleket és az estéket. A házigazda mindenben segít, transzfer, autókölcsönzés stb. nem probléma. A kulcsok átvétele és visszaadása tökéletesen rugalmas, segítőkész és alkalmazkodó. Mindenkinek ajánlani tudom. The apartment is fantastic and very well located. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. The kitchen particularly, but the whole apartment is exceptionally well-equipped. The main room with the terrace and the upper terrace with its view make mornings and evenings enjoyable. The host will help with everything, transfers, car hire etc. are no problem. Pick up and return of keys is flexible, cooperative, and convenient. I would recommend it to everyone.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Man merkt der Ausstattung an, dass alles perfekt geplant und umgesetzt wurde. Wir haben noch nie in so einem tollen Haus unseren Urlaub verbracht. Auch die Kommunikation mit den netten Vermietern verlief bestens. Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Little Townhouse Funchal is perfectly located, very close to the Old Town - about 10 to 15 minutes walk. The owners are very nice and helpful - perfect communication. The house was very clean, cosy, well equipped, with air conditioning. The patio on the ground floor was just perfect for chilling in the evenings after our trips round Madeira Island. And the rooftop terrace with amazing view over the ocean and the city of Funchal - super nice :) Staying in the Little Townhouse for over the week was a great pleasure :) I would recommend it for everybody who's looking for a peacefull, pleasant location.

Sometimes it was difficult to find a parking spot near the house. I thought that there'll be a parking place on the property - it appeared to be the common parking for all the neighbours with some places reserved for the locals.

Exactly as in the pictures & more! Super nice hosts, conveniently located just 10min from the city center. Clean, spacious, rooftop terrace with BBQ (even charcoal was provided) and view over Funchal- see the cruise ships coming and going from a safe distance 😉, quiet local neighborhood
