Very clean and updated. Easy to find and right down the street from the heart of downtown.

The home was so cute and comfortable. Our family all agreed that we will no longer be going to a hotel if we can get something like this. We plan to come back to Chattanooga in the future and hope to stay here again.

We stayed at this property for the weekend of our daughter's graduation from UTC. It was a great location. Very convenient to UTC and all of downtown. The home was comfortable and spacious for our party. The kitchen was well appointed. Parking was easy. The covered back porch was a nice and cozy place to hang out. We would stay here again.

Nice house on MLK. Coming from out of town and I didn’t know how busy this road was. Not a big deal , just a little noisy at night. House was clean and comfortable. Good locale, enjoyed proximity to brewery. 5 minute drive to aquarium, children’s museum, etc. Overall enjoyed our stay

We loved the house - it has a lot of charm and is so comfortable. It accommodated our family and grandkids. We had plenty of room to spread out, play games, have alone time and sleep! The beds were comfy, the closet space was huge. The outside balcony and porch were great. The kitchen had everything we needed - even a crock pot! Internet was great as one of us had to work remotely.
It is located in the city so there is road noise, emergency vehicles and people walking by but it was not overwhelming.
We were there just after Christmas and there was a Christmas tree, which the grandkids loved. We were there over New Years so fireworks were to be expected.
Parking on the street is plentiful and there is one space in the back. Most attractions have to be driven to but you can walk to a few things if desired.
The property manager is very responsive - we had a leak situation and she came really quickly to take care of the repair. She was pleasant and agreeable throughout all of our transactions.
We would totally stay here again!

Clean and comfortable for a family of four and much better than having to find a hotel suite or two hotel rooms. The house was a bit dated (bathrooms, linens on bed) but it was clean and comfortable and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We had such a wonderful time this weekend as we celebrated our sons graduation from UTC. This property and their owners are amazing. Very close to campus. Owners were so great to work with and the home is beautiful! We will definitely use this property again.

The house itself was great, with clean and comfortable beds, bedding, and linens. We weren’t expecting the street to be so loud-it was loud enough that my 3 year old was scared of the traffic sounds. There are sound machines in the front bedrooms that could go quite loud, so for heavier sleepers I don’t believe it would be an issue. The back bedroom was quiet!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The home was located close to everything. Lots of places within walking distance. Some areas seem they may not be the best at night but other than that great area. Easy parking. A few items in the house were either broken or needing to be fixed/replaced. But nothing that damped our stay! Would stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.

We stayed at the property to attend a local high school graduation. It was pretty much as described, four beds in three bedrooms, 2.5 bath, kitchen, living, dining area. Air conditioning worked great, especially warm this weekend. Great location for our needs, close to the school and there were a number of good restaurants within a 5 minute drive.
Overall, the cleanliness of the unit could have been better. There were numerous throw pillows in almost every room that looked like they had seen better days. Living room couch looked dirty and was stained. 'Master bedroom' looked dreary. There was a discarded, soiled baseball cap in the chair of this bedroom. On the plus side, there were plenty of clean towels for our stay.
The kitchen pantry needed to be sorted. It had an opened 10lb sack of pancake mix (yes, I said 10 pounds) and four (4) opened pancake syrup bottles, all about 1/2 full. It might be good to provide things that people might actually use.
The Owners left a loose leaf binder of details about wifi, TV (you needed to have your own streaming app logins to watch most TV), restaurants and bars in the area, and things to do along with their opinion and descriptions. All of this was quite helpful in finding places to eat.
Overall, it was great weekend for the graduation, but the accommodations could have been better.

This house is perfectly located to everything you need. The house is fully stocked and the cleanliness was impeccable. Chattanooga is a great place to visit. We will be back and hopefully we will be able to rent this house again.

Everything was centrally located to our house. Beautifully decorated, loved the antiques! My only suggestion would be to dust the fans, especially the one in the master bathroom. Can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect stay
We enjoyed our weekend! I have been staying at VRBO properties for years and have never encountered more attentive owners. The house was stocked with nice extras like desserts for our arrival, K-cups for the coffee pot, trash bags, etc. We had a small issue with the wifi and couldn’t stream the March Madness games. Lisa was extremely quick to respond and it was all resolved within minutes after resetting the router. We had no other wifi or streaming issues during our weekend and never had any other problems (but is always nice to know the owner will quickly respond if we did). Highly recommend this home - we are already planning our next trip.

Fantastic Play to Stay!
This is an excellent property. The beds are comfortable, kitchen is fully loaded with any tools you might need, and the location is excellent. The bundt cakes were very much appreciated.

The owners went above and beyond making us feel at home. The house was decorated for Christmas and was so cozy. They even had little bunt cakes to welcome us. It was great being so close to anywhere we wanted to explore in Chattanooga! The home was very nicely decorated, I appreciated the extra effort in that category. The beds and pillows were especially comfortable for everyone. We also found the house to be family friendly and good for the kids! We even enjoyed some bird watching from the upstairs balcony. My only suggestion would be to add a small stool so the smaller kids can wash their hands easier at the sink.

The owners went above and beyond making us feel at home. The house was decorated for Christmas and was so cozy. They even had little bunt cakes to welcome us.
