Tutto in questa bella casa per le vacanze è nuova, nuovi mobili, biancheria da letto di nuovo e confortevole, nuove forniture da cucina ... Ci sono solo pochi passi dalla porta d'ingresso e si cammina in un corridoio e alla vostra destra è la camera con un letto a castello a due letti che per 2 persone. Un futon supplementare in questa camera da letto permette per ogni ospite a dormire nel proprio letto. Il bagno ospiti completo dimensione è proprio accanto ad esso. Sul lato sinistro è la vostra cucina, completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare un pasto in famiglia. il bancone della cucina ha 5 sgabelli da esso, se i vostri ospiti vogliono guardare una dimostrazione di cottura. Con il bancone della cucina, si trova un elegante, grande tavolo da pranzo con 4 sedie imbottite. Tra gli sgabelli della cucina e le sedie da pranzo ci sarà spazio per tutti i vostri ospiti al tavolo da pranzo.

The beach was amazing and the house was a good location

Great time with our stay, cleanliness was rated 3.5 due to dead bugs, cobwebs and smell. Would recommend more privacy for hot tub. Garage door bolt broke free and a bolt hit my vehicle. Also had to ask a homeless gentleman on drugs to stop digging through outside recycle for cans at 6:30am our first morning there. Great location and beach access otherwise and did enjoy our stay. Lots of good laughs. thank you

Great location, great layout, comfortable. However I have to mention that my grandchildren found small colorful candies on the floor under the dining room table. Unfortunately that could be very dangerous. Better cleaning please.

I spent the first entire day of what was supposed to be a week long vacation in this home cleaning dirty surfaces. There is no hope for the carpet but the kitchen floors & entry way were so dirty that when I mopped them the water was black, they had clearly not been mopped in quite some time. Bedding all had stains on it, I had to rewash it all, kept a blanket on the stained couch. I also spent another hour cleaning out the lint trap in the dryer, which is a serious hazard & could start a fire.

We had a great time! The property was great, loved the hot tub and big master bath. We enjoyed cooking meals and having access to a washer/dryer with our little one. There was a lot of space, our dog loved the backyard as well! It was nice and close to the beach, only a short drive into town! My only complaint would be the beds, they need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable and sinking in, in spots. Overall very good experience!

Great space! Comfy beds Big kitchen and 2 FULL bathrooms! Garage parking washer dryer and hot tub. All of the comforts and convenience. Our grandkids loved having their own space with us for four days! It’s the first Christmas we’ve ever spent together. Magical.

Loved this place and it was perfect for a birthday weekend getaway with the girls. Loved the open concept making it easy to make meals, while still being able to hang out. Only a couple minute drive from downtown, the beach, coffee shops. The mattresses were VERY soft, which is not my preference but I do not expect much for rental place beds. Overall the place was cute, clean and the perfect size for what I was looking for. The hot tub was the cherry on top!

We went to use the jacuzzi tub, the hot water heater only produced an inch of hot water every time we tried to use it. & not to mention the back yard had dog doo, and trash from previous visitors left, beer cans, cig butts, etc. other than these issues (the main reason we rented this house was for the tub) we had an alright stay.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay in this cozy 2 bedroom home. Loved the fireplace and the hot-tub to warm us up following such wet, cold weather! Stocked with lots of towels. 10 minute walk to the boardwalk where the beautiful beach is. Nice quiet neighbourhood as well, off the main road.

Very clean and stocked with supplies. Hot tub was lovely and it’s only a short walk to the beach. No fire pit, and the second bedroom full bed was definitely sinking, but it was still comfortable. Great amenities and a comfy feel. No weird smells or mildew, despite being close to the water. Overall had a very nice time.

Good beds - good kitchen layout. Great location. Kitchen needs a colander and a good chopping knife. Dining area light seemed to have a short. TV worked fine. Wish there was more light in the living room for reading.

NOT worth the price
Things that were noticed during our stay:
• Unable to check-in at 4 as the cleaning service was there until 4:15
• 2 unopened bags of snack sized Cheetos were left in the kitchen from prior guests
• Bowel movement not flushed was found in the guest toilet
• Left window broken in master bedroom, had to be held up by a book
• Extremely bad wet dog smell coming from master closet
• Dirty box fan layered with dust on the back, which we had to use since it was 90 degrees
• Stained carpeting throughout the house
• Jets in hot tub only working at about 10%
Excellent location, but more work needs to be done to this place to justify paying the asking price per night.

Winter mini-break for two
The house is a snug, cozy, clean family house. Not for you if you want a view, or something fancy, as it's a few blocks from the Seaside Promenade in a residential neighborhood. But if you want to curl up by a warm gas fireplace, or fall into a hot tub after a rainy walk on the beach, it's perfect. Nice well-equipped kitchen, with plenty of room for two to cook. Tons of extra pillows, towels, and blankets, and ample hot water. The jets on the hot tub only work on low power, we found out, so didn't have that back-massage we were hoping for. Also, as was pointed out by another reviewer, the back door doesn't actually lock solidly--you can pull it open even when the door handle is locked. (There is one of those U-shaped bolts that would keep it from being forced open all the way, but either the lock needs repairing or it needs a true dead-bolt.)There is a great little grocery store a few blocks away, Hamilton's, that we were happy to have. I will be happy to come back post-Covid and bring a couple of friends! Lots of space and bathrooms.

The house was clean and matched all of the amenities mentioned on the website. The layout was great! Loved the bedrooms on opposite ends of the house for privacy. The hot tub and large soaking tub in the master was wonderful! We will definitely be back to stay again.

Spacious and relaxing, close enough to walk to the beach. Plenty of towels, kitchenware and furniture. The hot tub was well maintained which is always a huge plus. Will definitely stay again if we take another trip to the coast.

It wasn't very welcoming and worried us about what we would find inside. It's not a "cheap" rental so I was surpised it wasn't in better condition. We saw large dark stains on the carpet when entering It's a dog friendly home so I understand why the owners wouldn't invest in carpet but it makes the house feel dirty.There is no "yard" for the dog, just the concrete pad where the hot tub is located, so if your dog won't potty on concrete you have to go for a walk every time. The master bedroom and bath is bath is nice with a huge newer tub. The bunks are good also but the other queen bed is a futon with a huge dip in the center.We liked the location and walked to the beach a couple of times. The house is well stocked with dishes and towels and there are games, books and some movies also. The hot tub is well maintained and there is a BBQ. Thank you!

Wonderful time in Seaside!
We had a great stay here in Seaside. The property was just as advertised. Quite, safe location, and a quick walk to the promenade and beach. The hot tub was a great bonus at the end of our beach days and trips up and down the coast.

Great location!
We had a great time at this home. It was a short walk to the beach which was amazing to visit every day. The place itself was really comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub and little backyard was a nice extra. And, it was dog friendly. We would def stay here again.
