This home is absolutely beautiful! Extremely homey and has all the amenities you could wish for. The back bay is stunning and each floor has beautiful views of the water. Check in and check out are seamless and Dino is a wonderful host who replies almost instantaneously to any questions or requests. Would definitely recommend staying if you’re looking for a place in SIC!!!

The stay at the house was fantastic. Everyone had a bed and there open concept living room/kitchen was a hit.
The only thing we didn’t see were 8 beach chairs, but thankfully we had someone bring a few extras.

We were in Sea Isle for a long weekend for a family wedding - location was walking distance to St Joesph’s church and so many ‘shore’ restaurants on Fish Alley. The house was great size for multi-generational family - 3 floors, each with bathroom and deck access. We kayaked on the bay every day and had all of the beach chairs/toys so we didn’t need to bring them with us. Live music at the restaurants was a plus - could hear it while enjoying the decks/view. Central to everything you’d want in Sea Isle. Check in/out was a breeze. I was a first time ‘VRBO-er’ and will definitely do it again.

What a wonderful experience staying at this lovely beach home. The entire home was beautifully decorated in a beach theme. The three queen bedrooms were well appointed and roomy. The bunk room was tight but perfect for children. The home has plenty of closet space and chests of drawers. The living room, dining room and kitchen are well laid out. The bathrooms were sparkling clean.
We hosted a bride and her attendants, the mothers and additional guests getting ready for the wedding. Everyone had plenty of room and the hair/makeup people set up at the dining table. It was a perfect set up.
Six of us stayed the week. We enjoyed gathering in the family room and on the deck.
The host had lots of beach gear, bikes, a kayak and other equipment. There were lots of tv’s as well. Every closet had any possible item a renter could want-crib, high chair, board games, vacuum, bed rails etc.
The kitchen was stocked with many appliances and lots of serving trays, platters, a bar set up and assorted cleaning supplies.
I made myself at home and felt very comfortable. I was concerned that hosting in a strange home would be awkward, but this home made it easy.
The host was a pleasure to deal with and very thoughtful and helpful.
We had a magical weekend and made memories.

Nice house on water. Owner added a few holiday decorations which brightened our stay during Christmas week. Good layout with living area on second floor.
The first floor was a bit chilly. Not much storage space for non-refrigerated groceries in the kitchen.

The house is absolutely beautiful! We had bad weather for most of our weekend, but we were able to still enjoy the beautiful sites of the bay and relax in this super comfortable house. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and beautiful and in a great location. The kitchen was well-stocked and we appreciated the bikes, beach chairs, and kayak. All 3 decks and the patio had great views and were so relaxing! Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location
We rented from Thursday through Sunday because we were in the area for a wedding. The house has everything you need and more than enough room. The decks with water views on each floor were fantastic. The location of the house couldn't be better - close to local Seafood, a few blocks from the beach, and plenty of parking.

Sea Isle house 44th street
The house is beautiful- spacious and in a great location. It is within walking distance to shops and restaurants and the decks and out side areas were very nice. Overall it was very nice. There was a mix-up with the cleaning crew not coming prior to our visit so the house was not cleaned. We did bring our own Clorox wipes so were able to wipe things down and vacuum since there was a vacuum there. The owner showed up Friday morning around 9 a.m. and spent several hours there working on his boat, cleaning the garage and storage area under the house. He was apologetic about the the house not being clean and provided us with a bottle of wine- which was very thoughtful but I would hope that our cleaning fee and security deposit will be returned . I feel that when renting -especially for the price- the place should be yours for the time you agreed to rent and paid for. I have no problem with an owner stopping to check and see if we had everything we need and meet the guests but we felt like he was there more than expected and were never sure if he would pop up at any moment. Again the place is beautiful and was well stocked with the necessities and had the cleaning crew been there prior to our arrival and the weather just a bit warmer - it would have been a perfect weekend
