The place was alright for someone whom is always out and about! It was spacious and the bed was somewhat comfortable for one but for 2 I wonder because the bed is supported by two wooden planks underneath..that if moved at all...they fall and they have to put them back in place. Be sure to bring ear plugs because neighbors can be a little noisy late evenings. The walls seems to be paper thin. The cutlery is thin metal and bend easily. The big pros is the area which has everything! The shower always has hot water. The air conditioner works wonders and you have a floor fan and a ceiling fan. I never turned on the TV so I could not say for the cable! Is an alright place for a short stay!

I do have allergies and suffered due to lots of dust that is generated somehow (we kept brooming and mopping, but dust was still in the air) The A/C didn't cool down much and I believe let out more dust particles (making me sicker). Overall, the property is cute, safe and quaint. I recommend the property if you do not suffer of asthma and/or allergies. Located in Posto 6, just 2 blocks from the Calsadao/beach and the doormen/porteiros are all sweet. The host was very attentive and quickly responded any time I called for help.

L'APPARTEMENT A UN EXCELLENT EMPLACEMENT.

I really enjoyed my stay here, Gerrard is a nice guy. The apartment is so close to Copacabana beach, and the beautiful Ipanema beach is only a 5-minute walk away too! There are bars and local shops very near, aswell as a couple of gyms. The location is perfect!

El departamento es muy cómodo, todo está perfectamente acomodado y limpio. Tenés a disponibilidad todas las herramientas, tanto en la cocina, el baño, como en general (lamparitas, pilas, etc.). Nunca nos faltó nada, nos arreglamos con todo lo que estaba en la casa! Es positivo que la vista sea abierta, es interna pero los edificios están alejados a una distancia de una cuadra, por lo tanto, sentís privacidad. Entra por la ventana una preciosa brisa, y si la luz te molesta, podés usar las persianas corredizas. La ubicación es excelente, en el Copacabana, lindando con Ipanema. Abajo hay varios lugares útiles: kiosco 24 hs, restaurante, negocio de zucos, farmacia, supermercado a una cuadra. Así que no te puede faltar nunca nada!! Estás a una cuadra y media de la playa y a una de las dos avenidas principales, además de estar a 4 cuadras de la Estacion Gral. Ossorio del Metro. El edificio cuenta con vigilancia las 24 horas. El personal es muy atento y educado. Tiene 4 ascensores!! Todo funciona perfectamente. Nos quedamos encantados con el depto y con su dueñp. Gerard es una persona amorosa y muy confiable. Siempre contesta todas las comunicaciones y responda cualquier duda que tengas. Recomiendo rotundamente iniciar contacto con Gerard para alquilar y tener una excelente extadía en esta maravillosa ciudad. Gracias, Gerard!!!!! Esperamos volver. Romina y Facundo, de Buenos Aires.

Gerard was a very responsive host.The apartment was very close to the beach, buses, subway, and there is always a taxi parked outside. The unit was a little smaller than expected and the kitchen very tiny. The size may be normal for the area. Probably better suited for 2-3 people. We had 4 and it was a little tight. Everything we needed was within a block or two including markets and restaurants.
