Downtown CDA Studio Apartment. Walk to almost everything!
Il nostro monolocale nel seminterrato è accogliente, ma spazioso. Godrai di un comodo letto matrimoniale con trapunta in piuma d'oca, morbidi accappatoi da indossare, tutti i comfort di cui hai bisogno. Abbiamo cercato di pensare a tutto il necessario per renderlo un soggiorno meraviglioso e confortevole. Siamo orgogliosi della pulizia. L'ingresso privato è sul retro della nostra casa vicino al parcheggio riservato per questo studio.
Siamo situati in un'ottima posizione, a pochi isolati dal lago, dalla spiaggia pubblica, da Tubbs Hill (sentieri escursionistici), da ristoranti unici, bar, gallerie d'arte, negozi, dal centro di Coeur d'Alene.
Ci sono molte cose da vedere e da fare in CDA ~ concerti estivi nel parco, noleggio di barche e moto d'acqua, Ironman Race, Car d 'Alene Car Show, gite in idrovolante, sci sulla neve in una delle nostre stazioni sciistiche locali (Silver Mountain 32 miglia , Schweitzer Mountain 59 miglia, Lookout Mountain 53 miglia).

This property is in downtown Couer d'Alene and within walking distance of many things and short drives to everything else. It's a cute little apartment with many amenities.

Our stay at the suite in CDA was really nice! The suite was clean and the location was great! Close to everything! A real home away from home!

Stayed for 2 days, nice little studio. Owners super nice and friendly. Only 1/2 mile from the main strip of downtown, walkable or drivable. Will have to duck a little in the studio under certain areas if you are 5’11 or taller. But only walking into kitchen or bed space. I typically hate beds that are not mine but this bed was glorious!

Cute place. Perfect for what we needed. Bonus was washer & dryer so you go home with clean clothes! Close to everything including great Rogers ice cream.

A very comfortable place. Kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom is opposite the bedroom, but it's a cozy place, so no problem .

Hosts were great, unit was cute and the temp in the unit was nice and cool even with 100 degree weather outside! Perfect for a stay in CDA. Will be back if we stay in CDA again!

We were so charmed by this wonderful property that has amazing features so you feel at home — large light filled windows, a wonderful seating area and a roomy kitchen. We were very comfortable! Parking was very easy and the location is also fantastic.

We loved our stay at this (fairly large) studio. Communication with the hosts was prompt, and while we never met them in-person, they seemed lovely. The place is on a quiet street about a 10-minute walk from downtown and the lakefront park. And it was stocked with everything we needed - and then some. Wifi worked great, and it was nice having a full laundry. As a basement apartment, it was blissfully cool, but the ceilings are a little low for any tall folks out there. Would totally stay again!

The place is a comfortable basement suite with all amenities that you would need. The bed is super comfy and the location of the house is within walking distance to restaurants. Enjoyed our stay and the owners were friendly and engaging…yes we will be staying here again.

This is the 2nd time to stay at Jan and Gary’s 1220 Studio. They are lovely hosts and the studio is extremely clean and comfortable. We had a great time and hope to return in the future.

I can't say enough of this wonderful stay thank you to Jan and her husband for their hospitality. What an adorable place… Amenities decor, and a great bed for an exhausted destination wedding planner from Wyoming. I definitely will book it if it's available again…

Nice basement apartment. Had everything you might need. Host available for anything you might need and very friendly. We enjoyed our time in CDA, very close to everything. Host even helped us with out bags when we arrived. Did I mention Friendly, they are so nice.

Convenient spot, just a short walk to town. Very cozy and has everything you need! Comfortable bed. Gary was so nice and greeted me when I arrived, also helped guide me backing into the spot in the rear of the property, also carried my luggage downstairs. Great hosts, would definitely recommend to family/friends staying in town. Thank you Gary & Jan!

This is a great place to stay in CDA. It is close to everything in town and is in a safe and cute neighborhood. The studio itself was private, cozy, and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again if in town!

This place was fantastic! Exactly as advertised, very clean. Had everything we needed in fantastic location, walking distance to so much. It was well in the 90s when we were here and with it being a basement space with the fan they provided and the windows open at night, it felt very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Great access to downtown. Can walk up. Easy parking behind property. Pics in the posting are accurate. Very thoughtful hosts. Kitchen and bathroom are well stocked and clean. I would stay here again if I came to Coeur de Alene

What a wonderful find--we'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Charming, comfortable and functional space with nice amenities. Easy to find, quiet neighborhood with many dining options within easy walking distance. Nearby coffee kiosk for the morning and gas stations to fill up the car before getting on the freeway which is nit far, but far enough you don't hear it. Bed is comfortable with soft sheets and lots of pillows. So happy with our stay!

We absolutely loved Studio 1220! Adorable basement apartment with all the amenities. Very close to all the shops and restaurants downtown Coeur d’Alene. Jan and Gary were perfect hosts and we loved their precious pup, Carmen.

I was in town for a visit with family and the running of the CDA 1/2 marathon. Great location for being able to walk anywhere in the downtown area, enjoyed my stay and would stay with Jan and Gary again.

This little gem is tucked away and quiet. It would make a wonderful writing retreat. It’s close to shopping and necessities but on a very quiet street. The unit is lovely. Not a lot of room to spread out but perfect for my needs. I recommend it if you don’t mind the basement steps required to access the unit. The owner was kind and helpful by keeping the snow scooped off the sidewalk and offering alternative parking.
