Questo splendido condominio è secondo dalla spiaggia ma fa da backup alle dune sul lato posteriore della casa, con splendide viste aperte dal soggiorno e dal ponte posteriore!

A little slice of heaven. The location and beach were beautiful. The property was cozy, relaxing and a perfect size. The views of the dunes and shoreline from both front and back decks were great. Charles was extremely informative and very attentive to reaching out to confirm we were ready for our trip. As someone with an insane work schedule and the lack of ability to slow down and focus on things like preparing for a trip, his outreach to ensure we had what we needed made me feel much more at ease. We look forward to hopefully booking again in next season!

The house is very nice, there is an updated living room and kitchen. Very short walk to the beach. Great if you have kids when you need yo walk back and forth from the beach to house. Owner is very accommodating.

Charlie’s House is located in the quiet section of Sea Isle. Easy access to the beach, walking distance to local supermarket, ice cream and restaurants. Great communication with property owner. Highly recommended

We had 4 adults and 2 children (6yo & 8yo). The living room/dining/kitchen area was spacious enough for all of us to be hanging out and you cannot beat the location. We were 2 seconds from the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants and a little market for last minute needs. I loved this house.

This property was clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable , good WiFi, nice living space, and the washer/dryer was a real plus. Kitchen had everything you need. Front porch (accessed through bedroom ) was very comfortable. Off-street parking for two cars. The Townsend Inlet end of Sea Isle is quiet, especially off-season - we drove over the bridge to Avalon and Stone Harbor ( only 15 minutes) for some meals. Best feature? The house is so close to the ocean!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Charlie's place. It's only a house away from the beach which made it fantastic for hauling baby stuff back and forth. The place was clean and Charlie is very welcoming. We are looking forward to staying here again next summer!!

The house was lovely! Clean, bright, and had all the amenities we needed. Appreciated the access to beach chairs and beach badges. Beautiful partial ocean views and just steps from the beach. Covered deck had very comfortable furniture was especially great for rainy days. Thanks, Charlie!

We had a great getaway to the shore! Property was very clean and the perfect size for our family. Charles was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The location to the beach couldn't be beat! Hoping to return again.

We spent the weekend in Sea Isles City to get away from work and computers. This was a great location - almost on the beach and could not be better. It was a wonderful home away from home for two of us. The property was very clean and provided necessities we needed to relax and enjoy the weekend. The owner of the property Charlie was great and was there for anything we needed. He checked in with us to make sure we had a good stay. Double thumbs on this one!

My wife and I rented this apartment from September 26 to October 2, 2020 but left midway through our vacation. Our goal was to find a quiet off-season rental near the beach to relax on the beach (weather permitting) or binge-watch TV (if not). The apartment was nice, mostly matching the description with the only nitpick being “ocean views” that were a bit distant.
The problem we experienced was the noise from the upstairs owners. The clomping around was so loud that I was awakened early in the morning and I’ll sleep through anything. At times, we thought that the upstairs neighbors were doing it on purpose to discourage renters. We tried to ignore it for a few days but ultimately decided that a peaceful vacation at home was preferable. It was only after we left and managed to get the owner on the phone that we were informed that the older upstairs neighbor had broken her leg or hip and was on crutches. If we had known this, we would have rescheduled our vacation, even a day before.
Afterward, the true nature of the owner, Charlie, became apparent. Before and during the trip, the owner was responsive to questions and texts, but this stopped immediately when we texted our decision to depart on Tuesday morning. After 24 hours of radio silence, we followed up with a call and reached Charlie who informed us of the broken leg. We agreed that it was an unfortunate situation and we asked for a refund for the unused portion of our trip as a compromise. Again, no response. We called again on Monday and left a voicemail. Finally, we received an email explaining that there would be no refund. According to Charlie, the noise wasn’t that bad and we were only leaving because of weather (actually pretty good-you can check). We emailed back expressing our disappointment that they knew about the noise and neglected to tell us, again asking for some money back. That was a week ago with no further response.
The apartment was perfectly acceptable for our needs if not for the noise. It was clean, comfortable, and probably a nice rental under normal circumstances. We cannot recommend anybody stay here because if something goes wrong, Charlie will leave you in the lurch. Buyer beware.

Lovely condo, very clean, nicely updated. Owner flexible with request regarding arrival. Excellent location! Even though a first-floor condo, there's still a view to the ocean...beautiful sunrises!

My husband and I stayed here with our 7 week old infant the first weekend of October. The property suited our needs perfectly. The location can't be beat...you are literally steps from the beach on a quiet street. The home also had nice decks/sitting space both in the front and back, which we enjoyed. The owner was also responsive and flexible which we appreciated. Highly recommend!

The property was even better than described!! It is immaculate, and Charlie went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. My family and I had a wonderful time being just steps from the beach! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys beach-filled days, shopping and dining in Avalon and Stone Harbor, sunrise breakfasts on the deck, and family dinners looking at the ocean and listening to the waves! Can't wait to book another stay!
