Great experience. Had trouble getting in at check in and host got right back to us. Place was clean and as advertised. Price was fair and all went well. Will definitely book here again if going to Killington area!

This unit is a nice size and was very spacious for the 6 adults that were there for a wedding. The walk down the path is not bad, except if you have an older person with you, but the privacy of the end unit is worth it!

This was a perfectly placed condo with beautiful views of the wooded area behind. Initial draw from photos was the finer quality bedding in the master bedroom, and it did not disappoint! This was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced while traveling! The kitchen had everything you would need. I love to cook. The community pool, hot tub and sauna were great, but really liked having our own sauna in our condo. My kids loved the bunk bed & window bed. We enjoyed the fireplace every night. Communication with the owner was easy, with quick responses. Tennis courts have been torn down, but with hiking right out your back door and all around, and other activities, there is plenty to do. Or Rutland isn’t far if swimming, a full gym or tennis is an interest. Would definitely stay again! Very clean and well appointed!

We booked this property and certainly did not find it to be “luxury”. The property was very dirty… hair and dirt in the showers, crumbs all over the kitchen, dried food left caked on the kitchen utensils, dirty smudges on the refrigerators, dirty toilet flusher button. The master bathroom shower also did not drain properly so the water pooled up to our ankles. We rented the unit for a jammed packed wedding weekend so did not notify the owner about the conditions until after we left as we did not have time to coordinate the response. We also didn’t want to deal with leaving the property to have it cleaned again when it should have been in the first place. When we reached out after getting home to ask for our cleaning fee returned (not a full refund) she was aggressive, accusing us of being scammers and kept denying any issue even though we took pictures and offered to share with her. She claimed to have checked the until before we arrived so it is clear her standard for cleanliness is not on par with what is to be expected for a rental unit, especially one marketed as luxury. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Easy to get to all Killington/Pico lifts. It is a long-ish walk from the car to the end unit- so if you have impaired-family members be careful if there is snow/ice. well stocked kitchen/ supplies. nice to have a tv with channels.

Upon arrival late in the day, we arrived to an uncleaned 3 bedroom condo. Dirty towels, dirty floors, empty bottles, trash bag on kitchen counter and not a single bed made. Owners offer when contacted was to leave, clean ourselves or take a smaller condo. Her cleaning service was not available. Given time of day, guests still to arrive from other states and long drives, we opted for the smaller condo. However no adjustments to price. Very disappointed management of the condo services was not on site and lacking the experience we expected.

Trail Creek is very convenient to Killington (just a few steps away) and is ski-in. The condo was very clean and had 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths which is rare. This condo was tucked away in the back corner which was nice. My husband and I brought our son and 3 of his friends and they had a blast. Great spot for families and convenient to everything at Killington.

We enjoyed our long weekend at Killington very much. It was what we were hoping for and more for a fun, relaxing and comfortable stay. Very nice place with everything you would need, great location, very easy check in and out.

This was nowhere near a luxury experience at all.
To start, there is an indoor sauna that had mold with a dead mouse in it and mouse poop. Smelled horrible, the mouse had been dead for at least a few days + mold smell. We wouldn't let our kids even near that bathroom. The owner sent someone over to clean but they just picked up the mouse and left the mold and poop. When we asked him about the smell he told us to light a candle - so that's the solution, light a candle to mask the smell of death and mold in a luxury condo I paid $4k to stay in - great. Also FYI the hot tub listed is just a hot tub bathtub in the bathroom, not a hot tub you'd expect to use with other people on a ski trip.
The recliner in the living room was completely busted and unusable. It had parts falling off of it, duct taped, wouldn't stay upright, and as soon as you would sit just recline all the way back upside down - if an adult sat on it it would tip all the way over backward. This thing looked 15 years old.
But that's not the worst of it and what's prompted this review - THE OWNER TRIED TO CHARGE US $700 to replace HER BUSTED RECLINER! Luckily my husband took pictures when we checked in since it was so bad and AMEX shut that down.
There were also wet linens left in the washer and the upstairs TV didn't work properly. We have pictures of everything but VRBO doesn't let you attach images to reviews or I'd share. Buyer Beware

The condo is very clean. The kitchen is equipped with every cooking tool ever needed. The owner was easy to communicate with and quickly answered any inquiry I had. I have skied at killington for over forty years and have stayed at many condos. This is an exceptional property very close to the mountain.

We leveled our stay here. Even though the walk to the lift was farther than we thought we really enjoyed that this in an end unit and is 2 stories, therefore we never once heard or saw neighbors. Woke up to the snowy woods with the blinds up every morning.
Tons of supplies in the kitchen, good water pressure, plenty of games and books.
The one negative is this house does not have any smart TVs. So, o Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu, etc. There is basic cable and a DVD player. If I'd known in advance I would have brought my own Apple TV so we could rent and watch the movies we wanted. Other than that it was a great stay!

Trail creek is one oh the nearest location regarding the departure of ski lifts.
The appartment is of a proper size and well equiped.
The sauna offers e relaxation opportunity after skiing.

Our family enjoyed the unit, including the sauna. The kitchen is well stocked! Cozy family room with fireplace too. We had about a ten minute walk to the base but it was manageable. Great weekend and thanks Kim!

Wonderful ski condo in walking distance to multiple lifts
Had a wonderful week of spring skiing. The condo is clean and spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen. The indoor sauna was a major treat. Would definitely return!

Beautiful spot
Back unit. Views if the woods and brook. Very quiet and close to the Mt. We didn’t get to figuring out the back trails to ski in but we saw them.
Condo complex very nice, wood for fire. Not being to drive to unit a pain as fire department declared it closed so it’s carts to bring gear. No biggie.

The unit is large enough to spread out and enjoy privacy. Location can’t be beat, extremely quiet area of Trail Creek, would rent again in a heartbeat.

On first day was unable to get into property with code provided. The hot tub, a major reason for renting this unit and the living room ceiling were inoperable. Long delays in hearing back from the owner.

Spectacular summer escape
A stunning, two-story, end-unit townhome in a prime location. One of the best appointed homes that we've rented -- anything you need is provided, from fans each bedroom to rainy day board games to extensive dishware, even a full spice rack. Loved the creek-side patio for quiet morning breakfasts. Community pool/spa were closed for maintenance during our stay, but looked relaxing. We did encounter one problem during our stay, but it was resolved promptly and professionally. Would definitely recommend and return.

Great Home Base for Mountain Biking!
Kim was super easy to communicate with. I made a couple of mistakes in the booking process, which I’m sure we’re annoying, and she was very helpful even while juggling her demanding job. Place is great, exactly as described and the location is amazing if you’re doing anything on the mountain. I will note that there is no air-conditioning. I didn’t even think of looking, and it did get down to 65° the weekend we were there, but on hot summer days it could be an issue. Overall great!!!

Very Difficult
Prior to trip I kindly asked owner if we could check-in at 4.00 pm, she reluctantly replied that as long as the cleaning people were out it "should" be ok. We arrived in deep snow to a long, poorly shoveled walkway with our bags only to find out the code did work. I phoned owner and she said that check in was not until 5pm and that we had to come back (even even though unit was clean and vacant). We again came back at 5:30pm with same bags and newly purchased groceries, code again would not work and owner could not be reached. We were locked out of our expensive unit in a snow storm until 8pm at which time I booked a hotel room nearby. Owner finally called back and programmed code. We will never rent from this owner again. Unit had more notes telling guests what "not" to do than what we could do. Was not welcoming at all!

Enjoyed our stay
Very convenient location. We took the shuttle to base lodge and skied home. Unit had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Kim was very thorough and helpful throughout the process. Would stay here again.

Perfect Base Camp for Ski Weekend
My mother, sister and I stayed at this condo for a ski weekend at Killington - it was the perfect location, short walk to Snowshed lodge / lifts and a ski-out option as well. The condo was nicely appointed and we loved the retro ski condo chic decor. The central amenities were closed due to COVID but with the in-unit sauna and jacuzzi we had a great social distance appropriate visit all the same. Kim was a very responsive host and made the check-in / check-out (contactless - of course) super easy. Would highly recommend. Thinking about booking again for another weekend in February.

Absolutely beautiful place! We were able to ski. The slopes are so close. We cooked. Kitchen is well equipped. We loved it and will hopefully come back! Thanks to Kim for being patient with us. Found everything eventually...

Phenomenal Professional Host
This property is in a phenomenal location - the set of condos that is just off of snowshed mountain. 10 minute walk to the lifts, with a ski trail that leads you to a two minute walk back home in the evenings (with a shuttle if you prefer...although its slower than walking)
the condo is very sizable and the hot tub / sauna was extremely relaxing after the day on the slopes!!
Comfortable large beds, kitchen well equipped with essentials (both cookware and spices), unlimited firewood with fire starters.

Cluttered condo
Too much stuff in the apartment. Too cluttered.
It has everything - except space. Furniture every where.
And too many drawers and closets closed to the tenant.
You pay for a full apartment and do not get to use all of it.
Most condos in skiing areas have one or two closets closed. This Unit has several closets locked. Even drawers of dresser was locked.
The bed downstairs is too high for a normal person. You cannot sit on it. Have to jump up to climb to bed.
Too complicated to watch tv in the living room.
Sauna is listed. But no directions on how to use.
Every drawer is full of office supplies. It seems that owner runs a business from the Unit.
We went on vacation. Not on a business trip.
Downstairs bathroom does not drain. Water goes the wrong way of the drainer. One has to push the water to drain.... in other words: you shower. Then you work for 5 minutes to get the water out...
Whole Unit is too old. Will not warm even with thermostat at 90 degrees.
Will not rent again.
