Ora siamo veramente animali domestici, non è richiesto alcun deposito e gli animali domestici sono benvenuti. Non abbiamo avuto problemi con gli animali domestici nei nostri 3 anni, quindi non applicheremo più le tariffe per gli animali domestici ...
Friggere tutti quei pesci che hai pescato non è un problema! Abbiamo una friggitrice a disposizione di tutti gli affittuari.
Abbiamo anche una piccola vasca per barbecue a carbonella disponibile fuori dalla veranda sul retro! Il tavolo da picnic New Octagon è stato consegnato e seduto sotto le enormi querce.
C'è anche un pozzo del fuoco di legna vicino all'acqua che è perfetto per weenie arrosti e s'mores con la famiglia! Tutto sommato un weekend perfetto o una vacanza di una settimana!

Great experience at Cooper Family lake house. Host was very response and helped resolve any issues that arose. Pleasant experience!!

Place was awesome! Smelled very clean when we arrived. Only issue we had was we couldnt get the t.v. work. Even though we didnt catch a bunch of fish, we still had a great time on pier relaxing and spending time with each other.

I loved the location. Dishes were quite dirty. Grill was dirty. We had to wash everything we used before eating. Back porch was filthy. A leaf blower and a little water would take care of it, but had not been cleaned since winter apparently. On the good side, the location is peaceful, the air was cold and the beds good.

Stayed 10 days and enjoyed every minute. Very nice home and property. Beds were very comfortable and home was very clean. Will return again.

We love this house and our stay. This is our 3rd time here and everyone loves it. Relaxing and lots of fishing. We caught some crappie and catfish even a couple gaspergoo. Took out the canoe and had lots of laughs.

Nice place to stay. Free ice from commercial ice maker on property. Very nice and helpful property owner. Mid part of lake so equally easy to drive to upper and lower halves. Would stay again. Roy

We were looking for a quiet out of the way place to get a way and relax. This property fits the bill. Will come back.

We had lots of fun. Did a lot of fishing and relaxing. Just an FYI if you have T-Mobile phone service you won't catch service out there but they do have Wi-Fi at the house. House was awesome clean really nice. The beds were really comfortable there's lots of privacy. Definitely recommend coming here.

Through the years I have enjoyed staying at this property. The location is great! This time it could have been cleaner. I provided some details on the topic directly to the property manager. We stayed two nights. The second night a large mouse (or rat) ran across the kitchen to the living room and hid. In the middle of the night (1:30), the mouse decided to come into the bedroom under the door. Fortunately after an hour of hide and seek, my dog caught it (thank goodness-I can’t stand mice) and we tossed it outside. I understand mice can get into a house through small openings. However, I didn’t feel like sleeping much afterward. This will probably be the last time we stay at the property. I appreciate all of the opportunities to stay there through the years. We’ve enjoyed it.

Had a great time great access to the lake. Boat launch and bait shop less then two minutes away. Nice covered boat dock with a fish cleaning station and ice machine on the property.

Loved staying here. So quiet and peaceful. Was disappointed with the fishing and the paddle boat,it was broken. The house was very nice and clean. Would stay here again.

Quiet relaxing atmosphere, had Canadian geese with babies and Mallards with babies swimming by the dock and walking in the yard. Came to relax and we did.

Everything we needed to cook was in the kitchen and we used the pit.

My wife and I decided to have a nice, quiet and relaxing getaway for our birthdays. This place was absolutely perfect. It’s located in a nice cove off the main lake. Someone needs to paint the view off the back patio. It’s breathtaking. Everything you could possibly need is there. I’m not a big fisherman but I caught a couple bass off the boathouse dock. We both fell in love with the place. Will definitely be back.

Property is as advertised, very clean and quiet location. Beautiful yard with several large oak trees which provided excellent shade. Had a great time and we will be back.

This was our third year staying here and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Love the add-ones like the ice machine - that made going out on the boat super easy. Everything is perfectly stocked and setup for the family.

Our stay at the Cooper’s Lakehouse was outstanding. We enjoyed the scenery, fishing and we brought our own golf carts to ride around the neighborhood. it’s a very quiet place and to itself also it is just an all-around great place to vacation. We will for sure be back soon

We stayed here a couple of times a few years ago. The interior of the house has been updated since and looks nice. We love the peace and quiet, convenience to the lake, and the area, in general. We also like the dock and the boat with the battery and trolling motor,

We fished and swam but most importantly laughed and made memories. The home felt very secluded and it was in a quiet area. Across thr cove we could see the wildlife playing in the fields. The owner is very responsive! Great experience and we will definitely plan a return trip!

You can tie up your boat from all directions keeping it from hitting the dock. Fairly close to the boat lanes on the main lake. Nice propane bbq pit. Big shaded yard. We brought the dogs which was nice too, didn't have to board them. Overall this was a good deal for my family. The kids didn't want to leave.

Great house and property. House was very clean and neat when we arrived and has everything you need and more. Did most of our fishing out on the lake, but trolled around the cove one evening in the john boat catching bass on topwater lures. Highly recommend this house for your stay and me and my buddy are planning to come again next year.

Let me start by saying the house was amazing. Very quiet and to itself. We walked into the house and the air was on for us already. Everything was neat and in it's own place.
I love to fish and decided I was going to go as soon as I got there. I didn't catch anything but it was peaceful and relaxing.
However, I didn't have contact at all with the owner. I sent out a few messages without any answer. But our overall stay was just right.
I am ready to go back!
